A great last night - so sorry it will be the last for how long who knows....... All the very best to Chris and the staff
The person who took our order and served us was very helpful and pleasant. Thank you.
Would be nice if one person severed us instead of 3 different people .
Ham hocks were just wonderful, thank you so much.
Very welcoming and accommodating staff.
Highly recommend great atmosphere and very friendly with excellent service
Excellent food lovely staff always a pleasure.
Faultless. Will definitely be back.
Dined here on the Saturday and returned for Sunday dinner as the food was that good. Friendly staff and delicious food. Highly recommended.
Server was a little in your face type which we didn’t appreciate, the order was wrong not once but twice. It was rectified the first time but the second we didn’t feel we could say anything. Menu stated mixed roast - chicken beef and honey roast ham.... we ordered two.... it came with just beef on. We asked for it to be rectified which it was but what came was beef chicken and pork joint type certainly not honey roast ham. For the price of the roast we felt that the service should and food should have been spot on which this wasn’t and unfortunately it was our first time.
Excellent food good size portions would highly recommend it .... definitely will be going back there the staff are fantastic nothing is too much trouble a great evening was had
Lovely evening was had by our party of 12(6couples). Food was very nice and loads of it. Staff and management were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us the feeling that no problem was too much trouble, including when 2people had to cancel on the morning of the pre- booked meal and also when 2 of the party felt unable to have their dessert as they were so full after the first 2 courses. Have already recommended the pub to several people.
All had a good meal very nice brilliant
We recently went here for the first time in years and certainly weren’t disappointed- so much so we went back a few days later and it was just as good 😀
3rd time in a month! Love the friendly service and staff. Always nice and warm and inviting. Couldn't be better. One of our very favourite local eateries.
Always lovely food and always a lovely visit x
The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and efficient. My husband would request the bread and butter pudding is offered as an option for dessert more frequently!! He had enjoyed this so much on his previous visit and was really looking forward to it this time but unfortunately this was not on the menu yesterday. However, we really enjoyed the pear, rhubarb and date crumble. We would not hesitate recommending the Druid Inn to family and friends.
It is always a lovely experience going to The Druid for a meal and I would recommend it to anyone. My only request to them would be to offer a rice option with the sizzling platters as do I find the repetitation of your chips (which are not really chips) a bit much. Thats not to say they don't taste nice though.
Very happy with the vegetarian food we both ordered. Would love to see more vegetarian and vegan options on the menu.
An excellent lunch and good value for money.
Great service (attentive without being intrusive), good atmosphere (background music you can hear but don't have to shout over), absolutely wonderful food (seriously, we're so impressed with your chef) and all in all a wonderful evening. Thanks - we'll be back.
Absolutely lovely food was amazing a very warm welcome
Lovely little pub with homemade food. Living in Wrexham i miss good homemade food. My only criticism is the chunky chips, they were more roast potatoes and were very dry so couldnt eat them. Also the mushy peas seemed to be microwaved. The starter (cheesy garlic bread) and the dessert (choc and rasberry cheesecake) were amazing! I would come back for those two any day!
Staff were polite & helpful. Food was fresh & came to table in good time. The pub chain bosses should look at smaller portions for the younger child & at a cheaper rate. Also the price of non alcoholic drink, bit expensive, but overall will go back.
Took our grandaughter and required a highchair, which was no problem at all...food fantastic as ever
