We came for an early Mother’s Day celebration. The three of us thoroughly enjoyed our visit, service was excellent and the food was delicious. We will definitely return in the future. Thank you so much.
Really enjoyed our meal and service was excellent . We liked the new relaxed and slightlymore casual atmosphere . The only criticism is that, it is rather noisy due to the fact that sounds of voices and chatter seem to echo rather in the new room .
Appreciate it’s a new flavour to the dining experience at Foxhills and the team are getting used to the new setup. However..... no real excuse for giving out the wrong menus, forgetting what we ordered (twice) and one of the sides coming out 10 minutes after the rest of the main course. The food itself was lovely but they really need to sharpen up the service to match the proposed dining experience.
The decor and food was great, but the service here was very poor! It was almost impossible to get the attention of the waiters and they did not done back to check for refills of drinks or to see how the dinner was. I complained the soup was a bit salty but received a shrug of the shoulders. At breakfast we were not offered the additional menu that one could order feom so had to have the buffet where the hot food was not great! The cold buffet was good but also needed to be refilled.
Good service from staff who were very attentive but not the luxury experience you would expect form a premium location. Menus were limited. Food took an hour or so to arrive and that’s not an issue but some was cold and needed to be returned to the kitchen. Overall the potential is promising but it’s lost in the location thinking it’s better than it actually is in today’s market.
