Demi was a great waitress very attentive
Food was good, music very loud so was difficult to chat.
Couldnt fault anything about our experience at tgi's, food great , will definatly be returning, they sang happy birthday and gave us a slice of delicious birthday cake too
Great service, amazing food and a lovely atmosphere. My daughter loves it here ☺️
Me and my friend had a lovely night, food was lovely, cocktails were faboulous, and the staff were very friendly and easily approachable. Not a bad word to say!!
I’d say the Walsall tgi is the best I’ve been too and I’ve been to a few. third time I’ve been since moving to Walsall great staff, amazing food and cocktails to die for. Can’t wait to go again
Desserts let down the menu. Just sundaes and milkshakes.... something more interesting would be nice in there with the rest of the menu. Lovely staff at Walsall branch. I think the children's menu should include a drink and dessert as £4.99 is alot just for chicken nuggets and chips.
Fantastic atmosphere, the food is amazing! we were looked after by Becky and we couldn't have asked for more we had a birthday meal and the staff made the birthday boys night by singing their birthday tune, brilliant! see you soon.
The wait to be seated was about 10 minutes standing at the entrance with two other groups while all floor staff gave out two birthday cakes. Asked for one starter with no chilli flakes but arrived with them and said we can do you some more which by the time that would of taken the others would of eaten and when asked if we would like any extra sauces which we did and were on the bill never arrived
Food wasn’t great
Food was fantastic had to wait a while for the puddings that were sat on the side for a good 10 mins before anyone even bought them over then we had to put more money on cars as it took so long for the bill to come .
Service was a joke had to wait an hour just for are starters while two tables who came in after us got their starter and mains before we even had are starters, for them to blame the football while we had to wait was a joke cuz we came in after the football
Great night out! Waitress had someone training with her was great to see her showing her how lovely to be to customers
Staff were friendly, but it was very loud, and a staff member mistakenly informed me that à voucher could be used on a special menu.
Staff were lovely.
After waiting over an hour for food and my cocktail not coming in a cocktail glass my disappointment stood present . Once asking for the bill and having to wait for 15 minutes for the waitress to turn up I was rudely addressed by a waitor who complained about serving me because he wasn’t my waiter , we weren’t satisfied with our TGI Experience.
No faults other than too much pepper on the chips which I would just ask for without next time
Booked a table for 7:30 for a work party of 14 people waited nearly 20 mins to be sat down. They did apologise but we all felt quite awkward sat and stood around the front when we all were hungry and had plans for later on in the night. Service was good, ladies were polite and smiley. Took a while for food to come out as we sat waiting for nearly 45 mins. Drinks were ridiculously expensive don't think anyone should be paying 8 quid for a beverage. it is a joke! Barman short changed me, but felt embarrassed to ask him. I was stood for 10 mins to order a coke which is a joke when it's the easiest drink to make no apologies nothing. On top of that we were asked if we were finished as the next table arrived. I don't think it is fair to ask someone to leave when clearly we weren't finished as we ordered more drinks on top of that we waited so long for the table to clear from the start. Quite appalled if I'm honest.
I was really disappointed with the visit as I have been to TGI’s on a few occasions and have never been disappointed with the food and service. We ordered cocktails and water for the table. Two starters came and one failed to. After waiting 10 mins we raised it with our waitress and when it came it tasted as if it had been sat on the hot plate all that time and was not pleasant to eat. Whilst receiving the starter we highlighted that a cocktail we had to change had still not come. This was another 10-15 mins wait. Due to the delay on starters being finished ( my friend ate hers on her own), when the mains came again they tasted as if they had been sitting under the hot plate and were not at all fresh. I did receive a courtesy check by the waitress but I didnt want to cause a fuss and wait for all the meals to be redone as we had already waited ages for the cocktail and starter. I feared a long wait again. The celebration was for my friends birthday. We had been to the cinema and booked the cinema and TGI’s on my recommendation as I had been before and she hadn’t. I felt disappointed by the experience and regretted the recommendation.
Wait for food and drinks was excessive. The boneless hot wings were far from hot More like covered in a fruity sauce by mistake - sour cream dip for skins was curdled and unappetising. Waitress was friendly but delivery of food and drinks was disappointing
Very slow service. Waited 30 minutes for plates to be cleared. One course in 2 hours. Would normally of had a dessert but didn't know how long we would have waited.
Had hair in food spoilt my dinner ruined my night out
Great food Quick as serving us
Daughters 18th celebrations. Chips were cold on several meals. Told the waitress and she asked if we wanted them warmed up! Had a party of 12 and didn't want to have half us eating whilst the other half were having food re-warned up. Also don't pay expensive prices to have food re-heated. Cake had been damaged also when brought out to sing happy birthday. Spent well over £250 in all with both the food and drinks. Wasn't worth the money.
Very reassuring service for gluten free requirements lovely food
