Had a nice lunch. Our waitress was lovely and the atrium has a great ambience. Was surprised to see a small glass of prosecco was priced at €10.50!!
Myself and my two friends visited the Atrium for afternoon tea. While I was waiting for them I ordered a glass of white wine, however, I took a sip and noticed it was not chilled. I mentioned this to one of the staff members and she took it back while being very pleasant. She returned 5 minutes later with a perfectly chilled glass of wine. My friends then arrived and the menu was explained to us, food and service was excellent and there was a lovely atmosphere. We we all really enjoyed the afternoon.
Amazing service at the afternoon tea yesterday.. the server was so genuinly friendly and couldn't do enough for us.. Will be back in a heartbeat.. loved the whole experience
We had an amazing experience.
Lovely afternoon spent in the Atrium with friends for a special birthday. Staff very friendly and efficient, not rushed once finished. Would return again.
Lovely afternoon tea in beautiful surroundings with my gorgeous daughter
Staff member Amy in Training needs more supervision. Asked her for glasses of water twice but never received them. Eventually delightful staff member who served out food did give us glasses of water
Perfect Afternoon Tea.
A birthday treat for my wife. We all had a wonderful afternoon!! Thank you
It was a lovely relaxing experience. Thank you
Absolutely stunning all round. Staff were so attentive and welcoming. A fabulous experience all round.
Looking for a treat ....The Atrium in the Westin is the ideal place for afternoon tea Leave the car at home to indulge in the “gin tea”. 😉Highly recommend so put this on things to do in Dublin list👍🏻
The service was great, staff were lovely and friendly. However, the traditional afternoon tea was not worth the money. The turkey in one of the sandwiches tasted as if it was cheap shop bought turkey. The bread wasn't fresh. Majority of the cakes weren't fresh either. The sponges were hard, which suggested they were leftovers from the day before. I was extremely disappointed as having spent €84 I was expecting much better quality. Unfortunately I won't be returning.
Sublime food in a stunning setting with efficient and pleasant staff. An oasis of calm and peace. Really enjoyable.
Service was slow and there were too many sweet item in comparison to sandwiches but everything was delicious. The most disappointing aspect was when it was time to settle the Bill I used a voucher I had won in work which I was told had a zero balance by a staff member and had to wait 30 mins while it was being investigated. Although the manager accepted the card in the end it caused me great embarrassment.
The food and atmosphere were lovely, however I didn't feel that 88 euro was very good value for 2 afternoon teas. We ordered the botanical afternoon tea and one of us wasn't a gin drinker. When we asked if it was possible to replace one of the gins with a prosecco or champagne we were told this wasn't possible and we would need to be charged separately. I think that, given the reputation and overall cost, it shouldn't have been the biggest deal in the world to offer some flexibility.
As always was an excellent experience
Excellent service and selection of delicious treats. We were very well attended to and we'll definitely be back. Only low point was that the panna cotta part of the tea tasted a bit sour, so we didn't have but a taste of it.
Lovely atmosphere and excellent service. Benefit of offering more savoury to sweet options in afternoon tea in general in all hotels for those that prefer savoury to sweet.
Enjoyable afternoon tea
Everything was fantastic. A very friendly welcoming atmosphere and the staff were very obliging and accomodating .
The staff were very accommodating and looked after us extremely well! The food was great and any and all good requirements were considered. Additionally there was great communication with the team before our booking. Highly recommend.
Fantastic service and amazing food, such a good way to spend the afternoon!
