About The Chilli Pickle
Nationally-acclaimed regional Indian restaurant in the heart of Brighton. Passionate about Indian culture, local produce and traditional methods.
Special and good to taste.
This was our wedding dinner, and we chose the Chilli Pickle because it always lives up to (very high) expectations. It finished off our day perfectly.
As always amazing food and excellent service!!
Very friendly and warm atmosphere. Had an amazing birthday meal with my girlfriend. Service was quick, attentive and informative on any of the dishes we asked about. Some of the best curry I've ever had, very well spiced and flavours keep hitting you even when you've finished eating! Would highly recommend the starters as they are light, fresh and tasty but don't fill you up too much before the main. Would love to go again an try the entire menu!
seemed a little understaffed but food delicious as always
Will never stop visiting my favourite restaurant. The whole experience is excellent and a real credit to the owners. In my mind this is Brightons jewel in the Crown! Who needs Michelin stars...the Chilli Pickle is in a class of its own.
fantastic service and food as always
Lovely food - great service
Went to the chilli pickle for my sisters hen do. The restaurant was decorated beautifully, the staff were very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely come here for my next visit to Brighton.
Great food, fun and vibrant, would definitely go back
Always let down by service when busy fri/sat night, forgetting drinks & getting order wrong for main course & dessert. Food always excellent as always, we eat regularly at lunch time in the week & tend to avoid weekends.
Was a little disappointed. Haven't been for a few years, menu choice seems very limited now and seems to lack flair it once had
I've been going to Chilli since it first opened in 'The Lanes' in central Brighton and last went in September 2014. I have noticed this time that the menu options have not been as interesting or exotic as they used to be with ingredients such as oxtail madras, Goan fish curry etc. Chilli seems to have moved toward the more standard fare of chicken, pork etc. As a dessert fan, I was very disappointed to find that the lovely huge gulab jamons served with cardamon ice cream has been replaced with a lolly (I'm an adult!) and 3 tiny weeny little gulab jamons. I do feel the Chilli experience is not the same
Introduced a curry lover to Chili Pickle....she loved it!!
Great lunch at the Chilli Pickle yesterday. Very helpful waitress who gave food explanations and recommendations and we enjoyed her suggestions. We will be back!
Loved the food. First pani puri in ages that really tasted as one. Will visit again!
The staff were friendly, very attentive and helpful. They managed to squeeze us in 30 minutes prior to our original booking time. Great experience and the food is immense.
Thank you. Such delicious food.
Fab restaurant, great food, atmousphere and staff...one of the best eateries in town...
Great first visit
Absolutely enjoyed. Me and my friend had fantastic time. the staffs are helpful and food is amazing. the restaurant atomosphere is very special. I definitely come back :)
As always the experience was excellent. Still our favourite Indian restaurant in Brighton & Hove and even though others are improving........still the best.
Very tasty and very authentic Indian food. Not your conventional anglo-indian by a long shot.
As ever it was a wonderful meal, however it was very hot in the restaurant which became uncomfortable after a while.
