Very enjoyable. However may I suggest that the chicken fajitas dish is served differently as the layout gave no room to actual put together the fajitas and eat them , without having to pick them up to eat.
I have to say the food here was fantastic, really good quality and such good value. The service was brilliant - really attentive and the layout and atmosphere is cosy and warm. My parents have been coming for a long time and bought myself and I can see me coming again and again. It was a lovely experience so thank you to your whole team!
Excellent service and Sunday Cavery was lovely. So dog friendly too. Michael
Could not fault one element of our stay - only wish it had been longer. Can't wait to return.
From the moment of arrival we were made to feel welcome. Room was excellent as was the food. Dogs were welcomed and enjoyed the treats. Would highly recommend stay.
My friend and I were made to feel very welcome. All the staff were friendly and the food was lovely.
Excellent place to stay, great food and fantastic service.
Perfect lovely room great food and extremely friendly staff a credit to Derbyshire keep up the great work
We stayed at The Bentley Brook Inn during the weekend before Christmas! The hotel itself was fantastic. The food was also good- maybe a little on the expensive side (with their main menu). We had dinner at the hotel on the first night which was absolutely delicious! The portions were good and the staff could not do enough to ensure that we were satisfied. The Camembert starter was not melted in the middle (even after it was brought back out again) but the staff tried their best to rectify this. The dessert was amazing and their dessert board had a good variety to choose from! We also had breakfast the next morning, which was also very hearty and tasty! The coffee tasted great and this set us up for the day ahead! Finally we had a Sunday lunch when we checked out - which again was absolutely fantastic! Carvery was delicious! The pudding got mixed up with another one, but again this was rectified quickly and was delicious when it came out. The hotel/food is very traditional and we truly had a very festive British experience from start to finish. The staff, from the owners, waiting to catering staff were extremely friendly and always happy to engage in conversation about local attractions and places to see. We thoroughly enjoyed our lovely 2 night weekend break.
Good quality food at affordable prices. Very attentive service. Booked at last minute with no issues.
An excellent experience with staff treating our walking group like royalty. Little touches like a room to change in helped.
Great Christmas meal in a lovely pub with great service.
Very welcoming, lovely atmosphere and exactly what we needed.
