About The Creameries
Our aim is to create thoughtful and delicious menus based on the seasonal and ethically sourced ingredients.
We work with trusted suppliers who share our values and ethics and try to shop local wherever we can – our fish comes from Northern Shoal Fish Company and our meat is all wild, supplied to us by Littlewoods Butchers in Stockport. Our veg comes from Manchester Field 28, Organic North and Unicorn Grocery in Chorlton.
Our menus are shaped by British seasons and food traditions and we work hard to waste as little as possible – we pickle and preserve what we can’t use immediately and work with our suppliers to help them avoid waste by taking what they have available.
Sample menus are available but please note they are subject to change according to what is available at market.
We look forward to welcoming you to The Creameries soon.

Great food consistently and excellent and friendly service.
Wonderful evening. Lovely wine, tasty snacks, friendly service. Glad to have you back!
And we’ll behaved dogs welcome outside!
Food lovely, staff were brilliant with us
We came to Creameries on 14/10 with my parents and it was superb. The takeaway Creameries was excellent. A great idea x
We had the take away meal and when it first arrived it looked like a lot of work to get the meal ready - not helped by us ordering vegetarian and vegan options. But once we worked out the instructions ( perhaps could be clearer) it was easy and the meal was delicious. Really delicious.
We had the evening meal takeaway on Saturday and it was absolutely gorgeous. Perfectly packed with simple reheat instructions. Tastes every bit as good as it does in the restaurant. Hopefully we will be able to eat back at the restaurant soon!
Wonderful meal, attentive and friendly staff, great selection of wines and other drinks on offer. We had a great evening out and will be back.
Just wonderful as always, it deserves every accolade for service, food and for value for money. It was a really special visit to celebrate a special occasion and was a worthy venue. We can't wait to return when lockdowns allow.
Amazing meal. Outstanding.
Kate our server was brilliant. Loved everything about it.
Been wanting to try Creameries for ages and I am SO pleased we chose here for our final meal before lockdown! Everything was perfect, more than perfect, it was outstanding. Food, drinks, service and ambience all fantastic. Cannot wait to return.
It was as stunningly delicious as always. The food was excellent with perfectly paired wines to go with each dish. The service was alway informed and friendly. I will miss you x
Excellent food. Particularly loved the game pie. Great selection of wines. Will certainly be back when able to.
I could have left after the bread and butter a very happy man it was sensational from the first bite. Lovely people too
One of our favourite places to eat in Manchester. Managed to get a reservation before the new lock down and the food was as amazing as it always is. Thanks to Mary-Ellen and all the team.
Enjoyed our night so my husband. Thank you.
Truly fabulous evening and can’t wait to return
Excellent food and staff.
One of the best meals we've had in our lives. We felt like we were eating Michelin star food (think it should be!). Such great attention to detail on their taster menu, every bite was amazing. I particularly appreciated them catering for coeliacs - the gluten free sourdough was glorious.
We had a wonderful time at The Creameries! We chose to sit outside and have drinks, which came with a series of delicious, fancy nibbles. The sourdough bread was especially delicious! We also had a couple of cocktails, which were exquisitely mixed. The staff were really affable, helpful and charming, and great care was taken to ensure that everyone was as safe as possible. The atmosphere on the tables at the front was lovely - you definitely forget that you're next to a road! It feels very contained and cosy. We went to celebrate an anniversary, and it was the perfect place to do so. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely evening!
We had a lovely anniversary 6 course tasting menu last Friday. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by friendly welcoming staff. The accommodated our allergies with no problem and the food was utterly delicious.
Loved everything about our visit. The staff were lovely, friendly and knowledgeable from the moment we arrived until the we left, but without being overly attentive or fussy. The food was outstanding. The venison with beetroot dish is possibly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The bread & accompaniments had so much depth and variety of flavours. The cheese soup was stunning, if very slightly salty for my palate. I only wish the game pie came with more of a gravy. The deserts were a perfect end - who knew celery granita would make for part of a brilliant desert?! It was a culinary journey and I felt I learnt a lot about food combinations that I’ll try to take to my own kitchen. The wine flight was equally spectacular. It was great to hear so much about their provenance. All of the choices paired really well but were also interesting drinks in their own right and very different (in a good way) to the more standard wines you might get in other eateries.
As ever amazing food. We love coming here to eat and drink wine. Service is always so friendly and attentive. The game pie and treacle tart were incredible.
Amazing food, wine and service. This is such a gem of a restaurant and feel lucky to have this on our door step.
