Great staff and service
The staff were great and the experience as a whole was enjoyable. With that said, the food and drink felt a little overpriced, particularly given the food wasn't piping hot and the cocktail seemed quite weak. Still an enjoyable occasion though and I would be happy to visit again in the future.
Slow service. Expensive.
All the steaks were very chewy despite being medium cooked. Other than that, they tasted lovely.
Food was nice and arrived in good time, drinks however took a good 15 mins for a round of 2 (especially later in the evening).
staff were super helpful and nice! Really good service and a great atmosphere despite the struggle of a large party of people. Definitely recommend as it’s good value for money too
The young waiter who served us (cannot remember her name) was absolutely excellent! The best waitress we've ever had - especially for our group of 10 people. She was attentive and very friendly! The food was great as usual and the atmosphere & value for money was spot on. Thank you for making my birthday great!
I absolutely love tgi Friday I specifically come for the sesame seed Jack Daniel chicken, have fallen inlove with it.
Really nice food, not a long wait. What's the point of booking though if some of the special requests arent actually met or remembered by staff?
The waitress was great, helpful and smiley. The sesame glaze chicken pieces were so tasty. I would have enjoyed more salad or veg with my meal.
Firstly I want to say the food was great and service was incredible. However, personally £95 (including tip) for a family of 4 is excessive. Particularly as we only had a sharing starter a main meal each and 1 round of drinks. I would come back again and again if it were more reasonably priced.
We waited 15 minutes to be seated the restaurant was not busy at all and then waited another 20 minutes for our first drink, food was good, for the second drink we waited so long I went and got the drinks myself while staff were just talking with each other the first time we came everything was really good unfortunately this time the service was Absolutely terrible.
Service was a little slow to take drinks order and we ordered a sesame seed chicken starter and there was literally only 5 bits of chicken and they were a little over cooked and on the crunchy side.
The young man that waited on our table was very attentive and didn’t leave you feeling like you needed to flag anyone down for another drink or the bill. Food was delicious. Absolutely brilliant service and atmosphere was good.
The only thing that was disappointing, I did put on the booking it was a birthday and nothing was done. I know I probably should of said something but just assumed it would of been seen on the comments of the booking
Drinks left to stand while staff just talked. Service just not good enough and my burger was probably the worst I have ever had. Tasteless and like cardboard. Our granddaughter loved it there and therefore as it was for her birthday we just accepted the faults.
My family and I were served by a lady called Sarah she was lovely.
Great food and drinks! Very professional and attentive staff. 2 young children also enjoyed it, especially the balloons! All in all, a good night was made into a great night 👍🏻
Lovely server with two tone hair . She was brill
Table wasn’t ready. Waited to be seated for far to long without any acknowledgement. Mentioned birthday 3 times but didn’t get celebrated. Very unhappy.
Very slow service, 20 minutes to clear a table and 25 minutes to sort the bill. Very poor,
A bit disappointed as my table I booked in advance for my grandaughters birthday had some one else sat in
Great meal for my hubby's. It's his favourite place to eat out.
The waiter made it a very good experience plus the rest of the staff were very helpful. We had a very nice time
* Service was slow * A lot of the menu was not available as they had ran out of it * Waited a long time for drinks * we weren’t offered alternative opinions on side dishes on the children’s food (they had ran out of original options) so had to wait to for waitress to return to ask what the children could have instead * one member of staff spilt drinks by our table, another broke crockery *hard to tell who was management Service was poor but food was nice
