Thank you! We had a wonderful time celebrating my brother's birthday. Everyone enjoyed the food. Better option than Vikings😁. We'll definitely comeback
There are much more food choices at other Vikings buffet restaurants. I prefer Vikings at The Block and the Jazz and of course Niu.
Shakes should be available even during lunch
Thank you for allowing us to experience the "eat all you can with a style".Nqbusog mga momshies.. The kids enjoyed a lot tho d naman sila talaga kumain..candies..and ice cream lng po kinuha nla. More power The Alley!
I just found this place where we can hangout every once in a while.
I would recommend it for the novelty factor. The passageways between food stations were too narrow causing a lot of traffic and bottle necks. Our request to be relocated to a pull out chair table never happened even though supposedly we were placed on priority list. Clearing tables service was slow. Would be better if several trash stations were placed around the premises for people to put away their empty plates, glasses and utensils etc themselves Asking for the bill and processing the bill takes more than 30 minutes. Desserts should be improved as it is not alley’s strong point
Unfortunately, baked oysters were not served last Saturday. Quite disappointing.
I tried booking online through the website first, but it did not allow me to book even one day in advance. So, I had to call to make my reservation.
The staffs are very accomodating! I'd also love the idea of the place and foods are sumptuous!
Overall food and atmosphere are fine. I like the concept of buffet food halls. Coffee section was great. Some comments on food — 1) Sizzling beef tenderloin was plain and thin. Hope there’s a better meat/carving section. 2) The “dirty” ice cream was way too sweet. Seems it’s made out of condensed milk. We cannot eat it at all, overlooked the other table also didn’t. I was expecting something just like what we have in the streets. :(
Maybe you can atleast make it slightly cheaper
There was a lot of food choices and the atmosphere was great. I think the buffet was worth the money. The only negative comment I have is regarding the dishes that had beef or other meat. They tasted good but they were too hard to chew.
Almost perfect, best buffet ever!
It’s too expensive for “food park” theme buffet.. Oyster and Tempura is the best and also the nords coffee..
We were seated at the area where glasses and utensils are being cleaned, and hoping to have the best dining experience that day, we requested to be transferred to the not so busy corner of the resto but we were simply ignored by the person i spoke with. Even sarcastically saying that a reservation had to be cancelled before a group can be transferred.
As a somewhat buffet newbie i had a great time! Keep up the good work!
Amazing service although some food options are not so great
Each crew are nice and very accommodating especially Clarissa, Anne, Jayson and the bar tender boys. Even the crew at the desserts area. Nice food, nice ambiance and excellent service! I'm going back for sure.
The food is generally bland. It's like out of, let's say, 100 food choices, only are good. Also, I got a bad case of LBM after eating at The Alley.
Really enjoy our dinner here. Nice concept and a ++ for all Alley's staff. Always on smile and accommodating. Thumbs up to the food too. Hopefully they serve soup-based meals and not just noodles.
I like the overall feel but some of your staff were not sincere when they did their "happy birthday cheer". Parang napipilitan lang sila especially yung babae na nasa unahan. Sana wag na lang gawin kung awkward para sa kanila.
The taste of the food and drinks are great but the selection of the food is not worth it for P888+ per person. The environment is kinda hot during our visit.
I commend the staff for being corteous. Anne, the bartender always smiles. Unlike other crew/floor members who smirks and seems very busy for your concern. Also, The floor tiles were slippery. It may lead to accidents esp there a lot of kids and senior citizens. Tempura tasted bland. Dimsum was dry.
It's a bit pricey for the array of food options, as compared to that of Viking's. Hope you can increase the food choices or reduce the price, especially that the setting is a click for students and young professionals. Thank you!
