We had a really lovely day all the girls wer lovely food was amazing loved everything
Service was very good. We were very well looked after by Gregory. We had the Signature Afternoon tea. Food was good. Only comment I would have is there was a lot of sweet items as opposed to savoury. I appreciate it is afternoon tea but would prefer less sweets :-) Would still recommend and will be back.
One of my favourite places for food and drink.
The only fault I can make was that the vegan scones were like rocks, unpleasant.
Beautiful hotel and relaxing area for afternoon tea
Girls wore so helpful, friendly and accommodating couldn't do enough for us afternoon tea for 20 and a single problem . Kept given fresh warm tea out which was really nice ! Had afternoon tea in the westbury and had to ask for fresh tea for my mam
Exellent service! Everything tasted wonderful. Could not have started our weekend in Dublin in a better way.
Perfect way to spend the afternoon.
Not correct atmosphere sitting at table for 7, much nicer last time when we sat at sofa. Also table not designed for 7 people, 2 adults could not pull chair in or sit comfortably because restricted by legs of table.
I booked afternoon tea as a treat for my family and my daughter who is 3. Both the signature and children's afternoon tea was beautiful. Staff were wonderful, providing prompt and welcoming service consistently. On the way out, our elderly grandmother fell on the front steps and was helped by the staff. She was given water and a seat until we got a car to collect her. Luckily she is okay and we are grateful for the kindness of the staff.
As always, a great experience!
Best afternoon tea in dublin
Fantastic service and food , Greg made the experience even more enjoyable and can’t thank him enough , fantastic at what he does. Lovely touch with a cake for my mam, definitely be back
I am sooooo happy you asked me for feedback because I was so disappointed. The service was good. The bill was €135 (for 3 of us)- which I was totally aware it would be . However the portion for €45 a head was absolutely a disgrace. Slivers of sandwiches.I got 2 finger/sliver pieces and 2 thumb size egg mayonnaise minuscule rolls, 1 thumbnail!!! size cheese cupcake . The cakes were slivers , 2 raspberry thumbnail size cupcakes, dark chocolate mini wedge , cube of banana n walnut cake, mini wedge of carrot cake, 1circluar mini biscuit and scone with cream n jam and the small cherry/creamy glass of desert. The profit on all the mini sized everything had to be at least 80/85€. It was mammys 89th birthday treat. We are 99% each and could NOT GET OVER the portion size . We definitely thought we would have a plate of sandwiches- with or without crusts. I will say the presentation was really good but if I had of realised the helping for each person was so small, I would of had the dinner downstairs for half that price each. I had already spent €13.50 downsides on coffees so all in all it was totally over the top as far as zero value for money goes. I REALLY thought I would be fed and full at least for the price. As I said it was Mams 89th birthday and we were totally not impressed. Thanks for reading this feedback. Grainne Allen
spent a lovely afternoon here with my mam for her birthday. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
I’ve been here twice before and both times previous I remember it being much nicer. The food just really wasn’t the same standard it usually is. The sandwiches were cold and inedible and then we found most of the cakes were hard and not baked fresh as advertised. Disappointing the service was inconsistent with previous experiences and especially considering the price point should reflect the food quality which in this case it did not.
Fabulous afternoon, great atmosphere!
Lovely setting and staff were great! The savoury selection was a bit limited, and coffee and tea were not offered. We didn't know if it was supplement or included in the price. But overall, we had a lovely time.
Highly recommend Great atmosphere Staff went out of there way to suit us Really nice
Service was excellent. It is expensive for what it is but its worth the treat.
Fab afternoon tea lovely experience will definitely return
My friend and I thought that each of the tiers on the cake stand should have more food on it
Great Afternoon Tea!!
