The food was nice and the service was friendly, unfortunately the cocktails were poor and when you spend almost £80 for two people, I expected better. Shame really.
Had a great birthday experience! Our servers were very attentive, and had lots of time for our 5 year old niece.
Lovely food, staff and restaurant but painfully slow service everytime we go. We now ask for the bill when ordering deserts. It shouldn't take 2 hrs to have 2 courses. Drinks also take forever to arrive
Seated late as table was still in use. Waited 15 mins at bar without being served. Charged £2 for loaded fries which turned out to be just a small splash of sauce. Rude waitress. Overpriced. Small portions. Food tasted good and was well presented.
Great service and great food
food was average, kids pizza was rock hard at the bottom, service was not too good as well, took over 10 mins to get another drink at the table, and that happend twice, even tho it was not busy at all as we were there on a tuesday and at 6.30, no where near as good service as the one in london. will not be returning
Service was good. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Will definitely return.
Nice meal. Thanks. One comment of note is that the calendar event sent to my phone had the wrong tgi Friday. It gave me directions to Glasgow and not stoke on Trent.
Rebecca our waitress was amazing, very attentive and our drinks were always refilled. A credit to the company.
Food was lovely, we had ordered milkshakes they came with an apology that there was no whipped cream my girls tried them and did not like them so I sent them back. Well, that was it we were stared at and made to feel so uncomfortable! One waitress walked passed our table and shouted it 'what they sent them back for that?' Looks at my daughter and gave a smirk! Well we ate our food quickly and left we felt so unwelcome! Went over to brewers fair over the road and had our puddings and another drink there. Never felt so uncomfortable in a resteraunt in our lives... felt bullied. I would never in a million years go back to that particular TGI Fridays.
Good food and good atmosphere, the kids love it
Took 40 mins for 6 out of 7 of us to get a drink. Then an extra 10 mins despite complaining to get the last drink. Food came within another 20 mins and after dinner we ordered a desert. Again the majority came with the final one arriving after everyone else had finished eating. Food was sat at the hot plate for around 15mins before the servers got round to collecting it. This was on a Sunday and the restaurant was quite empty so very disappointed. Its a shame as the main meals were tasty however the children's meals were overcooked and slightly dry. I don't mind paying for decent food or even waiting for it but it wasn't worth the cost or the wait.
Food was great and service was great. It was quite busy as we went at Saturday tea time. There were a few children running around at times which we felt was inappropriate.
The food was great. Staff were really good with kids. We will definitely be visiting again
Really good. I can’t remember the servers name but they were amazing. She never found anything too hard to do. Made our day very good.
Our waitress was super attentive! Thank you
For how much food you get I dont think the price is acceptable. Likewise with the drinks.£4.10 gpr a drink which normally costs £3.25 is not good. £18 for fajitas and get 4 little wraps?
Overall, the food was nice. The lady which we were being served by was quite eager to get us to make a decision. It was nice that she was fast at serving us but we generally just needed more time. I didn’t like how you had to ask the staff to fill up the refillable drinks and they’re quite pricey at £3 each.
First time I’ve been here, great atmosphere, lovely food and plenty of choice too.
Over priced food at poor quality!!
Our server (Dorothy) was friendly and full of energy, she noticed our wedding anniversary card given by our dining partners (we were a party of four) , congratulated us and gifted us with a delicious slice of cake at the end of the evening. Thoroughly enjoyable!
Everything was spot on, service was brilliant all staff was very helpful and the food was delicious! Thanks definately be returning in the future
First time visiting this branch. Initial impression was WOW. Lovely having an attractive facility in the area. Service, appalling. No rapport building at all. Everyone that served us was in too much of a rush to speak to us!! Music was so loud that 1 lady next to us said 'excuse me' over 5 times to get a waitress's attention that was next to her! Food was very below average. Chilli beef nachos with no beef, hmmmmm...? Drinks were amazing!! So tasty.
Thank you - great evening
