About The Bunch Of Grapes
Inspired by the village bar bistros of South West France, pop in anytime - sometimes just for a drink, other times for a quick snack and often for dinner! We aim to be the perfect neighborhood bar so come and see us soon.
Fabulous food, great service, highly recommended
Great food and staff. Recommend you try.
One of the best meals I have had in a long time. We came up from london and stayed nearby. The food, service and ambience of the place was five star. We had two starters and two mains and I cannot fault any of the dishes. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area or who is a short drive away. Do not pass this place up.
Excellent food and service. Good value for money. Sat downstairs as restaurant upstairs can get very noisy.
I think that this is now the best place to eat in BoA...very good food!
As always great service. We really enjoyed the wonderful cocktails but the outstanding taster menu was the highlight of our evening. Can’t wait to go back. So lucky this is our local pub.
Amazing cocktails, delicious food, super service. Calamari portion a bit small though!
We cannot recommend the Bunch of Grapes enough! Even on a Saturday night the staff were incredibly attentive, we received our food quickly and it far exceeded our expectations, it was a lovely meal, in a lovely place facilitated by knowledgeable and competent staff. We had a lovely evening and were more than happy to leave a large tip and we cannot wait for our next visit! The cocktails are to die for too...
Delicious food and excellent service! What more could you want?
Food was excellent
Cooking is ingenious and fresh. Worth saving a little bit of tummy space for the amazing dessert !
Tony Casey is a very talented chef and we were very impressed with our dining experience at The Bunch of Grapes. The attention to detail - fresh cucumber in our G&Ts, tender as you like squid, ditto the perfectly cooked lamb, well kept cheese in prime condition - is all key to a good dinner. Maybe a little more potato with the meat course? Maybe the tables in the bar are a little close together for private conversation? But these are purely our own opinions and tiny, tiny details. We have already been recommending The Bunch of Grapes as a great place to eat in Bradford on Avon. Not cheap but good.
Lovely food and great service.
A truly delicious meal, every course perfectly balanced and well executed. The set lunch was amazing value, and I have recommended The bunch of grapes to friends already. We will be returning!
My wife and I had my bithday celebration here. The starter, main course and dessert were all 10/10. We have never had a bad experience during our 4 to 5 visits over the past few years. Highly recommended.
The food was absolutely delicious, and beautifully presented. All enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. A great evening!
Some of the very best food we've had for a while. The Bunch of Grapes had been recommended to us, but nonetheless we were surprised to find such top-notch food in a high street pub! And the set menu lunch is ludicrously good value.
This restaurant offers a reasonably small dinner menu- with great choices and so great cooking. Scrumptious. Wine asked for was unavailable and a super alternative was offered. Service - courteous, friendly- excellent.
Booked last min online for a very good sunday lunch recommended to all
Staff were very helpful without being intrusive. The only reason we gave atmosphere 4 stars instead of 5 was because we booked lunch a bit early but the atmosphere improved as the bar filled.
First time at Bunch of Grapes and it was excellent. Staff very friendly and attentive, bar drinks (especially gin) extensive, and the food was amazing. The menu is small but then when the meal arrives you can see why. A small menu allows the chefs to cook from fresh and the food (we had the chicken) was delicious. Definitely going back.
We booked expecting it to be a French restaurant but,to our delight, found it had changed hands. The upstairs restaurant is quirky, the service was very good, the wine was crisp and cold and the food was excellent and amazing. The menu had about 6 starters and main courses, so my instinct is that the menu was fresh and not bought in. We're looking forward to visiting again.
Huge improvement in quality of food since new ownership.
What a wonderful way to celebrate a 40th birthday! Thank you to all of the staff for making it such a special occasion: the cake and cremant were a lovely touch.
Classy setting, expertly presented & great tasting food, friendly and attentive staff, good range of local beers and reasonably priced without being too fussy - perfect!
