It was my Daughters birthday and colleagues said TGis make it a real treat. The table was booked for 5-15 the web site said get there early for the full experience (being kept waiting 15 minutes for the table) my daughter was given a paper hat and that was it. Food was good and staff friendly but I feel we missed something!
Waited over an hour just for starters and even longer for our main. We weren’t the only table that had this problem either. Don’t think I’ll go back. Gone down hill never used to be like this.
Our waitress what lovely but the feeling was all the staff were a little overwhelmed with the volume off customers. So the food took a while. Having said that..once the food arrived it was delicious and our waitress who served us was very pleasant and professional
Was as expected, high standards.
Great service from Cameron 😀😀
Food was amazing and couldn’t fault the service, will be returning.
On arrival we were advised that the heating was broken and that the restaurant was colder than usual but service was available if we wished to stay. We were fine and saw mini heaters out so decided to stay. We ordered and then waited over an hour and 15 min's for food. Our server was lovely and kept our drinks topped up but with a party of 6 children it was becoming quite a wait we were told there had been an issue with the computer system and by way of an apology the children were offered free ice cream - we were still freezing as the mini heaters were doing nothing to combat the cold. I've eaten here before and was happy I just think we cough a very bad day maybe next time close up rather than trying to struggle on. U must say however the staff who served us were trying very hard to maintain standards whilst they were obviously up against it.
Tried several times to contact tgi to ask questions about meal as was bringing disabled grandson for his 10th birthday no one ever bothered to reply to e mails or return calls. Service on the day was appalling.
We love coming to TGI Friday's but often get a long wait for our food. This visit it took 45 minutes from ordering to receiving the food and my two daughters were getting fractious by this point. Would be good to get the food a little quicker!
I'm sorry but i won't be visiting you again due to the unhygenic ladies & disabled toilets, they had diarrhoea down all the backs of the toilets, urine all over the floor, I've never in all my years going to TGI's or any other restaurant / Public place seen this. Me and my family were vistiting for the first time to Watford, whilst going to The Harry Potter Tour, we had to wait to go pack to the Premier Inn as i didnt want to take the chance and be struck with an infection/virus from your restaurant.
Lovely food as Always , It was a shame about one of the waitresses that bought our food out she was very rude! Just dumped the meals on the end of the table, couldn’t even tell us what was what.
Staff are friendly and got us everything we needed. Only bad thing was that there is no heating.. it was cold, cold..
Love TGI’s always a great experience.
Amazing food as usual. Made a great fuss of my son, it was his birthday.
Food was lovely however where we sat was very cold and therefore we kept jackets on!. We did mention to Waitress.
Very nice staff. Went there to celebrate my 13 and 16 year olds' birthday. Staff made them feel welcome, clapped for them and gave them a slice of cake each. Lovely food though quite expensive but a nice place to go to once a while.
Our waitress Natasha was excellent , We never needed to ask for drinks , she was watching and serving and waiting on all 10 of us . Thank you for an excellent day .
Staff were lovely. Not a lot of options for allergies and vegetarians and vegans.
We had such a wonderful evening. It was really busy, but the staff were amazing. This is always a lovely place to come for a meal. Everyone is so friendly and its always fun.
Waiter was excellent, couldn't ask for better service.
