There was a chip in my child's glass all are burgers where lukewarm warm and flavourless and the cheese onot top of my son's pasta was like rubber had an experience like this last time we came but was hoping with it been dinner time and quiet the service and food would be of better quality but unfortunately not was my daughter 5th birthday was very disappointed and dissatisfied I'd be giving u 0 stars for our visit.
Apart from the steak having to be returned twice as it wasn't cooked as I asked for it to be, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the drinks were good.
Waitress Louise was wonderful. Ribs were delicious. Only recommendation would be to have some bitter cocktails for my old man palette. Throw in an espresso martini or a caipirinha or something.
Very nice would be perfect if had luisiana hot sauce for the ribs x
Our server Louise was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful and friendly. After a long long day at work (Primark- not the pleasantest) she made me and my partner instantly relaxed and felt in good hands. We could tell she was really busy but she still ensured we were satisfied and had everything we needed- she communicated with us like we were friends and that is so lovely to have. If we’d of had the money to tip her we would’ve done, but I hope this message reaches her and that she feels appreciated- we will be visiting again!
Amazing waiting staff. Couldn’t be more friendly and helpful.
We booked a table for 18.30 with 2 adults and 3 children, food took nearly an hour to arrive, when it did the kids vegetable side was rancid - literally. Carrots were black, cucumber yellow and seeping. We decided to leave and agreed with the manager that we could leave without paying for anything. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
Amazing atmosphere, if you have never been it’s a must-go place to eat at least once to try it. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone laughing, music, occasional birthday songs in the background for selected guests, an all round great experience.
Good service. A little confusion over here he bill but soon resolved
Waited ages to get served, half an hour for food, another half after our plates been taken for the bill and because the guy that was serving us was intrested more in talking to the staff than serving client we waited ages to pay too. My knife was dirty and I asked for a new one and never got it. He put the change on our table over my friends shoulder and didn't even say thank you or bye. Ridiculous customer service!
Abbey our waitress was lovely rest with the children
Amazing food and the staff were really friendly nothing is too much trouble 😁
A regular customer of TGIS - first time at Leeds Trinity restaurant and was absolute shambles! Wasn’t even busy and we had to wait 30 mins for our drinks every time we ordered whilst bar staff were all talking, laughing and cuddling each other rather than working! Our friend doesn’t like banana liquor so asked for a June bug cocktail without and the waiter came back and ask if she just didn’t like it or whether it was an allergy because they accidentally put a bit in - she asked for t without so that’s what she should get - also on the second order of the same cocktail they put the banana liquor in again!!! Food wasn’t at the standard of other restaurants either. Wish we hadn’t have bothered.
We booked through the website for 4 and then changed it to 6 however, when we arrived, the booking was never updated to 6 people. Luckily it was not too busy so they could accommodate the increase in numbers. The young lady serving us looked after us well.
Really lovely american feel to the restaurant.Meniu good enough for adults and kids.
Booked to celebrate my son's graduation - staff couldn't have been more welcoming - gave us a special 'graduation cheer' and cake! Thank you
Great and fast service with lovely food
Fantastic service from Louise who was only a trainee!
Outstanding personal service from the staff. Also very well organised and the food was excellent. Had a great birthday!
Everything was amazing apart from the ambient temperature of the restaurant. It was that hot it stopped alot of our party wanting to eat and drink :(
Excellent food Excellent service Will definitely return
Great food and drinks. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.
Ages waiting for food even though very quiet. Gluten free burger awful bread, chips overdone. Toffee popcorn sundae block of ice cream with 3 pieces of popcorn. There are some fantastic TGIs Sheffield Birmingham but would avoid the Leeds one
Staff extremely friendly, food took a while but was hot and tasty
