Not forgetting younger guests, the Little Ones menu has a selection of treats and half-sized portions of main menu favourites for budding gourmets. Joining The Atlantic in late 2017, Executive Chef Will Holland has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants since the age of 18 and has appeared on numerous national television programmes including as guest chef on Saturday Kitchen.
