Excellent staff, always nice and welcoming even if you arrive without a reservation. The food is always top quality. A very relaxing and enjoyable dining experience
The restuarant was beautiful and the service excellent. My reason for the four stars for food were my partners poached eggs were hard and to be sent back, and her chocolate dessert had a chocolate ball that was supposed to melt when hot chocolate sauce was poured onto it. It didnt melt and this was a dissapointment. I gave 4 stars for the value for money because it was expensive but its a 5 star hotel so I would expect that. I will defintly return!
We had a great experience at Coburg and will return. Food and service were very good. It was very quiet initially (not such a bad thing!) but possibly lacked a little atmosphere. The room and furniture was very comfortable and looked well.
Food was fine. Service a bit slow.
Too many little mistakes from a 5 star establishment. Dirt in my water Overcooked eggs and oversalted food Dirty coffee cup Dessert taking 20mins, despite not mentioning an additional wait time on the menu Left a glass of wine off the bill, when I volunteered the information, I was then overcharged for it when it was added Aesthetically beautiful restaurant, I expected better
Wonderful relaxed Saturday evening dinner with wife and parents. Staff friendly and efficient. Food was superb.
Fantastic restaurant with fantastic service - really looking forward to coming back...
EXCELLENT IN EVERY RESPECT, THAT IS WHY I WILL ALWAYS RETURN TO THE COBURG
Had an amazing evening in this lovely restaurant last Saturday. Food was delicious and well presented. Staff were super attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.
Our table wasn’t ready and we were left standing while two tables were joined together. The special, stone bass, was served without even a garnish on the plate. The tarte tatin took 20 minutes, but was served cold. We ordered lots of sides, which were expensive at €4.50 but we still left feeling hungry.
Faultless evening with excellent menu, good food and service to match.
Amazing food & wonderful service in a lovely setting.
Really good food and friendly staff
A really enjoying evening was spent at the Coburg before attending a concert in NCH. We were very impressed by the decor and the greeting and service at the Coburg. We had a very memorable evening and look forward to returning.
The dinner was delicious. The restaurant staff super helpful in recommending the food and drinks, highly recommended.
Very nice, friendly and professional staff, lovely atmosphere and good food served without delay. Excellent place to come for a pre concert meal
Very pleased with the overall experience
Excellent service. Exquisite food. Best rack of lamb I've ever eaten. And we are butchers!!
The attention of the staff , the food and the service was amazing during our dinner.
Very convenient for NCH. Excellent service and friendly ambience. Risotto helping could have been more generous. Would return.
Pre-theatre dinner - excellent and served in a timely and efficient manner
Booking was really easy and slick. The team on duty yesterday were all amazing! Well done we’ll defo be back
I not recommend your restaurant. Service was slow (38mins for two main courses), we didn’t not order starter as we were going to NCH. No time for desert. I asked 3 staff for bill and payment machine so we could leave, no sense of proactivity after I said we had to leave to meet friends. The restaurant was @65% though staff blamed slow food because of busy restaurant! No pre theatre menu offered. We will not return and I will leave same review on trip advisor to broaden poor experience with bigger audience. Coburg needs to shape up in every respect.
The food was delicious and the staff and the service was excellent. The wine was pricey at 11 euro for a glass of fairly average wine. Definitely would not hesitate to go back another time.
