About The Bieldside Inn
Situated to the west of Aberdeen, but within the city limits, The Bieldside Inn offers various areas of relaxation and dining space to suit your mood including the lounge bar, restaurant and outdoor balcony. During the warmer months the restaurant expands on to the balcony for an inside/outside dining experience. Since PB Devco's takeover of The Bieldside Inn in October 2011, "The Bielder" (as it is affectionately named by locals), has gone from strength to strength, offering customers new vibrant food menus and high levels of service. The menus are regularly changed, but the old favourites are never far away. The restaurant is open every day and offers a range of traditional Scottish and pub food with a few slightly more exotic creations thrown in for good measure. The Bieldside Inn also offers a function room with a private bar, perfect for wine tastings, parties or corporate seminars. "The Bielder" has built and maintained a reputation for high levels of service and delicious, quality food menus, why not come down and see for yourself?
Lovely lunch on a quiet Tuesday. Staff sensitively attentive.
Service was a little slow but food was lovely
Booked online and it went really smoothly. Food well cooked and presented. Very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend a visit.
Great food and Service. Thank you.
Food great but wine expensive
The waiter who served us was extremely friendly and courteous. Very good service.
Excellent service and great food!
Great time had by all .
Food & choice excellent but service a bit slow
Very friendly and attentive staff who were very helpful with my allergies
Lovely place, good value for money. Menu choice and food a little disappointing. Description sounded great on menu but when delivered it didn't meet the expectations
Good service good food will be back
Great food, very pleasant service excellent value.
The food was fantastic and the waitress that attended to us was excellent. I wish I can remember her name so I'll mention it here. It's was my birthday and my husband mentioned it to her and I got a free drink with a candle on my dessert. Great service guys!
Waited over a hour for food on Father’s Day and when we asked about what was happening we did not even get an apology. Spoilt a nice evening. Dissapointed as we used to eat here all the time.
Food would have been tasty had the salt content be less. Both starter and main course was salty.
The food was excellent but a bit pricey. The round table we had for 4 people was too big and difficult to talk across. Nice atmosphere . Staff not very friendly or efficient. Took ages for our main course to arrive. Very expensive !!
Extremely noisy. Reasonable pub food that's not very exciting. I had a steak pie - delicious meat, but the 'pie' was a circle of puff pastry placed on top of the meal. Baked vegetables included a raw carrot. Huh?
Poor and very limited vegetarian options Macaroni was very basic Other family members who eat meat found portions a bit small and basic, but tasty enough. Service was alright, staff were a bit forgetful, (with drinks and bringing sauces etc), but they were extremely busy and did not appear like there was enough staff on.
good food, wine and service. We were a party of 6 and thoroughly enjoyed our evening
Always good value and menu changes quite regularly.
Good food and atmosphere just took a while to take first order. Apart from that was v.good
A really good meal and attentive, polite staff
Food could have been better cooked, beef olives were very tough and steak was not very well cooked
Good menu with plenty of choice for all. All enjoyed the food that we ordered and service was of high standard. Would definitely eat here again.
