About The Four Winds
Four venues under one roof to cater for all your needs! Collina Café Bar, The Two Magpies Bar & Courtyard, Grill Restaurant & The Oxbow Private Events Suite.
The grandparents portion is really good for people with smaller appetites. Wines prices could be cheaper. Overall though, the food is great and the staff and service are wonderful.
Very poor meal in the Grill. Steaks were very poor quality and over-cooked. Champ was full of potato lumps and had to be sent back. This used to be such a good quality restaurant but it has gone downhill dramatically. I love the Fourwinds, but certainly won’t be eating in the Grill again.
Great food and staff, thank you all for a great night. Sorry it's taken me so long to reply.
Food and service not up to the usually high standard. Duck wing starter over cooked Fillet steak portion getting smaller Grated cheddar cheese on a cheese board!
Food good but we were seated by manager and had to wait for 15 mins before anyone took drinks order .two candles on table not lit .had to go to bar to get next drink and again had to go to bar to get bill.
Service was less than expected! The table was booked for 7.30. After 5 minutes our drinks order was taken, followed 2 minutes later by another waiter wanting to take the order. The starter and main meals were ordered. After a time the butter and oils were brought to the table but we had to wait another 5 minutes for the bread. 20 or so after the starter plates were collected, SOME of the main meals were delivered! A medium steak was brought as requested, but had to wait for another 5 minutes to start the meal as the chips weren’t served! The Seafood linguine was not hot and wasn’t as good as it was expected to be! No complaint made, but won’t be back anytime soon.
Not a very successful eating experience.
Great food and great atmosphere will most certainly be back!
Excellent customer service-we were very well looked after by all staff. Thank you!
Lovely food ,good service just a little quiet..
Had a fantastic meal made all the more special with our service and especially James! Our waiter.
Service was very good, just a bit of a wait for our initial drinks order arriving at the table.
would like a little more vegetarian options but great for everyone else who loved the steak.
Lovely food and lovely setting
Service was terribly slow even though the grill was not busy. We were not overly in a rush however 2 hours in a restaurant is not normal for me. The length of time between courses was the worst i’ve encountered.
Will be back
Really tasty well cooked food
Food not as good as it was when we used to visit on a regular basis steak very mediocre and portions were smaller service was good enough but the air conditioning was too cold my food was cold long before I had finished which wasn’t what I would have wanted.
Food was excellent, clearly fresh not frozen products. Either the serving staff was just New or need some further training. We needed to ask for side plates and knives for the bread we were having for starter. Had to wait for someone available to request more drinks. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy so would have expected more service. Meal was excellent and full of flavour.
Booked our table for what I thought was the Collina Cafe Bar only to be informed that we were eating in the Grill Restaurant upstairs. No big deal, but the confirmation email should have informed me of this, as my mother has limited mobility - however there is a lift which helped considerably. As far as food and the service goes, all was very good, nice comfortable seating with excellent service from all the staff. Would recommend this venue to my friends without a doubt👍
Always great food.Steaks are amongst the best in Belfast and restaurant is never to busy to spoil the service
We love the four winds and enjoy every visit we have! Last night was no exception and the woman lookong after our table (whose name I sadly still don't know) was fabulous as always! Brilliant restaurant.
Great night and great food at the Grill. Only downside was that the £10 wine offer wasn't on even though it was advertised. Ended up paying £22 for a bottle. The waitress told us that it wasn't on because its Christmas even though there was a card on the table advertising the offer.
Great experience in the Grill. Food was tasty, and the Grandparents portion was excellent for those with smaller appetites. Plus the smaller portion leaves enough room for dessert.
