Ultimate thick shakes, Cooling slushes, chilled beers and wines are also on offer.
Leave room for freshly prepared desserts like the brownie obsession, chocolate fudge fixation and the cookie dough sundae.
Very poor service. Was not impressed at all, our starters came before our drink, and that took long enough. A lot of food was sat up at the kitchen serving hatch for a long time before waitors/waitresses collected it to bring to tables. I wanted to collect it myself! Food was lovely as always, but poor service really let it down and made our evening feel a bit rained on, not being able to enjoy our meal as we should have been able to. We were not the only people that were not impressed. A table next to us said if they wernt going to get served they would leave.. as we also debated. The restaurant was not packed out and was not busy enough by far to warrant the poor service.! A shame as we have never waited so long before or had this mind of service in other branches of TGIs.
I purchased two drinks at the bar both came to £19.40. Did ask if we wanted ice, just put it in anyway. So we got called because our table was ready, sat down and tried our drinks. My parents jack daniels and coke was extreemly strong. The bar man had filled his glass so much with ice that there was a slight colouring of coke. When the waitress came over, she refused to do anything about it explaining that she hadnt served it us so it wasnt her responsibility with was very very RUDE! I then had to leave my table and my partner to ARGUE with the bar man about how unsatisfied i was about the drink we had paid nearly £10 for!!! He explained that i should of told him i didnt want much ice, well i didnt expect a glass full of ice. Eventually after some discussing he agreed to change it and it was much better however, i do not expect to argue if i am unsatisfied. Our meals were faultless. However, when the server cleared our plates, she offered us desserts and because we didnt answer immediately as we were discussing if we wanted to she said would you like the bill, she seems very pushy to get us to leave. We then waited 20 minutes for our dessert order to be taken... still after 20 minutes nobody served us so i shouted her and asked for the bill. Within a minute our server was at our table with the bill and card machine. This was very rude. I have been to many TGI's including sheffield etc, and i have never had this level of bad service.
Music was too loud and stuggled to hear what people were saying, also spilt some stuff on the floor by our table, told a server and it wasnt cleared up and stayed there for the whole meal
Nice table but crumbs all over the seats.service slow but staff nice. Vegan options available but we only knew about them because we had seen them on website - server didn’t know about them.
Great atmosphere, really nice and helpful staff. Bit pricey tho for what it is.
Our server was outstanding:-Highly efficient and super friendly. Thanks
Service was a bit slow cause we had to wait for our food for so long .
For a busy restaurant seems not very organised food took a long time one of my guests starter and main arrived at the same time x my nephew found plastic in his burger the staff had to give discount
When met at the door by a member of staff and the manager, we weren’t greeted with a smile or even a hello, a very unwelcoming vibe. We were then sat at our table for 20 minutes before being acknowledged by our waiter, after struggling to find anything to order that wasn’t out of stock, our drinks order was eventually done. It then however, took another 25 minutes to receive our drinks, which when they did arrive, had a drink missing. Our food order was taken at the same time, the waiter returned after our drinks had been brought over, yet again, we were told our starters were out of stock. Our waiter then remarked “this is why people should not visit us on Sundays, what do they expect after a busy weekend?” Now I understand the point he was trying to make, however it is a very unwelcoming and unprofessional thing to say; especially 25 minutes after taking the order. At this point, we had been in the restaurant for 45 minutes and had only had drinks. Our food arrived shortly after, and can only be described as mediocre at best, in comparison to the usual standard we are used to at TGI’s. However, compliments to the young lady who looked after our table, and brought over both our starters and mains, more drinks and anything else we asked for, whilst our waiter was busy visibly arguing with customers and also seemed to be arguing with the manager. I used to love this restaurant, and I wouldn’t write off ever visiting again, but everything that evening seemed like a struggle. The thing that topped it off for us in the end, was the waiter uncomfortably talking to us about the money in our hands (whilst we were paying by card) and not so subtly hinting that it should be his tip. But overall, I would really like to thank the lady who looked after us whilst our waiter was nowhere to be seen, she was clearly stressed, but was never rude and always made sure we had what we needed.
It took a long time to get anything at this particular branch. We'd been there an hour and only had drinks as our food was on the way. I don't know if this is typical but it's por experience.
Thank you again for looking after 50 school children and 9 adults!! No mean feat! The food was excellent and everyone was so accommodating and helpful!! Well done to all your team! Look forward to booking with you again next year when we visit Wembley as part of our school trip from Northern Ireland!
Staff were welcoming and helpful! Would definitely return to TGI Wembley :)
Good service, food okay apart from corn on the cob being over done and lacking taste
Booked table for 9 I was told the tables would be next to each other but they was behind each other ! Over half hour for our drinks to be ordered and that’s after we had to go up to the waitress and ask Asked for a starter to come out with the main for a child , it came out half hour before the mains ! Asked for more toteillas , waited 20 mins then gave up waiting Told we couldn’t have a booth as already reserved , we was there nearly 3 hours due to the very very slow service , none of the booths was used and we had also reserved a week previously for a 18th birthday very disappointing No Coca Cola available Most of the food was nice and nice touch for staff to sing happy birthday
Service was slow. Starters took over 40 mins to arrive. Mains came out before starters finished and theee out of five orders were wrong. Kids strawberry milk was like water and disgusting. Although discount was given by manager after complaint it was still an expensive meal. Food was decent enough although kids pizza was just ok. Having been to a few different TGI restaurants this is the worst and I would not go back to this particular one. Of note the lad taking the order was nice and apologetic and had written the order down correctly so we don’t know how the order went wrong.
best American diner in the world ♥️
Appalling service, no cutlery, long wait for food and drinks, party of 8 had booked in advance but no tables ready and general confusion. Would have complained but didn’t want to further spoil sons 21st birthday meal. Salmon rock hard. Cleared plates myself !
The service from start to finish was very very slow and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The food was ok though.
Food took over 40 minutes to arrive Drinks took 15 minutes Waiter forgot my drink upon arival Not many staff around to take our order Waiter forgot my drink then took longer to get it Could not get value out if refilable drink as no waiters around to ask for refil
Too long waiting for the table and food. It took 2h to get the food to the table from our booking time. Good food as always at TGI.
It was hard to get the waitresses attention but once we did they were attentive.
There was NO beers at all and very limited alcohol for cocktails as you had no delivery that day and the semi finals were at Wembley the day before. It would’ve been nice to have been told as I’d prebooked my table as 12 of us were there for my daughters 18th birthday and it was not a good experience. There was ZERO atmosphere and the staff just mulled around doing nothing. I don’t think I’d bother going again.
Very slow service, waited over an hour for drinks alone and when asked waitress she seemed abrupt and wasn’t happy, very rude.
Great service, very friendly waiter
