Got served a meat burger instead of the veggie burger that was ordered, which led to a vegetarian eating a chunk of beef. Waiter realised and swapped it for the correct burger but that came poorly presented and with no sauces/slaw. Apart from that, a nice meal
Think we were served by Sophie? She was very friendly and assisted us when we wanted her. Unfortunately it appeared though that the tables were filling up and she was serving a fair few on her own but I could be wrong. Food was ok, had the deal for £20. Cob was dry therefore I didnt eat it
Fantastic service and great meal. The kids were made to feel special and balloon dogs went down a treat. Thank you
We were informed upon arrival that you were very busy tonight and boy, did that ring true. The atmosphere was fine, noisy and fun, the service was atrocious! 20 minute wait to take a drinks order, another 25 minutes before any food turned up - and the TGIF's wings were really bad, hardest overcooked coating, almost inedible, we were so hungry by that stage the table was looking like a good snack. The burgers we also very dry, and the poor guy serving was so swamped he couldn't keep up, we had to leave the table and make our way to the desk to pay as there weren't enough hours in the evening to wait for him to come over with a bill. Really poor - and we were looking forward to it too!
Our waitress rachel t was amazing great service very friendly and nothing was ro much trouble for her
The table for 6 of us was too small
We were very disappointed with our meal. The food took a long time to arrive and was not great once we received it. The chicken in the fajitas was rubbery and the burgers were no better than MacDonalds. Very disappointed considering the price.
It was my daughters birthday and the food was good and the service was good and love that they sang happy birthday to her.
horrific night, no southern comfort (the only drink I can drink) had to wait for our table as someone was sat on it (even though we booked) Had to wait for an hour for food, then 4 out 5 meals were cold and all had to go back, we were offered drinks while we were waiting we had 3 soft drinks and were charged for them and onion rings we didn't receive. After a complaint the manager did take 40% off the bill. I would have though you will be getting a lot of complaints, as everyone seem to be complaining
Great food but slow service, which is a bit disappointing as that was my fist time at the restaurant
Lovely food and a good evening was enjoyed by all. We were told upon arrival about there being a delay in food service however didn’t find that it was a extremely long wait, the overall service was good however it took a long time for the cocktails to arrive once ordered.
3 hours for food just to be told certain starters and main weren’t available when rest of family’s food was being bought out. Had to go to the bar to be able to get a drink. Ruined my birthday. Won’t be going back.
Went out for a birthday meal with 5 friends, had to flag down our waiter multiple times to be served even with empty glasses sitting on the table. Starters took 40 minutes to arrive and had to wait the same again for mains, which came out staggered and cold. We were never asked if we needed more drinks or how our food was, had to complain to the manager as half of our party's food was really not up to scratch. When our bill arrived not all of our free birthday drinks had been taken off but considering how bad the service had been we just left it. Really put a downer on my whole day, will absolutely not be returning.
We were at the restaurant at least half an hour before we got our starter and over an hour to get our main. We explained we had a film to go and see, but the food was still slow to come out
Anna was very polite and nothing was too much trouble...
This is by far the worst TGI we have eaten at. We were on a table that was outside the restaurant and was practically in the shopping centre, so the atmosphere was non existent and neither of us felt comfortable with people walking by and staring at us. The food was also really bad. My girlfriends burger looked like it had come straight out of McDonald’s and had no life, look or flavour to it at all. And the cocktails were horrific, again they were flavourless with way too much ice so the drink ended up watered down to nothing. My Rib Eye steak was cooked to perfection for me, but the fries looked like they had been sitting around for a while before being out on my plate. We wont be going back here as we feel this is not a true TGI Fridays restaurant, it’s more like a poor burger chain that you have stuck your name on Just to get your brand into West Quay. The only upside was that my girlfriends meal was fully refunded, along with two of the three cockstaiks she had. However thatesmt she didn’t eat at all because she was so put off by it.
Started of well we all met at the bar, went to our table after 10 minutes all in good spirits. We gave our food and drink order. Firstly some 9f the drinks were wrong, then when we asked for more they didn’t come. Had to go to the bar to ask for them. The starters took ages to come and were cold when we got them. Drinks missed again for the third time. The mains we average and the “rare” steak was burnt. We love Fridays but this was cr8p and £220 for the experience sucked.
Had to wait a while to be greeted at the front desk, but our server was great.
First time here for me and I found it to be very pleasant and the waitress was very friendly, professional and attentive. We had cocktails which were delicious.
Lovely waitress. Very friendly and chatty. Lovely environment
I had to make so many compromises as everything i wanted was off the menu.
