The staff were all very friendly and catered for everything we asked for. I’m very greatful that they went the extra mile for my mums birthday
A lovely afternoon had by all of us
Service fantastic, food we ordered a sharing starter but not really enough Server (jack or james) excellent Main courses £17 for chicken sandwich and fries, not good value and small portions
Reservation didn’t appear on system but wasn’t a problem anyway. Had an amazing meal.
Service was excellent. Food was good but a bit expensive for what it was.
It was great, the Jd wings was amazing and so was the HD burger which recommended to me and my date by one of the trainees. Love the atmosphere as always.
Had a lovely meal celebrating my husbands birthday, the restaurant made a fuss of him and even gave him a slice of cake with a candle , how lovely. Tom our waiter was great too. Thank you.,
I was disappointed to find out that I could not have regular coke as a bottomless drink, I would be happy to pay slightly more because of the sugar tax if that is the option!
Our waitress was really lovely and the food was amazingly delicious, we love TGI’s and come back every time we have a special occasion
Pre planned a team meal in Leeds trinity branch for 20 . The evening was spoilt by the slow service taking 2.5 hours for 2 course ! 3 meals having to be returned to the kitchen , 1 cold , 1 raw and another covered in mustard when menu doesnot mention mustard . 2 further meals arrived 15minutes after the other meals ( free drinks were offered to these people ) . When we asked to remove the service charge and complained the the manager we were made to feel it was our fault . After a long conversation with the manager they agreed to remove 5 meals , give 25% discount and no service charge but the night is ruined !! Hence I will not be returning . I understand problems happen but it’s how you deal with them that counts !!
Really enjoyed it service was good considering how busy it was and the food was lovely
Not enough staff for a busy afternoon. Other than that it was pleasant.
Really good service, even as a big group. We all enjoyed our meal and would definitely come again :)
good job TGI
Very disappointing visit. Slow service and cold food
Not the best and overpriced
I booked a table for me and my mum at 18:15, we were seated and served within 5mins, however, we were waiting over 30 mins for our main meal. Another customer who had come in 15mins after us had been served his starter. When we queried the length of time we had been waiting, as we were due to see Cirque Du Soleil, we were told it was down to the loaded fries that I had ordered and were told 2mins and food would be ready. Another 5mins later the food came and the loaded fries were cold, I have no idea why it took 30mins for a main meal and even more so my fries were luke warm at best. I won’t be eating here again.
Waiter wasn’t present much, most stood around having a drink at the bar like customers, had to ask for drinks and tried to catch attention a lot. Requested bill a few times and had a tip left ready with the bill but took about 5/10 mins for someone to come to collect so decided alongside the poor service to remove the tip. Wasn’t overly busy, especially not for a standard Saturday. Had to grab a lady who appeared to be a manager twice as she passed to do a waiters job. She made a comment as we paid about how the waiter had been busy and had lots to do, recognising we had not left a tip, an overly sarcastic comment about how she would pass the receipts to him as if to make a point he would see we hadn’t tipped him. At the end of the day you pay a tip on top of a price when you feel it deserves more than what is charged. The service was poor, only offered one drink and had to requested ordered drinks a few times, starter came slightly cold but after waiting a while decided to eat anyway. A small change in service would have made all the difference
First time me coming to TGI Fridays and I’ve never been so impressed everything was perfect food was gorgeous and cocktails were amazing! Staff were lovely and the surprise birthday cake at the end was my highlight. Can’t wait to come again!
I have been to TGIs many of times but this visit was really bad from start to finish. We waited 30mins for our first drinks and the 2hours for our food. I was really disappointed as this was my daughters birthday and when the food finally arrived we had to rush it as our taxi was due to pick us up. The staff did apologise and gave us a 40% discount because of the bad service however it still ruined it for the whole party.
