Mel our waitress was extremely pleasant right on the ball . Obviously knows her job well a credit to the company
It's a real shame to see a great restaurant go downhill as it has. Staff on the front desk that were more interested in looking at their phones, lukewarm food, apathetic staff and toilets that were frankly disgusting. Sad to say we'll probably never go back.
Restaurant was empty, was seated at a half set table that was dirty and sticky. Then I cleaned it myself!
Lovely staff and great service
Great service lovely food
We like the 2 courses for £15.99 offer. We often find meals we would like to eat from here.
Food and service was very good if a little pricey...
Some items on the menu which we wanted to order were not available which made the exeperience a little disappointing
Lovely friendly staff, service was a bit slow but didn't spoil the evening
Just want to say that our waiter was brilliant, the food was lovely and we all had a fantastic evening.
long wait between courses
Spent £255 had to wait half hour for drinks then chicken was burnt and not edible!!!
I typically enjoy my experience at TGI’s and on this occasion I was unable to visit my local restaurant in Enfield due to availability thus went to Watford North and whilst the service was good the food and drink was poor. The Oreo milkshake was more like Oreo Milk and the ribs where underaeasoned and over cooked. I will be returning but just not to Watford North
The staff were very welcoming and friendly however our personal waitress Melanie was very disrespectful. She was very friendly with other tables but with us she was rushing the job also taking long to attend to our needs
Really enjoyed the meal it was my mums first time and she loved it !!!
Lovely food, great staff providing a great atmosphere and we were very happy with the value, especially free refills on soft drinks
Terrible service from the moment we walked in the door. Our waiter Dominic did his best to smooth things over but everyone around us was not happy. Since eating there I have been extremely unwell for two days so far with extreme upset stomach and stomach pains.
Waited forty minuets to be served another forty minutes for our main course and an hour and half for our desserts. There was no where near enough staff to cater for customers. The staff they had were trying there hardest.
Very nice atmosphere. friendly service. No complaints.
Lovely mother's day Waitress was so attentive fabulous lady
Food wasn’t good as usual. Too rushed no care taken portions were less than average
Waitress was lovely, food good, cocktails 👌🏼❤️
We really love TGIs and over the years we have spent a lot of time in this branch. When we arrived the lady on the front desk was on the phone. She completely ignored us - not even eye contact or a smile so acknowledge we were there. When we got inside the waiter took 10 minutes to come over to see if we wanted a drink. When my husbands drink arrived it looked nothing like it does in the menu. The starter was fine. When the mains arrived they were so disappointing. I had a burger. The meat itself was so dry that it was ineddiable. Once the food had been delivered the waiter didn’t return for half an hour. I had an empty drink and there was no opportunity to send the food back as he didn’t ask how it was. The restaurant was not busy - he had three tables so no excuse in my opinion. I am so disappointed we won’t visit againX
