A good family birthday treat
Less choice for vegetarians. Overated
Great service.couldnt do enough.always on hand to top up refill drinks.food was good as always.booked up another meal for next month.
The service was slow, it took 20 mins to take our order and a further 45 minute wait for food. The food was ok but the menu has changed and seems to be w reduction in variety. I’d stated during booking that it was a birthday meal however had to remind a staff member. Have been here a number of times however this will be my last.
Had a lovely meal at tgi Walsall. Pricey but fab food !!
Food was a lot better and bigger sized portion than Hagley road and presentation was better too. Only problem was we waited a bit longer for the table than booked - not that I’m complaining I drank more cocktails! Atmosphere a lot better too - will be back!!
Food was terrible. It was a busy saturday. But our waitress was brilliant !
Although we booked and the place was really busy, we only had to wait a couple of mins to be seated, food was served quickly and was at a high quality, staff were courteous but not hassling you every 5mins. Highly recommend
The kids meals that we ordered came over cold and hard. I had to ask for another burger bun to be brought over as the one brought over was solid. My daughters pasta was hard and crusty all on the top and came over freezing. The food took so long to come out the kids were having melt downs every time food walked past. Normally we have such a lovely time there and always have enjoyed the food. However this time I wasn’t impressed.
Friendly staff and food was nice
Lovely food and good use of discounts using the TGI Fridays App
Lovely food, service good and cocktails great
Great service. Food was slow coming out but I all fairness for a Sunday evening the restaurant was busy. My daughter was unwell and made a mess of the toilet facilities the staff were so great with us and ensured my daughter had a drink and she was ok. Then they cleaned every up. They were great
Great food and cocktails :)
The service was shocking, we were asked to turn up early even though I had booked a week before, turned up 10 minutes early and still had to wait until after the time I had booked the table for which was sat empty since the moment we had walked in. The food was not the best that I have had before in there and the new menu is expensive for what you get. We weren’t asked how our meals were after being served them or if we wanted another drink even though all of our glasses were empty. We also sat for 15 minutes with finished plates and had to find a waiter to ask for our bill. The table was booked for half past 6 and we were asked to kindly return the table by 8 pm we only had a main meal each and by the time we had the bill it was 7.45 pm so to have the table back by 8 would not have been possible if we had desserts or startes or both. I have been many times to tgi fridays and never had a problem. So was extremely disappointed with this visit.
Booked a table for 8:15 arrived at 8:12 to be told the tables not ready and if we wanted it would be approximately 20 minute wait because there’s 6 people before us
Need more bar staff, nightmare trying to get drink whilst waiting for table
Atmosphere was a little loud but other than that was a great evening.
Great for birrhdays
Enjoyed TGI's would visit again.
Very friendly staff who did everything to celebrate special occasions for a variety of different customers. Just let customers know that the car parking outside is not free because it wasn’t well signposted in the dark.
I went there on the 9/1 for my birthday and ordered the sesame chicken to find i had a finger nail in my food. I went to the walsall branch. The manager was so rude and tried to get rid of the evidence. He was having none of it And was insisting that it was plastic. Ino wat it was. Very rude service and spoilt my birthday
