Booked for an offer which was clear on the website and was confirmed by the manager that it was still there, wasn’t accommodated for this and was charged full price after waiting 15-20 mins to have our order taken. Then at end nothing taken off bill to compensate for the fact they had an offer which we booked and they wouldn’t allow.
Lovely food, great service and amazing value for money.
Prices were too high for the food on offer, service was satisfactory but nothing special. For example a drink order was wrong and when we ordered some tap water it took over 10 mins to make it to the table. Food service was good just overall experience nothing special.
Lovely staff. Great menu choice. Very large portions. Would highly recommend.
We had an amazing time, the food was honestly delicious. Even though it was a busy Fathers Day evening and the restaurant was extremely busy, the service was faultless. We will definitely be dining here again. Staff are fab!
Great food and staff. Brill father's day meal thanks
I had friends through from Glasgow and they were really impressed with the friendly and efficient service, the selection on the menu, the atmosphere and prices. They are looking forward to a return visit.
Food was excellent value for money and staff are so friendly and helpful- never a disappointment.
I normally have a nice meal here although I went on Wednesday for my husband's birthday I had fillet steak which I always have and I was really disappointed and didn't eat it to be honest I don't think it was a fillet I got .
As always, a lovely meal and good service.
Excellent food and perfect service throughout our visit.
The service is always friendly & welcoming.
Service was great , food great as always , before we needed anything else Kelly the waitress was checking on us .
Food was great as usual service exemplary only thing that wasted it was the girl having a shouting match with the staff about proof of age I would have manhandled her right out.
Great food and so good with kids
both the service and food were excellent
getting a bit pricey.
Although we booked weeks in advance, we were not told that the two courses deal did NOT apply on Bank Holidays - surely this is an English thing? Also, the portions were HUGE - would it not be possible to do smaller portions for pensioners? As usual, the staff were superb - a real pleasure to meet.
Great service from Jamie and staff food was good and the staff went the extra mile singing happy birthday when the cake was brought out thoroughly recomend a visit x
Welcoming friendly staff food superb
