Amazing food, had the Sunday Lunch and Sticky Toffee Pudding, was so good! Will definitely be back again. Thank you for a lovely Sunday afternoon.
Felt very safe going for a meal under the current circumstances. Thank you.
My wife and I had the Sunday lunch. It was great and eaten in really nice surroundings
Polite and Friendly staff
Friendly staff who looked after us well and the food was excellent as well
Nice bright conservatory good food and friendly service.
Enjoyable evening will go again.
Excellent service and atmosphere. Great food
Both the quality of the service and the food were exceptional.
Well to my high expectations, this ridiculaaas establishment delivered on all fronts.... the food is what can only be described as very ideal! The set up was cosy and classy and staff were attentive which was fantastic for all parties involved. The hidden cocktail menu delivers what can only be described as joy to my girlfriend which again was very ideal! 10 out of 10 gaff 👍🏻👍🏻
We had such a great time, we’ve booked in for New Year!
I think your COVID-19 operations are woefully lacking, your staff should be wearing masks and reception a face shield, I did not see any sanitiser and was not asked to use any before entering the dining room. These lack of preparations show contempt for the pandemic and those who have or may be at risk. Service was pleasant but food slow 35-45mins for two sandwiches and sweet potato fries.
Good choice of gins
Lovely setting though you could tell the seats have been well used...we were a little low for the table due to this. Food was great, drinks not overpriced, service good.
Lovely weekend break at the Inn on the Prom
Food decent enough, eat out to help out so great value for money. Service was really slow and wasn’t ideal.
Everything was lovely as always, service , food and atmosphere. Only criticism is the price, also the red leather seating in the conservatory is very uncomfortable, it was like sitting in a bucket
Very good food and drinks, unfortunately we was sat in the bar area where it was very quite & was Abit chilly, Even though I booked a week in advice. People were walking in without having a reservation and getting put in the conservatory which I didn’t think was right.
Lovely staff. Management tean really looked after me &mum. I can say really impressed. My mum has been shilding for 14 weeks C19. And was really nervous about having a meal. She also was recovering from chemotherapy. She is 84 years old. But very trendy 84 years old. Expects top quaility. So I asked beforehand the manger who was lovely. We had great table the service was good and food excellent. Well done.
Excellent service! Great food!
Great as usual just missed the onion soup
A completely opposite experience to the great one we had the week before. Seated in a dark part of the bar on high stools that my 70 yr old mum could hardly get onto (an even older lady with a walking stick was seated on the same chairs next to us, despite there being empty tables available in the main seating area). It was a reduced menu so we couldn’t order what we had planned to and we weren’t offered a drinks menu. 45 min wait for food and when mine eventually arrived, I had to send it back to be reheated as it was lukewarm and the food didn’t even look cooked! It was an hour before I eventually ate after I ordered and the food was really disappointing - definitely not worth the full price or the wait. Asked for the bill and had to wait another 15 minutes before we could pay and leave! All in all, a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
