About The Five Alls
To The Five Alls at Filkins Cotswold Inn, a country pub, restaurant with rooms set in the picturesque Cotswold village of Filkins located between the historic towns of Burford and Lechlade on Thames.
With two restaurant areas, a large garden, a cosy alpine style snug with fireplace, a thriving village bar and four pretty double rooms designed by Sebastian’s sister, not to mention a large car park the pub has something to cater to all needs.
Fabulous Sunday lunch
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious even our boy tucked in and ate all of his dinner. We are looking forward to our next visit and would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Superb roast lunch and attentive staff in a lovely setting.
It was our second time at the Five Alls and yet again fantastic service and food absolutely delicious. The landlady was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. A very satisfying lunch and would recommend the Chicken Club Sandwich. Amazing. Thank you Five Alls, will definitely call more frequently
Probably our fifth visit and always as delightful as on previous occasions. We will undoubtedly be back.
Excellent as always, and a warm welcome by a great team.
Really enjoyed our lunch, great atmosphere, lovely food, and good service too!
Food always outstanding
Lovely Sunday roast. Friendly staff
A returning visit for a birthday Sunday lunch. As usual the service, food and atmosphere was lovely.
We absolutely love coming here, it's our favourite restaurant in the area and we've never had anything but positive experiences. Only thing that might be nice for a restaurant in your price pitch is some complimentary mints/ chocolates/ similar with the bill.
Lovely food and great wine. Service was good, at times a little rushed as we got through 4 courses in an hour, but that's better than slow service! Would definitely recommend, comfy sofa and log fire for a drink afterwards too
We came for lunch today and it really was joyous. I loved the addition of Andrew, the magician, the food was delicious. I particularly loved the devilled kidneys! but a really happy, relaxed lunch. The service was great, and not at all over the top.
Great service and food. Only disappointment was the coffee was way too strong for my taste and my husband’s peppermint tea (although he didn’t mind the taste) was nothing like peppermint tea. It was herbal, Jeeves & Jericho need to do better.
Perfect as always. Delightful service from the lovely staff
Only problem (half way through dinner) was with over-lighting the main room to accommodate people in the alcove who couldn't see properly. Bit of an atmosphere killer as the restaurant felt more like Pizza Express than cosy pub. As a result we decided not to stay for dessert or coffee.
Staff friendly and attentive. We enjoy eating there anytime of the week
Lovely we will be back!
Very pleasant and delicious food
The service was amazing, they were polite and attentive and thank you to Alex who really helped us. Everyone loved the food and overall thoroughly enjoyed our visit! I would highly recommend.
This is a lovely welcoming country pub. The food is excellent and the staff are very attentive.
Perfect Sunday roast!!!
Excellent food and service
