Outstanding Sunday lunch
Amazing food ! Great service what a wonderful place ! Thank you for a brilliant lunch .. we will be back soon
Excellent lunch, lovely pub!
The most delicious mushroom truffle soup. Friendly staff. Excellent food, and a good wine list.
Came in for Sunday roast. Second time in for a roast and loved it both times. Generous and tasty. Bravo.
Everything about the meal was top class. Greeting as we entered. Friendly service. And absolutely delicious food. Will definitely be back
Excellent food and friendly efficient staff Well done team x
We are a local family who have known Damian for quite sometime (back to Halseys) and always related to his style in terms of securing a great atmosphere, case in point with open hearth fires, lighting, flowers on table, for me it’s about attention to detail and dining experience hence my scores. Food and service was great, we will be back! Jon D
Absolutely love this restaurant. It’s welcoming, cosy and the food is delicious. The staff are welcoming and professional. We’ve eaten here a few times now and have positive experience each time. I highly recommend The Bull.
We had a lovely evening at the Bull. The food, wine and atmosphere was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!!!
Super friendly staff and beautiful food. Seating too cramped though; could do with being more spaced out.
We enjoyed our visit to The Bull. Great service and delicious food!
An amazing lunch. Perfect. Loved the side of celeriac gratin Lime and soda were a little overly posh at £4 a pop! The bog standard line and soda for a £1 would have been fine.
Food was delicious! Fantastic environment and feel to the place :)
Fantastic food. Lovely atmosphere. Definitely will go again.
A phenomenal meal, great staff, beautiful pub what more can you ask for.
Adults had a Sunday roast and it was delicious. Good portion size, excellent meat and interesting side veggies... way too much garlic in the greens though. Starters and puddings delicious also, They ran out of chips for the kids which wasn’t good. The service was friendly but extremely slow, we waited approx -1.5 hrs for our mains.... hopefully just a teething problem. The space we ate in was very cold and an electric heater did nothing to warm us up but the atmosphere is great and we enjoyed ourselves.
PROBABLY THE BEST BANGERS AND MASH I HAVE EVER HAD IN ANY UK PUB , AND BELIEVE ME I HAVE BEEN IN A FEW. MY FRIENDS UP FROM LONDON WHERE WELL IMPRESSED. WE WILL RETURN SOON.
Food very nice, all good. The 2 person table in the back bar on the left before the toilets is a bit wobbly and could do with being looked at. Didn't spoil the evening though. Thank you
Very overpriced for the portion sizes. The shepherds pie had little meat in it and had an extremely watery sauce - very disappointing.
good all round experience, very understanding and helpful, great food, they always go the extra mile.
Lovely Sunday lunch
Excellent! Elegant country pub/restaurant with a fantastic cozy atmosphere.
Already looking forward to our next visit.
