About The Cliff Restaurant
Perched high over looking Saundersfoot and its Harbour the Cliff and Gallery restaurant are open all day, every day for food, drinks and coffee. Come and enjoy the view.
We have eaten here a number of times now, the food and service are always of a very high quality, although the previous gallery restaurant area had a more intimate atmosphere We really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back soon
Had a fantastic 60th birthday, 5star views decor staff very polite
Beautiful relaxing atmosphere, spent at St Brides Hotel for afternoon tea with my mum and daughter. Just what we needed.
A very special evening for my wife and I at a beautiful restaurant located in a very special seaside village for us. Our evening was made even better by the excellent service and food served to us by Martyn & Sian. A fabulous evening in a superb restaurant, with fantastic uninterrupted views directly down onto Saundersfoot harbour. We would definitely recommend the Cliff Restaurant to all.
Great night , superb service and food as always.
Overall great service and great food apart from my desert. I was told that there were no poached pears available but was offered apple crumble. Unfortunately this wasn’t very good. The apple was cold and hard and I wasn’t able to eat it.
Had a great time and lovely meal. We didnt have dessert through choice even though included but they then charged us for coffee which I thought was abit mean as in most places they will swop for a coffee
Reastaurant with a stunning view. It was our anniversary and very thoughtful of the team to present us with a card and box of chocolates. Very enjoyable lunch.
Pleasant evening. Food was very good, but not excellent. Quiet Monday evening.
Fab afternoon tea, lovely staff. Lovely food. All enjoyed!
Absolutely lovely Sunday lunch
Excellent Sunday lunch, with fabulous views having been given a window table. My husbands only complaint would be that we should have been offered more gravy, rather than having to request it.
Lovely view and atmosphere, service was leisurely but as I was not in my usual ‘city mode’ that’s fine. Desert was unimpressive but overall a very pleasant lunch which I will repeat.
Increased choice of larger on tap
The service was excellent and you can’t beat the view.
My sisters and I treated our Mum to the Prosecco Afternoon tea which was beautiful. A fabulous view and a delicious Afternoon Tea, thanks very much.
New menu very good food was lovely.Service excellent. Wouldn’t mind seeing cheese cake & chocolate tart on menu.
Excellent food and a lovely dining experience. We stayed for 4 nights and dined in the Cliff restaurant each evening. The staff were friendly, very efficient and attentive (as all the staff throughout the hotel were) and a special mention to Monica and Youenn. A marvellous few days. This was our 5th visit and we hope to return soon.
lovely afternoon tea .
Excellent choice on the menu and the specials were excellent Simon and Lena were very attentive, actually all the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! I would mention everyone by name but I can’t remember everyone’s name.
Another amazing dinner, fish is clearly first here we’ve had 3 fish meals in 2 nights and they’ve been excellent, Welsh Lamb for me was extraordinary. Once again thank you for a great stay.
I would like to thank the staff for making my mother’s birthday a memorable one. However as there were two of us that were gluten free I was a little disappointed that not much effort went into the quality of the food we received. We were told that the cakes would be different but we were surprised that we had shop bought angel cake and chocolate chip cookies on our stand only to notice when leaving that there was a gluten free carrot cake on the bar. Why were we not offered a slice of that instead of the cheaper version.
Staff very quiet and did not smile except when communicating, which made the atmosphere slightly flat, for such a stunning location. Food was excellent, except roast potatoes were tough on the outside, not crisp, tough to get a knife through. Everything else was wonderful.
