Food was lovely and service good. However a bottle of lemonade was accidentally spilt over my daughters jacket and bag and on my sleeve and bag also. I appreciate this was not intentional and the waitress was very apologetic. Also a mistake was made over our bill. There were various items added which were not ours. Thankfully we noticed this and it was quickly rectified. Overall we enjoyed and meal and will definitely return.
Poor service, had to find the waitress on several occasions for drinks orders and desert order. Main course missing so had to wait- garlic bread given to ‘nibble on’ but not asked whether this was even appropriate. Chicken pink, risotto swimming in grease, £14 for a tiny salad- a few lettuce leaves with pink chicken not even presented well- disappointing to say the least.
Food was good and well presented, My only real disappointment was, that we asked for water at the table, We was given a bottle of Highland spring (and charged £4.50 for this !!) Everyone else around us seemed to be served tap water ? we should have been given the option
Our first visit and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was delicious. Can really recommend the Red Thai monkfish curry, it was just a treat. We’ll definitely be back.
It was our wedding anniversary and we had a lovely meal with excellent service especially from our waitress, Sammy, who arranged a lovely surprise from the kitchen of a scoop of ice-cream on a plate that had Happy Anniversary spelled out in chocolate. It really made our night special. Thank you so much to all the staff.
All very good but the restaurant was very busy and so the service was a little slow but no big deal.
Lovely dinner & good service
Thourghly enjoyed our lunch
Service was excellent as was the quality of the food.
Nice location downtown Aberdeen. Good food and wine. Good selection of wines and friendly service. Suggested.
Welcoming and polite staff. Enjoyable food.
Staff brilliant. Husbands chunky chips with haddock were raw - we only mentioned it very politely when asked if all was ok and his main course was instantly taken off bill. I had the schnitzel which was lovely but way too much! Great atmosphere - we’ll be back
Great to have vegan menu. Bubble and squeak could have done with accompanying vegetarian sausages and the risotto a little creamier but otherwise we enjoyed our meal :-)
Lovely addition to the restaurant scene in Aberdeen. Great staff, good food and super place to meet friends for a relaxing meal in great surroundings.
Very nice food but could do with a few "smaller" bite options for lunchtime. A large meal is not always required at this time
Service was exemplary with waiting staff being very attentive and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. General look and feel of the restuarant is top notch, a real class establishment. Food was ok. Nothing particularly special, and on the more expensive side for what it was. Haggis starter was a small portion for the price as an example.
Great restaurant, lovely atmosphere, flavours were amazing and service was great.
Lovely attentive staff, very tasty food & great wine made the family birthday celebration a special occasion
Not impressed with the table directly in front of the kitchen doors. Staff had to weave round each other due to the lack of space. Ladies toilet had no toilet rolls, no excuse
Some of dishes lacking in flavour. Not a place I’d rush back too.
Very attentive waiting staff but felt the food, although nice, wasn’t particularly good value for money. Would return again but wouldn’t be in a hurry to do so.
Restaurant very noisy. Overcharged for bottle wine. Waitress said misprint on menu. Don’t think that was the case but got refunded the difference.
Great food and service
Excellent service and atmosphere
Had a great night. Food and drink superb and the service was first class Would highly recommend a visit. Have already booked to visit again.
