Staying true to the concept of its Australian sister restaurant, the Souk Al Bahar venue is also based on an ‘Ocean to Plate’ philosophy, and features an oyster bar as well as a gorgeous waterfront terrace. This sophisticated and contemporary dining destination pays homage to the very best produce from around the world, sustainably sourced from the ocean.
