About The Fishery Restaurant
A little restaurant in Port St Mary, serving a delicious twist on a classic fish & chips experience.
Love it here, service good and food very tasty.A little gem near the sea, definitely book again and is family friendly.
Another lovely meal and excellent service
Really great (and very large!) fish & chips. Interesting wallpaper too, very nostalgic! Will definitely dine there again in the future.
Decor, food and drink all great.
Absolutely loved our experience, we were greeted very politely and genuinely and immediately put at rest about a bit allergy I had notified them of prior! The drinks were lovely and the food was amazing! Only thing I would improve is maybe an extended menu but probably because every time we have been it’s been gorgeous! Definitely be back as soon as we can! Thank you for a wonderful night!!
From start to finish outstanding service from the lovely girls serving. Food was out of this world and we will definitely be returning...as soon as possible haha
We really enjoyed our lunch
The staff, atmosphere and food were excellent. I Will definitely be going back
Lovely food and great service. Would prefer the lights a little dimmer maybe a candle on the table and some low background easy listening music😊
Not sure about the new menu as I loved the old one but the food was delicious as usual and the service excellent. Do miss the key lime cheesecake though.
Excellent, really enjoyed it 👍
The best battered fish we’ve ever had! Will definitely be back!
Have already booked again
We as a family go out most weekends around the Island to eat out and The Fishery is one of the best places we have visited recently. It has very modern and bright decor and i especially like the wall paper of old places from around the Isle Of Man. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Prices are very reasonable and food is of very good quality. Chips cheese and gravy for a starter is very novel.
Lovely meal with my cousins from Alabama. Great food and a good atmosphere. Wish you’d kept the key lime cheesecake though 😆
Excellent food, lots of delicious choices on the brunch menu and the staff were friendly and inviting! Definitely recommend and will book again
Lovely food and service. The lighting is very bright I would prefer a little dimmer when dining but thats personal preference. Will definately be back and recommend to friends.
Lovely staff and great food. Pleasure to dine at the Fishery
We love the Fishery. Hidden gem! And love that they now have a kids menu and little goodie bag filled with little games and puzzles. Would 100% recommend.
Unfortunately we cannot review food as didn’t eat here in the end. We were hoping for a traditional fish & chips but the Fisheries only serve brunch, with fish & chips being served after 5pm. The brunch menu did look lovey with some nice choices but not what we were hoping for. We stayed for a drink before we left, as the decor was so lovely and the staff friendly. We will definitely be back after 5 one evening for our fish and chips!
Lovely setting and gorgeous food. We will be back
Lovely food, fab service.
The food presentation was below my expectations and different to what instergram pictures looked like (worse). The taste was average. The chocolate soufflé was rather a chocolate mouse and did not taste fresh.
A lovely first experience but you really do need to get the washroom facilities, specifically the hand dryer sorted out. The noise it makes each time someone visits the ash room is unbelievable. Such a shame to spoil what was a delightful meal with exceptional service and a lovely setting with this.
