About The 78
Small and cosy vegan bar & kitchen in Glasgow's Finnieston area.
Cask ales, hearty, cruelty free food, open fire, warm atmosphere and friendly staff.
First timers and we will be back. Food and wine was great but have to say service very slow, maybe need a couple more bodies on the floor at busy times??! All in all a great meal though!
Good food (if anything a little too quick!), attentive service, thank you!
Really enjoyed our dinner+ service! Thanks guys! :)
Really good food. . Served really quickly after ordering. Service was friendly.
We weren't a fan of the seitan burger pattie, it was very dry and hard and not the best flavour. Everything else was great though!
Great stuff keep up the good work 78
Please get off the Brioche Bun bandwagon, I really dont understand why this is the present trend. We don' t want sweet white buns we want lovely homemade wholemeal or granary bread rolls with our burgers and everything else. I know everyone is doing Brioche but is an insult to the food within. :0 Love the 78 you are all a great bunch looking forward to more exciting food in the future on the menu.
Great food great service, even when busy.
Lovely food & even lovelier service! Would definitely return.
Outstanding, best burger ever...and padrons were lovely.
We weren't advised of menu items no longer available until we tried to order those items. Otherwise lovely place, lovely food and good service
We had an absolutely fantastic meal, the staff were friendly, the service quick, the food great and the cocktails spot on! I’m vegan but my pal wasn’t and she also absolutely loved it. Good effort chaps 😎
Food was amazing and affordable, and the staff were very friendly. Genuinely lovely place :0)
Lovely place, service was excellent, including making up a special garlic sour dough bread for my 5 year old! Food was fantastic and staff just lovely would definately be back.
Brilliant food and great service. Friendly staff
I visited with my family not knowing what to expect and not being a vegan. I had the cheeseburger and chips and the cheesecake for pudding and i was totally blown away with the taste it was delicious. My thoughts were drawn to the chef and how he is able to make vegetarian dishes so tasty. There was a good crowd there and everyone looked happy including the waiters and bar staff. An added bonus was the ease of local parking. I am now taking the time to look into the benefits of being vegan and look forwards to a return visit, Particularly for another veggie cheeseburger
Lovely food, definitely recomended to anyone
very good food, nice atmosphere, nice and kind staff, five stars
Service was quick and friendly, despite having a full house. Food was delicious. First choice was unfortunately out but second one was lovely. Will certainly come back.
Brilliant food. Even my carnivore friends like it!
The food was amazing and the staff were so friendly. Thanks
