It's a shame you no longer talk us through the sandwiches and pastries. also, it's a shame that you don't provide the tea brewing timers like you used to for the different teas great service though!
Champagne afternoon tea was lovely and the waiting staff very pleasant. As we were on a 2 for 1 deal the value was exceptional. A couple of small downsides, one of the menus on the table was dirty on the inside and the coat rack fell over when I went to collect my coat. Small issues but surprising at a hotel of this standard.
Booked afternoon tea to celebrate my mothers 91st birthday along with family members including a wheelchair bound family member. Access for the wheelchair was very easy and staff were very helpful. The waitress was very professional and also very helpful and ensured we had a lovely afternoon.

We have been to Brandshatch Place before and that is why I booked for us to treat my sister for her 60th. Unfortunately the service was very sketchy, once our pots of tea and cake stand were delivered we didn’t see anyone until we asked for the bill. No timing of the tea no refills. I did mention it was my sisters 60th but nothing, not even a candle on one of the cakes. A shame, quite disappointing.

Dining at Brands Hatch Place is certainly an enjoyable experience but the menu could be a little more imaginative and change rather more often. Linen table cloths would have enhanced the ambience but the staff were friendly, competent and attentive.

The young lady that served us was lovely and friendly and attentive always checking we had everything we needed. we also went and looked at the spa area as we thought we may do a spa day in the future the ladies there were very helpful and showed us round the place and explained everything to us. all in all a very good experience. Poor service with our afternoon tea, restaurant was empty and plenty of staff but service was slow and tea items were missing. Lacked ambience for a special 80th birthday.
Afternoon tea was quite good despite the floor still being covered in breakfast mess including straws bits of Danish pastry etc when we mentioned it we were told They had had a very busy breakfast time obviously the hoover had broken as nobody had bothered to clean the floor

Afternoon tea - loved the 241 deal . But the atmosphere and decor could have been far more intimate . Having been to Chilston Park two weeks earlier we were keen to see if the afternoon tea here was was good . Service and quality of food certainly were however I was disappointed by the lack of intimacy . It was a busy day with a wedding and birthday party on at same time and it was quite raucous in the other room. It’s a shame the doors were nit shut so that the noise was contained . In addition just sitting side by side at a big table is nit the best for an afternoon tea but this was my only complaint .

Having previously visited another Hand Picked hotel I chose your hotel to celebrate my niece’s special birthday. Overall the service was very poor and I was very disappointed with the experience. We waited 15mins before being asked what we wanted to drink- despite there being 4 members of staff standing chatting by the kitchen/till area. We weren’t welcomed in any way. The first and only words were ‘What tea do you want’. When the food arrived it was put on the table without any communication or explanation. The standard of the food was variable- with some sandwiches a little dry or with minimal filling. Scones were delicious but some cakes were a little soggy as if defrosted. Staff toward the end of service were more personable but that felt too little too late.

Everything really good. However, at the end, I asked if I could take the remaining cakes home with me. I was given a box to do it myself. The plate should have been taken away and the box with cakes inside returned to me. That would be good customer service.
