Fantastic service from Louise who was only a trainee!
Outstanding personal service from the staff. Also very well organised and the food was excellent. Had a great birthday!
Everything was amazing apart from the ambient temperature of the restaurant. It was that hot it stopped alot of our party wanting to eat and drink :(
Excellent food Excellent service Will definitely return
Great food and drinks. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.
Ages waiting for food even though very quiet. Gluten free burger awful bread, chips overdone. Toffee popcorn sundae block of ice cream with 3 pieces of popcorn. There are some fantastic TGIs Sheffield Birmingham but would avoid the Leeds one
Staff extremely friendly, food took a while but was hot and tasty
It was rather annoying to discover we had three spectate tables when I had rung up prior to the booking to ask for a table all together which I was reassured would be the case. However, I spoke to the manager and it was managed to be resolved. The waiter was really quiet and definitely needed to raise his voice because we couldn’t hear him- almost like he was scared to talk
Kirsty and Lisa were amazing. Lisa really made a effort with our booking and catered to our needs specifically and created a beautiful environment for us to spend father's day. Kirsty was so attentive to our needs and was always on hand to provide the best service. We truly had a amazing time thanks to these ladies.
Our server Conner was fantastic, very attentive.
The food has changed since i was last there it wasn't as nice I'm not sure if its new chefs or change of ingredients but i wasn't impressed and the music is always so loud i find it hard to make a conversation with people im with as i cant hear them. its a restaurant not a club
We asked for carb information for my type 1 diabetic daughter. The team could not provide the information but looked up a website which listed all your meals. My have my daughter insulin based on the information your staff had pointed us to but to be honest I have doubts it was accurate as the carb count seemed very high and we ended up with her having hypos all night afterwards. I really think that a company as big as TGIs should have this information as part of their allergies etc file so that you can confirm its reliability and provide good customer service.
Excellent service , James was a really good host, food was lovely
Very good waiter kept us supplies with drinks throughout
The food and cocktail me and my friend shared was absolutely gorgeous extremely hot was the food and it was just lovely. Cocktail we had was called Purple Rain was gorgeous.
Good people, nice customer service. I am def coming again
I booked the table days in advance but didnt recive my confirmation email tlll after visit. I had to call numerous times to check as i recived emails stating my booking was cancelled when i arrived even after calling 4 times was told booking was not confirmed. We were eventually seated at 3pm but waited an hour for food !! Which made us late back to our conference. We rushed our food abd would not say it was employable at all as We were all stressed and rushed.
Lovely meal, friendly staff. A great way to celebrate our daughter's birthday!
Great food lovely atmosphere great place for all the family
Our server was a little out of sorts when she first came to the table, I had a voucher for free birthday cocktails or dessert and asked if I could have a cocktail without the alcohol as I am pregnant. But she said we couldn’t. We then waited for half an hour for our table to be cleared, when I asked another waitress she said ours had gone home sick but no one realised we were there. Our new server was great and couldn’t do enough for us. I wish we had had her from the start. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name. The food and the drinks were great. As was the free cake that I got for my birthday. Just the communication between staff let it down.
Very slow service. I don’t usually complain but there was just no need for how slow it was, the restaurant was really quiet. Took ages for our food to come, asked for a kids menu which didn’t come so had to get up and ask again. Took ages for a simple kids ice cream to come out. Our starter plates hadn’t been cleared when our mains came. It was my friends first time at a TGIs and she wasn’t very impressed!
The person serving us (Tom) was very attentive, he also helped us out with the free vouchers from the app and gave the kids balloon animals. The kids meals were decent, though considering they don't come with a drink they are a tad on the expensive side. Our mains were both nice and worth the money though. £5+ for a pint of Peroni seemed a bit much, but I only had the one so not as bad as someone who might make it through a few of them during dinner! Overall we had an enjoyable meal out (my Wife, myself, and our five children). Everyone enjoyed their food and we managed to get free desserts for all the kids by using the app. Bill came to £80+ but for a family of seven that's pretty good.
Abigail was our server, she was welcoming and really lovely. As my sister has to have gluten free she did request that the manager come over to double check my sisters choices, which is great as most places would not be able to provide the information. It's comforting to know that we can have at least one place where we can go out an eat without having to worry. Fabulous.
When making a reservation I was specific in saying that we’re gojng out for a meal for my husbands birthday and asked for a cake to be brought out along with a happy birthday to be sang, he got offered to wear a crown but politely declined and didn’t have a cake brought out or a happy birthday sung, also as my husband went to the toilet and the waiter came to clean the table up he spilled one of the nearly empty glasses and got a part of my trousers wet, he was extremely polite and apologised and usually I wouldn’t complain about it but the ignorance of the special instruction in which I requested for a cake to be brought out ruined my mood and then the drink spilled on me just topped my bad mood off, I will not be returning to fridays for further parties wheater it be my husbands or my children’s .
