Food and service very good but overpriced; didn't accept group diners with multiple Accor cards. Mark
Excellent atmosphere, friendly service and nice food....we enjoyed a lot. Thanks
Great atmosphere and extensive wine list. Service was a little on the slow side.
Service were very slow......
Food and ambience was really good but staff should be well aware of credit card promotions instead of getting the customers to prove to them the ongoing promotions.
Nice atmosphere. A little expensive but on the whole great experience.
The service was slow, really slow. Staff there tried not to see us, wow. Food was good, but expensive for its quality. Should avoid this restaurant especially on weekend.
Impeccable, warm and friendly service.
Waitresses and waiters could be more observed.
The food was nice (octopus for appetiser and lobster pasta for main were very good) and the service was good. However, as this was the first time we attended the restaurant, and I booked online, I did not know I had to stipulate I wanted an indoor seat - and how do you do that on the online form? So when I arrived I was only given the choice of an outdoor table for my wedding anniversary dinner that I had booked 5 weeks in advance. I was at first taken back. Fortunately, there was a pleasant breeze, unusual for Singapore, and my mood improved. Perhaps people that book online can be given a choice of indoor or outdoor seating to clarify any misconceptions? The semifreddo dessert was a bit of a miss since it was rock hard and the biscuit was not crispy.
I celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday at the Cliff. The service was top notch and and the staff made it very special. The food was delicious too. A great romantic place to celebrate a joyous occasion.
The Cliff is a nice restaurant nestled in a quiet part of Sentosa. The food is nice, especially the Grilled octopus with orange potato and salmoriglio. My family had a great time there and the manager was kind enough to allow us to change to outdoor seating even though I made reservations for indoor seating. My wife found it too cold indoors probably due to the rain before we arrived. Outdoors was perfect as it was cooling after the rain.
Mani Porkko the Assistant Restaurant Manager is very knowledgeable of food and wine. Excellent recommendation of food and the portion needed for our party of eight people. Service was excellent - all the food came at the right time.
It was a lovely environment to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The restaurant gave us a nice private corner but perhaps it was hidden by the pillars it was difficult getting the staff's attention. Other than that the food was great and the ambience lovely.
Lovely evening - excellently made cocktails - a possible suggestion is to increase the food choices on the menu
We were seated outside. View was great but it was rather warm and humid. Would have been nice if something could be done to cool down the place. Otherwise, we had an excellent dinner.
Top quality! Never fails, and the best pizza here!
A really lovely setting for a group dinner. We dined at the Cliff for Saturday free-flow brunch for a celebratory event. The staff were great - very attentive and friendly. The brunch was a set menu of a variety of foods that were delivered to the table, which meant we could enjoy our experience without everyone disappearing to go and get food at a buffet. The group also got to enjoy the swimming pool after the brunch event which was great. I would definitely recommend and return to in the future.
Service was great, but a bit slow. Otherwise everything was fantastic.
Rather disappointing. On the plus side, menu choices are good, location is very nice, food presentation is very good. However the food really lacked depth of flavour. Portion sizes were small, especially the beef tortelli. Service was also slow, we were waiting a long time for main courses and desserts. And one of the mains was served lukewarm and we had to send back.
Great service! Indicated on rerservation for a birthday, to have table specially set and also a cake on the house!
1) there is a bit lack of staff , only 2 of them taking orders. I believe the service will be better if there are more staff especially holiday eve. 2) We love the grill octopus, sea bass and tortelli , it taste perfect! 3) There is a little disappointment on the desert. We prefer the lava cake to be less sweet and for the tiramisu, we prefer to have a llittle liquor in it. 4) The ambience is great!
food was great, chef and servers were friendly asnd welcoming. loved the decor of the restaurant!
Food was on point. Ambience was good but as we were sitting at the corner of the outdoor seatings it was difficult to get the waiter/waitress' attention when we needed their services. We had to wave quite a few times before we had their attention. But overall their service was alright, they were all smiley and helpful. Just thought that they should be made more alert to customers' needs regardless where we are all seated.
Good and atmosphere was great but service could be enhanced; our server couldn’t explain to us clearly what was in the dish served and at one point in time it took us 5 mins to get the attention of a service to get us the bill. But other than these 2 incidents, no other complaints. Food was awesome!
