About The Bunch Of Grapes
Inspired by the village bar bistros of South West France, pop in anytime - sometimes just for a drink, other times for a quick snack and often for dinner! We aim to be the perfect neighborhood bar so come and see us soon.
A lovely place to eat and really good food. Only criticism is that the service was slightly forgetful given the drinks we ordered didn't turn up until we gave them a nudge. Overall we would be happy to return as the food (in our opinion) was better than the Michelin starred Pony & Trap which we had eaten at only a week or so before. Nice buzzy atmosphere on the ground floor.
we had a really enjoyable meal before moving on to a concert. Food and service were excellent- we were upstairs which was fine but quiet for our early booking
Not having been for a while, the food blew us away. It looked like a work of art and tasted even better. We’ve just booked another table.
My most favourite place to each
Absolutely fabulous meal and great environment for our group. Great service too and very nice beer. Best Xmas meal ever!
It was excellent. We will be going back.
Excellent as always and getting better!
Excellent meal with friendly professional service
We had a great evening. Lovely food and we were very well looked after. Thank you!
Delicious 3 course set lunch. Poss could have been a couple of degrees warmer...already recommending you to my customers in Corsham, (Previous on Corsham High St, see instagram and facebook).
The atmosphere was welcoming, charming and relaxing - and the food was just fabulous (every mouthful)!
Third time here for a lovely set menu lunch, three courses for £22 something. Great value from a town that doesn’t have many decent three course set menu lunches. Wine was a tad expensive for lunch, they need a cheaper house white. I really don’t want to spend £100 on lunch which is almost what it ended up with a decent tip to our lovely barman/server. Of course we could forego wine and a glass of Prosecco each but then what would be the point. My partner was too cold the place needed to be warmer and more cozy/inviting to invite in more of a lunch crowd. I was fine, my partner is thin blooded but an open fire or more warmth would serve the restaurant well. The food was great. Perhaps some low volume smooth jazz to create more atmosphere.
We had a wonderful family Sunday lunch at The Bunch of Grapes. As ever the service and food were fantastic- they even managed to come up trumps an accommodate our ‘preteen’ who is vegetarian- it was very much appreciated. My husband has not stopped telling me how amazing the roast beef was,! Thank you to the team, we’ll hopefully see you again soon.
Great food and service.
Fantastic customer service - nothing is too difficult for the team & great food & drink, the best around.
I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of my meal & I had to have 3 courses & each course was superb Definitely going again very soon
First visit on a quiet weekday lunch. I have been in the restaurant business for decades and sometimes you just know. This place is great, someone really cares. I will certainly be back.
Spur of the moment having heard good things - we had a lovely week day evening meal and glass of wine - perfect! Out of the ordinary but still relaxed and special - thank you!
Gorgeous Sunday lunch - vegans, veggie and meat eater all happy. Great service as always, particularly like team willingness to make recommendations when I’m feeling indecisive. Overall a perfect place to spend a few hours with friends who like good food.
Very good meal , busy restaurant with good service . Interesting and imaginative deserts . Nice to see a good choice of wines in various size offerings as well.
First visit to the Bunch of Grapes as travelling in the area. Arrived as the doors were opening. Very friendly greeting by the front of house, laid back and welcoming. Although only customers at first the bar area had an intimate vibe, Parisian feel, non intrusive music. 3 course lunch was exceptional value. The polenta main course as vegetarians was a gastronomic treat with a good sized portion. Service was superb, efficient yet relaxed. Cocktails were some of the best we have tasted made with great care and attention like the food. This is a must stop for lunch if in the area and at £22 for 3 courses, excellent value.
Just had an amazing Sunday lunch, will definitely be going back.
Amazing meal, honestly.
Went with the family, fantastic food and wonderful service, love this place!
Always my favourite restaurant in Bradford but last nights meal was just the best ever... beautiful beef!! Melted in the mouth, accompanied by Blanc de Blanc... what could be better. Can’t wait to come again.
