Clearly an automated email. The experience was horrible. The reservation I was told did not exist. The food was extremely disappointing, the atmosphere rude. Not only would I not recommend the Brewery, it spoiled the experience that the Novotel was booked for.

We had a booking made for xmas dinner and drinks, however our booking was lost. Lincoln was the manager on the night of our outing and he was sensational, ensuring that we got a table quickly and looked after us with service and making sure his staff looked after us. Would of been a very disappointing night if it had not been for Lincoln.

NO RESERVATIONS CAN BE MADE FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Thought everyone would like to know this. I made reservations online using this very site for Monday 11th December (yes, the night of the Paul McCartney concert) three weeks prior to the 11th. I made the reservations on a website for the Novotel, called ResiDiary - a link you are sent to when you google “Brewery Bar + Kitchen” and also on your website. 24hours prior to our booked reservation I was sent another email asking me to confirm the booking - which I did. So imagine my surprise when I turn up to your establishment and you dont take reservations, nor have any idea what I’m talking about. I booked a table because I knew it would be busy. I suggest you look into this and take down the link on your website because this most definitely false advertisement, made worse by the fact that you are asked to confirm the booking a day prior to your supposed reservation.

When we got to the Brewery, I was told that they don't take bookings when events are on. So we had to eat elsewhere, which was very annoying.

Despite online booking made and confirmed it was not there when I arrived. Staff member said online bookings never come to them. I had to share a table with people I did not know and had to sit on a stool with a bulging disc which was very painful

I booked a table four days in advance. Unfortunately we arrived fifteen minutes late due to transport but they’d already given away our table. The manager basically said it was bad luck. My friends 74 year old mother had to stand. A quick call to check we were still coming would have been nice.

Easy relaxed atmosphere... great for food and drinks before events at the Olympic Park. Book a table if you want to eat... if you can!

After booking a table online for a work event 2 months prior and travelling from interstate, we arrived at the venue to find that there was reservation noted and no tables available. Then told that they don't have online booking service or send out email booking confirmations, I then showed the staff member the booking confirmation email from the venue and was told to drag some stools together. As all venues on a Saturday night in that area are fully booked and the likelihood of accommodating 7 people at short notice is non-existent, I found the experience and the attitude of the staff quite disappointing and wonder what the point is of having an electronic booking system if it either doesn't work or the staff aren't using it because they don't even know it exists.

We booked online months ago when we were organising a trip to Sydney. When we arrived no one knew about our booking, they found an old dirty rickety table from somewhere out back put it right in front of the bar and gave a free drink. The menu was then also not what is advertised online. It was a smaller menu. A terrible experience.

So, I don't understand how you can offer online bookings when The Brewery doesn't even take bookings! I booked a table for 9 people and got hung out to dry when we arrived and it was absolutely packed and had to go upstairs to the over priced restaurant. They accommodated us thank goodness but the bar staff were slow and unable to poor a beer let alone open a bottle of wine, the barman had to go to his car to get a bottle opener! They also forgot to make half of the drinks we ordered which is totally unacceptable; and then the food we ordered took over an hour to come out and the waitress took it to the wrong table. Novotel, a bit of staff planning and customer service training would go a really long way and take down your online booking service as it is unhelpful and useless seeing that it doesn't even work. Will never go there again!

The manager Lincoln was exceptional he honoured our booking even though it was a very busy event night. He made sure we were comfortable and looked after. Lincoln has the right disposition for the hospitality industry. I will come again.

It was terrible - had to leave with 2 children without eating as they had to be back at school spec by 6pm and could not even order until 5pm despite being there at 4.30pm and was told it was an hour wait. No staff anywhere to speak to or to tell us where the table we booked a week before was. Appalling!

I made an online booking, received an email confirmation. Arrived at the venue and they had no idea of my booking. I showed a staff member my confirmation email and he just shrugged BUT he did start to get a table put together for us, so that was nice of him. It was just a bit embarrassing because I was with a work group who relies on me to be reliable with booking etc

Arrived at 1pm and asked which table we were going to be sitting at and was told (with no apology) that they had no record of my reservation. I hadn't the email confirmation on my phone so couldn't prove it. Myself, my friends and kids then had to queue at the likes of Subway for food. Terrible customer service.
