Famed for its fantastic drinks selection, guests at TGI Friday's can challenge bar tenders to rustle up a mix from its 500-strong cocktail list, like the classic strawberry daiquiri, or the signature raspberry-spiked Haymarket. Ultimate thick shakes, Cooling slushes, chilled beers and wines are also on offer.
Leave room for freshly prepared desserts like the brownie obsession, chocolate fudge fixation and the cookie dough sundae.
The service was atrocious. We had to wait an hour just to pay the bill! The food took over 2 hours to come, however was very nice.
Serves was slow we never got our food till 10 minutes to 11pm. Was a long wait
The food and drinks were lovely and came quickly, as always. The service was shocking, we’d been sat down ages before I had to ask someone if we could please order food and drinks. Then after starters, they brought over the mains without taking away the starter plates. And then we had to ask for more knives and forks to eat our mains. All of this from rude staff with no common sense.
Was really shocked at how bad my experience was when I came to wembley TGI Friday on tuesday this week. 1) we had to ask a waiter to clean the seats as they were dirty when we got our table. 2) No one came to take our order for 15 minutes so we resulted in going to the bar our self to get our drinks. 3) No one came to take food order so we had to call a waiter our selves. 4) food was cold when it arrived 5) payment for our food, which took a long time for a waiter to even come to our table for, the waiter took £50 note straight away and didnt even let us split the cash with card transaction. When asking if we could have the cash back and pay for the bill on card, she said no its not possible. Overall, one of the worst experiences we have had when going to a restaurant and will not be recommending anyone to go or come back myself. Really disappointed. Gabriell, was our main waiter for the evening. Its, sad we have experienced this as we really do like this chain, and we have not experienced this in another branch. Thanks.
Food was lovely as it always is in all TGI restaurants. However the service was terrible considering the restaurant was not that busy. Food was extremely slow to arrive. A friend had warned us of this beforehand but we went anyway. Even our drinks too a very long time and we had to request them twice because they were taking so long. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. TGIs yes. Wembley no.
I would definitely recommend this Tgi
Waited half an hour for someone to come and seat us to a table. Service was very poor. Food wasn’t the best and drinks was okay. Wouldn’t be coming back to the Wembley restaurant.
I have been to Covent Garden . Leicester Square 02 and they were all brill. This I am afraid was very below par. Stood waiting for 10 mins. The food when it came was nearly cold. The service seemed to be too much of an effort. Very disappointed on that basis would not recommend Wembley t g I. It lets the chain down and some serious re training needs to be done .
Great Food & Great service. I'm Always coming here for birthdays.
Greeting service was not great but once seated service improved.
One out of the 5 glasses was dirty on the inside. My drink was replace but charged for twice. All 5 glasses had water stains. I had to polish it with tissue and water. I mentioned it but they did seem bothered. I had to ask for the bill 3 times. I use to enjoy coming here with my family. We will easily spend £100. My partner witnessed some one touching food with no gloves. I will not be returning
excellent atmosphere/food and drink
Great atmosphere and service! Reach selection of food and cocktails! Great evening! Definitely recommend this place!
It was average
Good food but no beer on draft only bottles
We went here for a 30 th birthday meal group off 14 people it was An absolute shambles from start to finish
The food was nice and my pina colada cocktail was nice but the service was absolutely AWFUL!!!!! I made a reservation and waited at the entrance for someone to come and greet me for 15 mins and they didn't. I had to just walk up to a waitress and ask to be seated. I was then seated but it took another half an hour to be deserved before I was even offered a drink and then the food took 45 mins to come and it wasn't even a fully booked restaurant. The service is so bad and considering the food and drinks aren't cheap you expect a lot better service. I will never be coming back.
Service was terrible, staff attitude was terrible (especially the manager) We had to wait for our drinks far too long, and one of our party of 7 had to wait an extra 35 mintues for their food after the rest of us! Have eaten here many times but won’t be again!
The last time I came here was 3 years ago and the food was delicious. The food now lacks flavour. I have no idea why they changed everything.
The service was appaling. Not very busy but waited over 20 minutes to order a drink. Over 50 minutes for starter. Second drink ordered when first drink came. Waited over 20 minutes for this. Food only luke warm. Need I go on. It was my birthday and this meal spoilt it.
We were quite rushed for time as my husband was going to work. The food took a bit longer than expected and my meal was missed out but came about 10 minutes later. It was great food but I had to take mine away. The staff made my daughter happy with the birthday song & cake.
Great night and excellent customer service
Service was absolutely terrible.... felt sad for the 2 servers that DID actually look bothered about doing a decent job and so were trying to catch things up/make things right for people!
We considered walking out after 30 minutes and now really regret we didn’t. We arrived for our reservation at 7:45pm we were shown to seats that the table & seats were clearly dirty we were offered another table which was cleaner but after sitting down realised the seats and floor were dirty. Our drinks order was taken but only the children’s drinks were brought we waited a further 10-15mins, we considered leaving at this point when the waitress returned to say there was no draft beer only bottles. We then waited another 10-15 minutes before we asked two different servers to take our food order this was eventually taken. Our sons Pizza arrived but we asked for it to be replaced as it was considerable uncooked. I ordered fajitas but had to remind our waitress about sauces and wraps. My son was given another pizza which he did eat. We were then kept waiting a long time for our bill and asked twice for it. When we did eventually leave as we left the restaurant the large metal handle of the external door fell off in front of us narrowly missing my 6 year son. No apology was made and no concern for the welfare of our son by your staff, this as you can imagine only added to the dreadful experience we had endured. We had a lovely weekend in London but our children still regard our visit to TGI fridays as a low point of the weekend. We returned to our hotel to order more drinks and dessert as we couldn’t bare to stay in the restaurant any longer.
