About The Bay Hotel
Seaside Pub + Brasserie located in Port Erin.
I took my friend to lunch yesterday for her birthday on Wednesday. We enjoyed the cod and crayfish on the specials board but the broccoli was undercooked and stringy, my friend choked on it and had to pull the string out of her mouth which was upsetting and embarrasing for her. I told the waitress, I hope she relayed the information to the chef as I'd asked her to do.
Excellent from start to finish
Food was ok, but expensive. Loud music in the room meant it was difficult to have a conversation. Short Rib was the highlight in our group, one person had queenies from starter menu as a main and we were charged twice starter price for what looked like a starter portion.
Fabulous meal. Good service. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely meal, really good atmosphere and stunning views
As always the fish was superbly cooked. Love the new addition of home pickles veg and the beef polenta cake. My wife loved the spiced cauliflower with tahini. My only really tiny thing is I'd like some more inventive and lighter desserts. This is our go to restaurant...its relaxed, reliably good and worth the money.
Ace beer, ace food... Ace setting ! What's not to like?
Fantastic service, food was delicious 😋 I would recommend to anyone ! We had such a lovely night !
Requested a birthday cake as a surprise for a special birthday and it was amazing. Food was excellent and staff where brilliant. Overall 10 out 10.
Great meal once again at The Bay.
Wonderful food, great service in a fabulous location- a perfect start to 2019
Mostly excellent as usual, Panna cotta was slightly over set but still yummy
Great first visit to Little Fish at the Bay
Great Food & Service with a smile! This is our third visit - the daily specials board is top quality and every time we have been looked after very well indeed.
Food was good, although battered cod was a lot of batter not much cod. The fish curry and queenies were amazing however. Our waitress was lovely and the dining area was nice. However we waited over 50 minutes for our food after we ordered which is ridiculous, we were close to getting up and walking out. Had it been super busy we may have understood but we were one of only 4 or 5 tables in there and only ordered one fish and chips, two burgers and one fish curry (and queenies starter which came after about 10/15 mins) which I don’t think can take over 50 minutes to prepare. For this reason we probably wouldn’t return any time soon.
Great food although the scallop starter £11.50 was expensive as there was only three scallops.
Very enjoyable evening. Thanks again.
First time at Little Fish in Port Erin. Loved the food, every bit as good as in Douglas, and the ambiance. Will definitely return.
Thank you for a lovely Birthday Treat X
Waitresses very friendly and efficient
Delicious food & fantastic service, thoroughly enjoyed our lunch there.
Not much atmosphere because it was fairly quiet. I didn’t like the two odd tables of different heights that had been pushed together. Otherwise everything was spot on
