About The Glass Goose
The Glass Goose Bar & Eatery sits off the end of Federal Street amongst the concrete jungle that is Auckland city. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is modeled off the idea of a Glass house. This contemporary yet casual eating and drinking space is a true garden like oasis. The view from the rooftop bar area give you a second to none up-skirt look at the Sky Tower and the grazing menu will have you hash tagging ‘foodporn’ like never before.
Really enjoyed our lunch at The Glass Goose. Friendly staff, delicious food and great atmosphere! Would definitely recommend to others A+++
I was there with a group of 16 work colleagues. Loved the cocktail choices (particularly the non-alcoholic ones as I was doing Dry July). Staff were very helpful and I loved the French theme.
Share plates were okay.
Great food and set up. Reasonably priced with fantastic service
Great attentive waitress. Went Sunday morning so very quiet. Nice restaurant tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the food.
Really good customer service, food was delicious!
wow great food
Service was so lovely. Food was super yum and quick. All round good experience!
The presentation and taste of the food was incredible.
The decor at Glass Goose has to be some of the best in NZ. The food was great, the music was on point and the staff were helpful but not overbearing. We had a great time. 10/10 would recommend.
Food was terrible ,clams were waaay to salty, beef iceberg things were soggy and chewy, and the eggplant chips were tasteless. Also The waitress also forgot to bring us any utensils to eat with.....
Amazing food and service!
Food was yummy. staff were very accommodating and moved us from outside tables to inside as there were a lot of smokers. It would be a good place for work drinks or a function (:
Awesome chill vibe 🤙🏽
we booked a table and received confirmation but when we got them and been told that they don't have our booking.
Gets a bit loud on a Friday evening but apart from that everything was perfect! Great food and great service!
Great outdoor setting and good food
Great experience and great service. Fish of the day slightly bland and cauliflower couscous was dry being raw (thought it was cooked, probably misses that off the menu!). Loved the polenta, duck fat chips and lamb. Thanks!
The portions were small, ordered the clams but very salty. Great atmosphere ideal more as a catch up bar for drinks even though wine is expensive.
Some of the cocktails were a bit sweet but for the most part, they were great!
The food, cocktails and service were fantastic - we really enjoyed our meal - we ordered most of the medium plates and all them were delicious with each of the four of us having different favourite. The atmosphere really is an oasis. This is perfect place to eat prior to a show at the Aotea Centre . Thanks to Dakota & team for making our evening a great one.
Beautiful view and great food, nice cocktails too
Overall food was okay. Dessert was the least favourite of the meals.
The food was amazing and the staff were super lovely. Will definitely come back again
