About The Gibson Hotel
An eatery in the true sense of the word, menus are designed so that customers can take things at their own pace.
Coda is the Italian word for ‘tail’. It’s also the term for the closing section of a musical composition, not to mention the ninth, and final, studio album by rock giants, Led Zeppelin. It also serves pretty legendary food too!
Coda combines stylish yet informal dining with simple, good food. Our dishes offer locally sourced ingredients with daring flavours and exquisite presentation. An eatery in the true sense of the word, menus are designed so that customers can take things at their own pace. Our guests can tap into a superb gourmet dining experience before heading out to party or linger a little longer on the outdoor heated terrace. This makes it perfect for an intimate gathering, a catch-up with friends before a concert or a bite of supper after a business meeting.
Our unique Wine Wall is the ultimate in wine theatre. Choose from towering racks housing the best Old World and Neworld wines, with our knowledgeable staff on hand to guide you through the terroir.
Please note our a la carte menu will not be available on concert nights.
Lovely vibe and atmosphere. Great helpful cheerful staff
Food a little overpriced but is good quality,
Service was appalling. The male waiter pulled it together when he took our table over but dreadful before that. We waited 40 minutes for a bottle of wine and and hour for 2 beers. Unacceptable.
I felt the menu was very limited and the thick cut chips we got were nothing short of terrible. We were seated far away from the window seats with no view even though the place was quiet when we arrived.
Excellent service! Attentive staff and very good food and drink! Couldn’t fault it!
First visit for dinner and definitely not our last. Staff very friendly and attentive. The food was reasonably priced for the quality.
We arrived at 6:30 before the Little Mix concert for a booking at 6:45. We were seated straight away, and my niece was given special attention (it was her first concert!). The place was crazy busy with excited kids everywhere, but the staff were so kind, patient and attentive to all of them. The food came really quickly and was delicious. We were really delighted with our visit, and I'd have no hesitation at all in going back before concerts in the future. Would highly recommend, well done to all!
My husband and I really enjoyed our recent visit - food was fantastic and the staff were so lovely to us Thank you
great service, friendly manager and to class staff, a very enjoyable pre show meal and a greta venue/location
Delighted with our stay at the Gibson everything from check in to our room and our dinner was excellent would highly recommend
Excellent service from Simone on a busy show night. Tasty food. Good value.
My dinner was on the evening of a concert in 3 arena , the food came extremely fast ( not a bad thing ) but we ordered drinks on 3 occasions and it was very very slow in being delivered . We might have ordered more drinks but it took to long , the menu was ok though my preference would be for more French Friesl and less chunky, The quality of the food was good and tasted nice , the staff were friendly. We intended to have 1 drink , maybe 2 before dinner and more afterwards. Instead we had finished our dinner and still hadn't received the drinks we ordered when seated. Would definitely come again but only because attending concert.
Felt very rushed food was average
Great service, fantastic food, and Fatih and his team really looked after us :)
Had a nice relaxing stay, staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend
The waiter and waitress that served us were very pleasant .
Excellent food and service
The room was fab!! Great location
Staff were very friendly, efficient and professional. We really enjoyed the visit - will definitely be back.
Myself, my husband and two friends eat in the Coda Eatery on Saturday night. Food and wine was excellent.
Pack them in and get them out. That's how my wife and I felt. Bar manager very rude when we tried to return to the bar after taking some air after a meal in the restaurant. Asked if we wanted food again, we explained we wanted a cocktail as we had eaten already. Grunted at telling us seating was for food only. Decided to take our drinks out to lobby bar. No seating in this area as it was all taken up. Stood at the bar to have our drinks. Decided to order another drink from lobby bar but told their was a queue at other end of which I was I structed to join and my order would be taken there. At this stage we had enough and decided to leave. Very poor service...
I would like to see more vegetarian options on the menu, there was 1 choice, risotto which was fine but not to everyone’s taste, I did say at booking I was vegetarian when asked about dietary requirements.
Beautiful hotel, great staff and lovely food. Thanks so much. Loved all the quirky touches.
Beautiful meal, fantastic staff and service. The only small issue would be on the set menu there should be a supplement price beside side orders as we thought we got one each included with our meal, but was charged 9 euro extra. Other than that thank you so much
