Food was lovely. Place was busy. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
We arrived at 630 to our table on the first night of reopening after lockdown. However, after not being approached for over 20 minutes, a girl eventually came over. She went to take our bill and realised that there was still an “open tab” on our table and the previous people had not paid their bill. This then resulted in a further 20 minute wait, still no drink ordered or received. We were told “we need to wait to resolve this before we can order a drink for you”. I was appalled, as why should someone else’s bill be a problem for us to be served? Especially as the table is specifically booked for only a two hour slot and we lost 40 minutes of our time as staff tried to resolve the issue of the previous non payers. I will not rush back here... perhaps teething problems on opening night or whatever but to be left 40 minutes before a drink arrived on our table is not on. So much so, it has put all three of us off from coming back.
It was good value for money. Service was a bit slow but we did enjoy our food.
Service was a little slow but this was apologised for Mostly the food was great and it was safe
The service from staff were lovely. The food and drinks were great. Would definitely go again.
Service was slow and staff weren't great. Drinks were dropped on someone at my table and completely soaked and weren't offered any drinks etc for free.
We greatly enjoyed the night despite the cold weather . We will be back soon. Sarah Barr
We visited yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We ordered food and drinks . Atmosphere was relaxed but professional. We would definitely visit again.
Nice , safe environment.
Great service, really friendly and good food.
Lovely food, friendly staff and great atmosphere!
Myself and my friends had an amazing time yesterday. The service was Impeccable by our server, and young man named Cole.
Great set up outdoors!
Lovely staff really accommodating and made us feel welcome. Great environment x
Food lovely. Just as well as were asked to pay in advance. Outdoor heating would be great.
excellent service nice friendly staff well worth a visit
Great afternoon at The Caird. Food and cocktails were great and staff were very friendly and accommodating.
All staff were friendly. Nicki in particular was absolutely lovely, very helpful and friendly. Beer Garden is fab, some heaters and music would make it even better Will definitely be back and would recommend it.
Great service from the boys and girls working. Nothing was too much for them. Even when they were busy we were still bring checked on. Will deffo be back :)
Had a nice afternoon but typical Scottish weather made us cut our day short.Enjoyed atmosphere and waiting staff were very helpful. Our main waiter was very polite and friendly. Will definitely be back to sit outside on a nicer day.
Service very slow, I was ignored for the first 15 minutes of my 2 hour slot. Had to ask for drinks menus, then food menus and then twice again to get someone to take our food order. Food was nice but came out cold and had to be sent back. Lots of staff standing about but did not seem interested in their customers. Won’t be back.
server was an absolute joy all evening, friendly and welcoming brilliant service. drinks a little on the expensive side but good, overall a great night
Slow service, sat for 20minutes before a drinks order was even taken. Charged extra, took a while to get it sorted out. Starters came out then we were asked if mains were required at the same time - said it was starters then mains and they proceeded to bring out the mains before everyone had even finished their starters.
