Take a seat, relax, and enjoy a fantastic meal at The Gem and Keystone Brewpub.
Always impressed with the quality of food here, great location, drink specials and beer menu. Patio is very nice and a short walk to Shawnee Craft after dinner to listen to live music is nice on weekends.
Great staff, service, food and beverages.
the deck in the tavern was perfect for me and my two kids. The server/bartender was dealing with a table of 15 inside but was still very attentive to us. He was friendly and efficient and did an amazing job! Love this place!
Great food and service!
Best restaurant in the mountains!
The service and the food were great! Would definitely go back.
Great place! Came from Shawnee mountain and it was great. Good food and the beers were great!
My service was very good and food was delicious. I will always return.
Great place to have lunch after a morning of skiing. Friendly and accommodating staff.
Walking distance from villa. Food consistently good. Good, basic choices... nothing too fancy.
I couldn’t be happier with the service and food. Jessie was just amazing with our large party. The drinks were good and overall just a great place.
Great experience and nice outdoor set up
Food was awesome. The outdoor dining was great. Wish it was a little bit warmer. See you next year.
Kudos to the restaurant. The setup was about as good as it could have been, considering the state-wide ban on indoor dining in late December. Aside from a second heat lamp that stopped working, it was a great dinner.
Felt uncomfortable as we were not socially distanced. We were seated right behind a party of four. Also, the Shawnee website's online booking still allows one to make a reservation after 9pm even though the restaurant is closed at that time. This was a bit confusing.
We love coming here every year! It’s cozy, inviting, and the food is great! Views are great too if seated outside or on the window.
This is the sixth time I've eaten at the Gem and Keystone in the past year (including one time when I ordered curbside pickup). It's one of my favorites places to eat in the Poconos.
Our party of 4 sat on the deck for dinner - very nice view. Food and drinks were great! 2 of us had the steak sandwich with cheddar ale cheese sauce. My husband and I thought the amber ale (7 Bridges) was very flavorful. We felt very comfortable with the cleaning procedures we saw - tables and chairs were cleaned after each group of guests left. We'll definitely be back!
Everything was great, staff was friendly and excellent. The only thing I noticed was that service was a little slow, which I think was because there weren't enough people working for the amount of customers that were there. Would definitely go back!
Ribs undercooked, tough. Salmon undercooked.
Our waiter was nice and patient but didn’t stay on top of our requests (like ketchup and a spoon) or water refills. Also, we were expecting the availability of a gluten free menu but it wasn’t available.
The staff was excellent and the soups was delicious Our entrees were done perfectly. We look forward to returning.
My wife was disappointed with her meal.
Food and service great but tried to move my reservation from 7 to 730 due to traffic and was denied. Upon arrival we asked for a different table in the corner and denied again. We understand social distances but we were the only ones in the area we were told it was reserved but no one showed during our meal and conclusion of our dinner. Service and food outstanding but need to improve customer focus
