Leave room for freshly prepared desserts like the brownie obsession, chocolate fudge fixation and the cookie dough sundae.
Everything’s good until you’re finished eating and want the bill, nobody to be seen for half an hour minus one waiter who scurried pass avoiding eye contact!
For the amount the food did cost I expected more flavour. I also expected quicker response to table refills and taking of our order. I had ask twice for the manager to come and take my gluten free order.
I found the service a bit slow the meals are under the hot plates way too long before being served out
Excellent venue for all occasions 👍
came here for my little brothers 16th birthday, was very very pleased with the service, the staff working (13th june) on said date coould not have done enough for us and were very friendly and approachable, thanks again guys!
Organised hen party for 11 people. Staff was very friendly. Service was quick, food delicious. Highly recommend this place
Thoroughly enjoyed most aspects, unfortunately the most sic playing was sooooo loud you had to shout to be heard so noise level just went up and up. Hoarse when we left!!
Starter wasn’t Cooked properly
First time Visiting TgI’s..had enjoyable evening, food Came Quick even though they were busy , Service good , didn’t like the Lady who greeted us though , think she had an American accent
Brilliant on every level
Food great, service was so so, especially on arrival.
Awful service, was told where the door was by the manager because me and my partner had more than 4 alcoholic drinks.
Waitress wasn’t very attentive, we had to shout someone over each time we wanted a drink.
It was my son's 13th birthday and he chose where he wanted to go. The food was perfect, our waitress was outstanding and we had a great night.
Having arrived with a reservation the waitress greeted us and never asked for the booking, I had to tell her and she took us to the furthest table away even though she could see my husband had walking difficulties bearing in mind the place was empty! We ordered our food and drink the nicest thing on the plate was the double glazed burger couldnt fault it but the Mario fries were Luke warm and soggy we ordered the coconut cream pie but when it come to having it she announced that she couldn't find it she had look everywhere (what ever that means) so we were disappointed as this visit was early fathers day treat, I thought everything would have been in stock as it was on a lunch time and we were the first in to order.
Great food, atmosphere and friendly staff 👍😊
A little pricey for what you get, especially drinks. I ordered a cream soda and a water, only the cream soda cane to the table. I had to ask twice for the glass of water. Not much atmosphere when we were there. Food was good and we all left with full bellies.
Very expensive for what we had can get better elsewhere Booked online for 5pm and had email confirmation but when got there told our booking was at 3.15pm luckily not busy so didn’t become an issue. Host did not greet us and no where to be seen do a server came over after a few minutes and apologised. Seemed a little disorganised.
Service and food were excellent. The bill was not. If you want cheap food go somewhere else. However i will be back.
We had a lovely experience. I mentioned on the reservation that it was my 8 year olds birthday. When we arrived there were balloons on the table. At the end of the meal the staff came over to sing a birthday song, this included a complimentary slice of cake (candle also) needless to say he was over the moon! Thank you
Seemed slightly understaffed. We booked for my birthday but had no singing to our table? We were also charged for 2 beers that we ordered that didnt turn up?
We visit this branch quite regular and each time we’re in there we always comment to each other how terrible the service is and waiting time for drinks and food especially from when ordered The staff are pleasant enough but not to hand if anything needed. This Saturday we ordered a pudding and a birthday milkshake the pudding came and it was a good 5/10 mins before the milkshake arrived They should have come together
Fabulous Birthday meal at TGI’s! The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing and the service was fantastic - could not fault our visit. I also received a Happy Birthday serenade from the staff members - thanks all! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this venue - we’ll be back very soon! 😊
Fantastic night at TGI Friday. Staff extremely helpful very attentive and polite. Food was excellent. Everything was just amazing. It was my first visit and I was a little apprehensive as we were a party of 12. TGI Friday outstanding night, thank you for making it so special.
