We had a boy called Ben serving us and he was amazing! So kind, polite and attentive. Really made us enjoy our first tgi Friday experience
Fantastic afternoon spent eating and drinking, when arriving it was really busy but we still had so wonderful service. The cocktails where delicious as was the food.
Jenifer and the team were absolutely amazing couldn’t fault them at all. Food was delicious and piping hot. They made my partners birthday meal a success from start to finish. Absolutely great thanks.
Had a brilliant time, food was amazing. Only down side, had a table for two but almost felt we were sitting with people next to us due to the tables being so close together
We had a server called Naomi who was very nice and catered to our every need. She was very well-mannered and very helpful. We will definitely be returning soon.
Food is worth the money. Large portions for how much you pay
We went to TGI Fridays prior to seeing Shrek the musical as a group of 6 with 3 children with complex additional needs. In our booking we asked for space for a wheelchair and our needs were accomodated - there was already a space at the table for the wheelchair and this made things easier. Little touches like this really made the difference. We felt our loud, excitable children were accepted and the staff were warm, friendly and engaging. We all liked the atmosphere...the music was loud enough to drown out our children for other restaurant guests but quiet enough that we could talk to each other and catch up with friends. We had a lovely time and will recommend your restaurant to other families with children with additional needs. Things like this massively make a difference for different families like ours. The menu was fab - we wanted everything on it but the portions were so large I couldn't eat everything on my plate!! Definitely recommend this to anybody.
Relaxing Peaceful Good service
Lovely helpful staff, it was nice to have a chat & a laugh.
Ribs were cold, corn was dried out and the server didn't ask us if everything was ok!
Excellent service and food, great family restaurant
A great meal. Very tasty. Clean plates! Great service from a great waitress (whose name I can’t remember but had lovely blue hair).
We were shown to a table and then basically just forgotten! We had to flag servers down just to order drinks and food and then the drinks didn’t come Until we let them know we were still waiting for them 15-20 mins later!!!
It wasn’t full but the service was really bad. Our waitress was lovely but she clearly had too many tables for 1 personal . We didn’t get our bottle of wine until nearly the end of the meal and our waitress had to make our deserts herself because we were waiting half an hour for them
Really poor service, order was taken incorrectly, we had no cutlery, waited ages, ran out of sweets, took ages to get us any keychup ans took ages to get us the bill. What made it worse was that the staff seemed to be leaving a sinkin* ship. I appreciate it was Christmas Eve but that was no excuse for extremely poor service!
Excellent waitress that made time to chat with the kids too even though it was busy
We visit TGI Friday’s every Christmas Eve as a family tradition and normally we have a great experience. Unfortunately this year we were very disappointed. Firstly the wrong food was brought to our table. Then my husbands meal was cold so had to be sent back. By the time it arrived the rest of the family had almost finished their meal. My meal wasn’t as nice as it normally is, it was quite dry and also not very hot. During the meal no staff came to ask if we wanted more drinks and we could t get the attention of anyone. When we asked for the bill it was incorrect so we had to wait again for this to be rectified. A very disappointing Christmas Eve meal Has made us rethink our Christmas Eve tradition which is a shame as it is normally outstanding.
Absolutely fantastic! Great food, our waitress was incredible, so lovely and made our visit great.
Good service and food for a birthday meal
Our waitress Kelly was brilliant. She was more than happy to help whenever we needed it & even remembered us from the last time we visited!
Fantastic atmosphere! Seated quickly! Great food as always
The staff looked after my 10 year old girl magnificently, would highly recommend. Brilliant job by everyone
The food was amazing and had an amazing time, everything was so fast and I will be going back.
Firstly I reserved a table via your app but it wasn't on the bookings at the restaurant. Luckily or given the overall experience unluckily they found us a table. We arrived around 15 mins early (then again you do recommend this to enjoy the TGI experience) unfortunately the table hadn't been place-set! We were then left for 15 mins before been asked if we would like a drink, so decided it was easier to order drinks and food (from the festive menu) all at the same time.Nearly 30 mins later our starters arrived and handily the server (not our waitress) noticed we didn't have cutlery so fixed that.To be fair the starters were very good, after finishing the starters and another 30 or so minute wait the mains arrived (given the 1 hour 15 mins you state for tables on the reservation, we were going to over-run by some distance). The mains ordered were rack of ribs and a medium well New York Strip steak. The steak was cooked to medium rare (later confirmed by the manager after the waitress dismissed our concerns with that's how it's cooked!!!). I didn't raise the fact elements were missing on both dishes i.e wedge salad and spicy corn on the cob, given the initial reaction of the waitress. The Manager apologized and rectified the bill, given the long wait already endured waiting for a fresh meal was not appealing. To add insult to injury when collecting the main plates the same waitress said was everything OK with the food!! automatic question when collecting plates no doubt, obviously that's why there's an untouched steak on the plate we've told you about, but hey! why not ask us the same question again when we get the bill, which after waiting 15 mins for with no avail, putting our coats on sprang the waitress into action as she dashed across to the till to get the bill. So 2 hours 15mins all in all, a totally disappointing way to celebrate graduation day. Returning soon?!! Unlikely as this is the 2nd experience of poor service in a row at Leeds Trinity
