Excellent friendly helpful service
I always really enjoy coming to the Dial House - it’s such a lovely place to catch up with friends
Lovely atmosphere, lovely food. Would like a few more sandwiches but on the whole, good value for money. Staff were very friendly and very attentive. Definitely go again. Jackie & Karen
A drink on the terrace overlooking the attractive Market Place was a great start to a lovely evening. Wonderful fish pie, more than satisfied my considerable hunger. Service was excellent, discreet but alert.
Im afraid the starter menu did not tempt us but the hake was excellent
Querky but so relaxing with wonderful staff.
We walked from Lenwade to Reepham and arrived on time at the Dial House. We received a warm welcome and our drinks were served quickly. We originally were outside but decided due to the inclement weather to come in and no sooner had we chosen a table our choice of Tomato Risotto arrived. It was absolutely delicious. Served beautifully, on warm plates, stunningly tasty and it was exceptionally good. To date I have never experienced anything other than good food & service.
Booked meal for 5th wedding anniversary. Food was some of the best i have had in a long time. Staff were very attebtative and apologised for slow service for their standards. We did not think it was but they could not have been nicer. We be back for more
Food was very lovely as always, just a shame we felt like we were left too long between courses.
We had a fabulous afternoon tea at The Dial House. Our first visit but definitely not our last!
Lovely hotel, but just needs to stop the smoking out of the front of the hotel as it’s comes up into the bedrooms at the front, a real shame.
Really impressed with the food! Will definitely be going back
The food was great and the orient was amazing. Our waiter Ben was great.
Great as always. I’ve not had a roast dinner at The Dial House before and it was wonderful. Beef was amazing and the vegetables were super fresh and cooked to perfection.
Service was outstanding. Male waiter was very patient and attentive to our needs. Menu was very diverse which made us want to return to try more. Dessert was delicious! Only minor draw back was the brioche burger bun wasn’t quite right. Either over cooked or a bit old... couldn’t quite tell. The burger itself was lovely.
Excellent food and service. A very enjoyable breakfast.
Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Extremely overpriced for the food received, very disappointed
We had a very tasty dinner on Saturday night. We had a drink and nibbles in the bar area while looking at the menu. It was a nice area to sit and relax while trying to choose from all the tasty-sounding offerings on the menu. We then went into the restaurant for the main meal. We both had fish as a main course which was delicious followed by desert which was equally tasty. The ambience was very pleasant and relaxed and the service attentive.
Excellent meal in lovely, quirky surroundings.
Perfect place for this particular occasion
Despite reserving, then via the web being invited to confirm attendance, for an afternoon high tea for 2:30. So there was no doubt on either part that we would be there! Whilst the tea arrived relatively promptly, the finger sandwiches, cakes, scones etc. (whilst all thoroughly delicious) arrived at 3:00. By the time we had partaken of the rich bounty we were anxious about overstaying in the car park!
We had a superb dining experience. The range of dishes, the ingredients, the presentation and the service were all excellent. We were delighted and impressed.
