Not enough staff albeit the staff that were there were very nice. I like the music but it was too loud.
We enjoyed our evening. The waitress was absolutely lovely but we waited a long time for the food. It wasn’t very hot. The kids burgers were not good at all. The chicken was tiny and cold. The atmosphere was good. The waiting staff sang happy birthday to our daughter which was nice. Not sure we would come back.
We were very well treated and looked after.
Service was not good- my dinner should have included corn on the cob but came without it- when I asked why I was told they had run out but later saw other people getting served it. We were not asked if we wanted any sauces and the waitress did not come to see if everything was okay.
Wonderful service & great food.
Firstly I do like TGI Fridays unfortunately on this occasion one of my party’s food in ref the steak was over cooked and had to go back ,the service was very slow ,ordered drinks and they sat on the bar for 10 minutes before the brought them to our table which was only a couple of meters away .as mentioned I do like TGIs but was very disappointed on this visit
The lady that served us (didn’t catch her name, her daughter was sitting in a booth very well behaved whilst the lady worked - purely a hint of who this could be) was so lovely, welcoming and spoke to my friend about her baby (due anytime) she made us feel very welcome and was in tune with what we needed: • when we walked out for some air my friend mentioned to me “i think I may get a milkshake” in return the lovely lady appeared with the milkshake menu. • my drink had finished and she said would you like a refill I hope this lady gets some acknowledgment for being a FABULOUS working mum that can still do an AMAZING job even with her daughter to keep an eye on.
Employees arguing (fighting within the store) very slow & poor service
Our waiter couldn't be more than helpful for us!.. thank you for making my daughters birthday!
Great food and service
Booked a table in advance, requesting away from air conditioning and open doors, we were not welcomed with a smile or even friendly and given a table right under air conditioning and by the open door. The waiter made up for everything and made us feel special so worth it in the end!
The greeter was cold and full of attitude. like she was doing us a favour. The table and chairs were filthy with sauce on the seats. The service was slow (ordering, food delivery). We weren't offered any sauces. The table next to us was loud and we had to move. I had indicated that it was my daughter's birthday but this was missed and I had to point it out at the end of the meal. The food quality is on a par with a Harvester but at an elevated cost. The decor looks like it has not been changed since I visited in the 90s. A horrible experience and we will not return.
Love everything about this place. Couldn’t fault it. Food, service, price.. amazing! Maybe some more fish options?;)
It was our first time eating at a TGI Friday and the food and menu exceeded our expectations. However the service we received was very slow taking over two and a half hours for two courses. It took over half an hour to get the bill and had to ask three separate people. Soured the whole experience.
Our waitress was superb and was super attentive!
Great food as always.
Birthday boy didn’t receive a happy birthday from staff even though they was made aware by one of the females at our table. He didn’t get a cake which we was told he would after our meal. Not a good experience I will stick to Milton Keynes from now on.
food below usual standard ,service was poor.was a special occasion marred as not up to your normal standard very disappointing.
Son's favourite food place. Always friendly and helpful staff. Food always tasty and hot. Very good to see more vegan items on the menu.
Lovely birthday celebration
Hi, Our father in law had the big burger and that was very disappointing for the £17 price tag. He thought the burger was dry and tasteless. The corn on the cobs were a little dry and lacking flavour. The service was fabulous just a few of the meals as mentioned above were disappointing
Had not been to TGI’s for nearly 10 years! Safe to say I won’t be waiting that long to go back! Our waitress was fantastic and the food and drinks were amazing! 👏🏻
Always have good service and staff are friendly
