Enjoy jam- packed juicy burgers along with some fresh hot sandwiches and a wide variety of flavourful appetizers. Signature steak grills and the fantastic range of fall off the bone pork ribs are a must have when visiting TGI Fridays.
Famed for its fantastic drinks selection, guests at TGI Friday's can challenge bar tenders to rustle up a mix from its 500-strong cocktail list, like the classic strawberry daiquiri, or the signature raspberry-spiked Haymarket. Ultimate thick shakes, Cooling slushes, chilled beers and wines are also on offer.
Leave room for freshly prepared desserts like the brownie obsession, chocolate fudge fixation and the cookie dough sundae.
We went there for my friends birthday, and mentioned it on the booking. No tgi birthday song was delivered :( nor any cake :(
Booked a table for 10pm and they tried to turn us away because they said that they were closed. Had to speak to the manager for him to accept our booking.
Excellent service. Thank you :-)
I would highly recommend coming here. The staff are so accommodating. They do not question when asking for a quiet area, choosing either children/adult menu. Outstanding service and understanding with their customers who have additional needs. Keep up the good work. :)
We booked at table for a family of 4 for 7pm at the Trafford Centre. We arrived at 6:50pm to be told someone would take us to a table. Nobody came to seat us so at 7:15pm after being stood around while others with no bookings were seated we asked again what was going on. We had obviously been forgotten about because we were then quickly seated. Another 15 minutes went by before we could finally get our waitresses attention to order drinks and food. We had a cinema reservation at 8pm and by this point we should have already had our food but had only just been able to order! by 7:50pm we only had our drinks and there was no sign of our food being ready. The restaurant was not busy and there was plenty of staff walking round like they had nothing to do. Food was coming out the kitchen at a snails pace. It got to 8pm and we still had no food so we asked the waitress what was going on and we would have to leave as we would miss our film if we didn't. She was not apologetic and basically said it was because the restaurant was busy which was false, I then asked for a manager. She said she wouldn't charge us for our drinks and that was it! so after waiting over an hour we left hungry and disappointed.
Lovely as always thank you
Not the usual TGI fridays service we have had. Quite disappointed this time literally was eating my starter and my main came out and she just put it down, not even a break so couldn’t enjoy the food. Drinks took ages to come and never got refilled and we could never get anyone’s attention. Both tables next to us had an awful experience so we was anxious to even stay after hearing how they felt.
Usually we love a TGI’s but the service this time was awful. When our food was served we asked for another drink, the server replied he didn’t do drinks orders and ask someone else. Only thing is there one nobody around to ask, we was there for well over an hour and only had one drink each. The wait at the bar was long if we went and asked from one there. Was very disappointed.
Poor service. Slightly warm food and timing was horrendous
Really nice staff , the food was not as good as the Cross Street restaurant
The service again was fantastic. There wasnt a long wait for food at all. Food was delicious as usual. My only issue was that we were seated upstairs where I have never sat before and I found the music was too loud. Apart from that, exceptional as always!
Excellent service. Also efficient and speedy
All was what we hoped for
Enjoy the food everytime we come. The waitress was nice although a little over baring at times. Order came out qrong but was rectified straight away Good evening and lovely food.
Lovely staff members. Requests were recieved by staff and they gave a great atmosphere for my friends birthday!
Staff incredibly friendly and helpful sorting out our buggy brigade! 6 prams, 8 adults and 5 children wasn’t easy to navigate! So thank you very much! Especially when I didn’t know on booking about the extra 3 children! Food really lovely except from the vegetable sides which unfortunately were quite poor, but the mains themselves were very nice. The service was quick and friendly and I couldn’t fault that one bit. Refreshing to be pleased with service these days! One of the rare occasions I willingly give a tip! Thank you :)
Initial impressions weren’t good, had to que for some time even though had a reservation. Then the request for 2 tables, one for children and one for adults next to it hadn’t been arranged, had to wait awkwardly whilst this was arranged. Once we were seated, service was great, god food and atmosphere just right for the 11 year old birthday group. Complementary birthday cake and song was an unexpected bonus! Waiter was great. Only tiny gripe would be to offer kids refillable drinks that aren’t fizzy!
Staff were nice and polite
Small cramped uncomfortable table, long wait for drinks and courses. Friendly enthusiastic server but poor food
First ever visit to TGI Friday’s. Overall the service was good and the staff were friendly and professional. Compared to the non-veggie options that my dining companions had , the vegan burger I had was very basic with little flavour and very basic salad. I’ve eaten vegan burgers at a number of different establishments and there is much more variety in terms of flavour, condiments, extras that you can add etc, so I was a bit disappointed as there is so much scope for experimentation and packing on the flavour. Might be worth looking at what competitors have to offer for the ever-growing vegan customer base.
We booked a table for 9 o’clock and we didn’t get one till 9.30 what was the point off booking
The service was great, the staff were courteous and the food/cocktails were lovely as ever.
