Food was left standing and not that warm. White wine was warm & ice from a glass of coke was used to try to make it cooler.
Popcorn shrimp terrible, this was a let down, I usually love my TGI
Good food and great service Never good value for money sadly but nice treat Although it’s great atmosphere and music you struggle to chat to people on your table
Upon arrival we was ignored by two staff members, it wasn’t until my partner said we have a table reserved that we were acknowledged. When booking I requested for there to be a gluten free menu on our table. We sat down there was no menu. We had to wait a while for food. Once we received our food it was dry and very disappointing.
Food was amazing and would recommend to go here to anyone
Came for my daughters birthday, lovely food and lovely staff, thank you for making it an enjoyable experience.
Fantastic service and food
First time I had been in for food. I was blown away by the quality. My partner didn't like her food too much on the other hand though. Would recommend to anyone.
Chips were over cooked with all the main meals, we asked for some more but they were quite bad aswell Service was great, cannot fault
Firstly, the waitress was very pleasant and spent time talking to our table. The atmosphere was good and the food arrived quickly. However the food was ok but nothing special. The two pizzas were dry and the kids didn’t eat much of them, the wife’s burger was ok (but again nothing special) and my steak was a bit chewy. Overall the service and surroundings were good but the food is overpriced for what it is and not good value for money.
We arrived for a 6:30 seating and were told to get a drink at the bar. We weren’t seated for another 20-25 minutes yet the venue wasn’t particularly full with lots of free tables so cannot see why our table wasn’t ready for us. In the meantime we ordered some drinks, one of us ordered a mocktail that contained cranberry juice. We were told it would be a few minutes on the mocktail and proceeded to pay, the 20 minutes passed and this still hadn’t arrived, our table was called and this left one person waiting at the bar only to remind the staff who had completely forgotten, we requested that when made could this be delivered to the table, 10 minutes later we were told no cranberry juice and to select another which ruled out another 2 mocktail options that included cranberry juice as well. The waiting time between each course seemed to take forever, we only had mains and puddings yet for our 6:30 reservevation we didn’t leave until gone 9:30 though we would have been out a lot sooner had our orders, food and bill been done a lot quicker. The table wasn’t properly clean and was covered in what we can only assume was chocolate frosting when we arrived which was over the salt shaker and the back of the menus so people got all over their hands. Some of the party felt the music was too loud and it was difficult on a table of 10 to hear anyone other than those directly next to or opposite you. We had two people ordering the warrior burger whom asked for certain things to be removed, these differed slightly but came both the same with everything mentioned removed. On a positive the food tasted great, was presented well, and our waitress took the time to speak to a very inquisitive little girl in our party to explain all her badges, answer lots of questions and even gave her a badge for leaning lots of new words which was a lovely touch. We would come again for the food in the hope that the overall timings/service/cleanliness is better next time.
Food was amazing, customer service was friendly and wonderful, we booked a table and waited less than 5 minutes before we were seen. It was my first time going and I will definitely be going back. It’s a little bit expensive really wish they did discounts even if it is 10% but the value for money is not too bad just a tad expensive.
Good food and drinks with friendly staff. Really enjoyed our experience
Great food, great service and a good time
Was a little annoyed as table was booked back at the beginning of jan for my husbands 30th the table was booked for 8pm we wernt seated untill 8.45 everybody was starving and not very pleased
Brilliant service. Staff were really friendly and food was great.
Best steak ever everything fresh nice service highly recommended
Nice surprise with birthday.
Gluten free menu choice was served with gluten containing ingredients. When challenged, I was met with sarcastic apology. I spent the remainder of my evening ill, and had to go home early. Night completely ruined for all 3 of us. Service was slow. Had to chase for table availability and for a waitress to take our order after being left seated for 20 mins without attention. Manager Kerri took my gluten free order. Failed to apologise in person. Disgraceful.
It’s the second time we have been to this branch and the last. Where to start, we ordered chicken nachos to start to be informed on a Friday night you don’t have any. So then we ordered the Tennessee starter. To then get informed you don’t have any pork belly. Any way we then had our mains delivered to find the hot and spicey ribs had no sauce and the Bruce lee had no sauce. We then called the manager over explained everything to her. She then informed us the waiter should have told us. I imagine The waiter felt embarrassed at how many times he had to inform us that the restaurant didn’t have something. The manager did say she would come back after we had eaten but didn’t. However the ribs and the Tennessee stater was taken off the bill. The experience was really bad. Embarrassing for a band like TGI Friday.
We had a lovely evening and the food was amazing.. cheeky chicken all the way with a few purple rain cocktails
Had to be moved from the first table because of a cool draft but was moved quickly with no fuss. We thought there should have been a better deal on cocktails a bit on the expensive side
Brilliant food and service will definitely return
