Great for gluten free! Very attentive service and the staff were great. Just didn't enjoy the atmosphere as the music was too loud to be able to have a conversation with everyone on the table. Burger was tasty, but didn't think it was worth the £15 I paid including tip as it was quite small. As I said the staff were great, the food tasted good, so probably would suit many but just not my cup of tea.
Booked table for 5pm asked to arrive 15 mins before booking which we did. Told it would be 15 mins wait for table but had to ask after waiting 30mins if a table was ready....oh yes was the reply. Got seated and ordered , when food arrived we had to ask for cutlery and knapkins once again like our previous visit ,very poor customer service and it will be a long long time before we return if at all.
Booked a table for 5PM was told I didn’t need a buzzer as she would come get us, looked around after 20 mins sat at the bar to realise people who come in after us had buzzers going off and was being seated and the memeber of staff we’d spoken to who was meant to be seating us was nowhere to be seen asked at the desk again they then sat us at a table for 5 people, When asked a waitress she said she hadn’t been over as she thought we were still waiting for 3 other people we were then asked to move to the table or 2 we’d originally booked for 45 mins previous, we had 2 different waiters one couldn’t do enough for us and it wasn’t her fault but all round really not happy with the service, i visit TGIS a few times a month but this experience really ruined it for me.
Very good atmosphere and sever was so helpful and cheery! I got the chicken burger without salad and was disappointed when it came with just fries and it cost me £12 for something that I could have bought in McDonald’s!
Busy night, but service was good & very friendly. My fries were cold but were exchanged immediately, so it wasn’t a problem at all. Ultimate cocktails were fab!
Great service and food
We had a lovely lady called Abby looking after us and she made sure that we had everything we needed from the start. She got the orders spot on first time round, remembered everyone's order specifically and was great with our kids. She went above and beyond and sorted out a hiccup with one of the dishes. the manager was extremely accommodating and understanding and I would definitely recommend the Trinity branch to anyone looking for food in Leeds City Centre! Well done all and huge Kudos to Abby! Thank you for making our stressful visit with three toddlers easy!
Excellent people who work there, made the meal more of an experience. v enjoyable
Burger came out cold - cheese unmelted and just piled on top! Not a problem - straight back to the kitchen and returned perfect! Was a pain but the team bounced back perfectly! Lovely staff
They gave my surprise birthday cake to another table however did receive free deserts for all guests
Food was good as ever but there was delay in service. Price was good for a weekday.
This was the worst service I have ever received from you
An enjoyable evening with family , service good , food good, overall all had a good time.
The waitress was lovely, I used to come to TGIS very often & loved it! Came on Saturday night and the service was sooo slow! The lads when we first walked in didn’t have a clue about us having a 4 people table booked - which was clearly on their system. Then managed to squeeze us in. Our waitress was polite & friendly but the service we had was very slow.. ages for our drinks to arrive, over half an hour for starters along with the drinks. The food wasn’t amazing either.
Our waitress was Kelly , absolutely lovely !
Everything about it was excellent! Will definitely be returning.
Morgan Hartley was an amazing waitress! There was a mix up with my food but herself and the manger were really helpful and took my meal off the bill and offered free desert which was lovely!
Lucy was bloody lovely! The whole team really went out for my partners 20th and made him embarrassed which I loved! Thank you so much for everything will be 1000000000% coming back❤️
me and my girlfriend had an amazing time and food was amazing, the staff was helpful and made us feel welcome even when we was leaving, we will be coming back again because we love the atmosphere
Service was slow in a not entirely busy restaurant
The waitress was very uninterested and we had to ask her numerous times for the same thing and she wasn’t busy either. Also it was my birthday and the staff didn’t even sing or anything like TGI’s are famous for. Great food but disappointed with the service
Food was cold The steak came without salad or onion rings we asked our waitress where they were she walked away and never came back, at the end of the meal when the waitress came back she said we took a bit of money off your bill we didn't get asked if that was what we wanted. We ended up with extra positions of chips, we asked for our bill and 30 minutes later it came to our table, the restaurant didn't seem overly busy so I don't really understand the delay. Overall it seemed like the staff were not 100% sure what they were supposed to be doing which may have been down to insufficient training or lack of customer service skills. I have eaten at other restaurants and never had this shocking a meal
Very slow, lacklustre service. Had to ask twice for pretty much everything and to send fries back as they were cold when served. Not good value for money.
First visit to the trinity venue, will be back as everything was great food, service, everything even the rewards scheme.
