All staff were efficient and friendly
Hardly any chips for all the meals. Not worth £13.99 for burger and chips. Signature TGI burger with one tiny bit of bacon. Disappointed.
The service was very very slow and attention to detail was not great
There is still a massive problem with your toilets. I attended your restaurant about 6 months ago you had the same problem then. The flush does not work on the majority of the female toilets. I spoke to the manager and he informed me nothing can be done as the west quay facilities team are aware of the situation but have done nothing about it! I would imagine you breaking the health and safety law and your restaurant should not be open until the toilets are fixed. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE COULD YOU SORT OUT THE TOILETS IN WEST QUAY SOUTH.
Good food but abit expensive
The waiting staff were polite and very attentive. Issue with one dish was sorted without hesitation. I'll definitely be returning.
Service and staff are brilliant. However, my cocktail (Long Island Iced Tea) had no alcohol in it at all! (and too much lime). I would recommend ordering drinks directly from the bar and watching them being made. My full rack was burned on one half of the rack. We were seated in the open area to the foyer, so no real atmosphere with people walking by as you’re eating.
Our waitress was very helpful and friendly
Tgis u done us proud thank you 😊
Our waitress was outstanding and a real credit to TGI Fridays. She was wonderful with a group of very tired children who had a fantastic time.
The staff were very friendly and really made my 5 yr old daughter feel special on her birthday!
We visited my son who lives nearby so booked a table. Our order was taken promptly but had to wait a long time for food to be served. We watched the serving area and noticed what looked like our food, sat on counter Fodder in excess of 10 minutes, waiting to be served to our table. It turned out to be our food and was, unsurprisingly cold when it was delivered to table. We sent it back, which meant that our son and other child, had to eat alone while we waited. The manager just stood around telling people what to do when ant decent manager would have helped serve the customers. There was clearly a staffing problem so why wasn't the manager leading by example and helping. A very dissatisfied experience all round to be honest. We often visit Staines and your restaurant there is excellent.
Average menu but great service
Drinks were watery Food order wrong and cold
We were celebrating a family birthday, we received a rather large slice of cake for free 😀
Booked a table for a Stag Do. John, (manager or a supervisor) provided excellent service, even so as it was an extremely busy period. We were sat on a table upstairs, the service provided by the waitress again, was excellent (Sadly did not get her name). The food was done in a prompt and timely manner as were the drinks respectively. The food and drinks were good overall. The only thing I would say is it's not too cheap, so be prepared to spend a little when you go to TGI's. However, a very pleasing visit and service provided by the staff. Good work.
We had a great visit and it was lovely that the staff sang happy birthday to my daughter. The children in our party just wondered if you're planning to stop using plastic straws in the future.
1st time coming here and enjoyed every minute of the experience and will definately be returning!!
When we turned up we were introduced and taken to our table. Our waitress Tina looked after us and served us with a smile and great service Tina was very professional and deserve a 5-star rating. I would recommend TGI Fridays in West quay excellent service and lovely presentable food.
1. Food is ok. 2. They have crayons for kids whilst waiting for order 3. I’ve requested to put Happy Birthday to my son’s dessert cake, but was not granted as opposed to other Restaurants and branches 4. Toilet was filthy. 5. They served free baby food and plated it 6. Waiter asked us if we want the bill already, when we were not even finished with food. Just found it a bit rude.
Way too expensive for the standard and amount of food. The Oreo milkshakes were also too much milk and not enough ice cream or oreo, the famous JD sauce was cold and not enough kick. Felt more like a franchise trying to save money than a true TGI
Friendly service, food was lovely and came quickly
Shame the coffee machine was not working as we had to finish our evening else where
