About TGI Fridays UK Stoke on Trent
TGI Fridays Stoke on Trent is a family-friendly eatery that's perfect for everything from quick bites to laid back meals. Plush leather booths are ideal for cosy meet ups, while the bar serves up all kinds of world beers and unique cocktails. Satisfying even the heftiest appetites, TGI Fridays draws diners in with its fun American twists and wonderfully warm welcome.
Big, bold American flavours freshly made in house served up every day. Choose from the sweet, smoky taste of their famous Jack Daniel’s glaze smothered onto dishes throughout the menu. Enjoy jam- packed juicy burgers along with some fresh hot sandwiches and a wide variety of flavourful appetizers. Signature steak grills and the fantastic range of fall off the bone pork ribs are a must have when visiting TGI Fridays.
Famed for its fantastic drinks selection, guests at TGI Friday's can challenge bar tenders to rustle up a mix from its 500-strong cocktail list, like the classic strawberry daiquiri, or the signature raspberry-spiked Haymarket. Ultimate thick shakes, Cooling slushes, chilled beers and wines are also on offer.
Leave room for freshly prepared desserts like the brownie obsession, chocolate fudge fixation and the cookie dough sundae.
On arrival no matter if there are plenty of free tables or if you have booked, annoyingly you are alwas asked to sit at the bar for around 15 minutes to wait for a table? And then they will sit you at a table thats been empty for the whole time you have been waiting grr.
Superb service from Mary, great food and drink
Thoroughly enjoyed our night and our waiter was brilliant. Food was lovely as always.
Not been to a TGI’s for about 25 years but thought we would take our daughter for a Birthday lunch as i remember always loving it when i was growing up . Glad we did as they still look after children so well. Won’t leave it another 25 years before going back again
Excellent service, waitress was very helpful and attentive. Felt the menu was overpriced though
The table service in this restaurant is very slow You’re seated then wait ages for your order to be taken then ages for your drinks and food. Yesterday I had to chase our food order up It’s very frustrating
Music a little bit too loud. Food very good. Slight draft where we were sitting. Service very good.
Our first time at Fridays and really enjoyed it
Excellent service from. Becky
Lovely meal - 10 people all catered for at the same time. Lovely food no mix ups with the orders! We will be returning very soon.
Sevice excellent and fast very polite and friendly. Food excellent. Cocktails loved them, very clean great service. First time we been would come their again well done to you all.
The quality of the food is poor and over priced
Great food, staff were very friendly and helpful
Food was great! Massive portions!! I got a piece of birthday cake which was really tasty.
The food was lovely, the service was good, the waitress we had was extremely rude and was like that all the way through the service!
Thanks for a great bday for my daughter
We had a lovely waitress who was really friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed, the food was great, the atmosphere was vibrant exactly what you want and expect it to be like when going to TGI Fridays.
Loved the experience! Even including the birthday song...
Last visit was a bit of a mess, food was almost burnt, wrong cocktails turned up, then cocktails sent back because they were missing ingredients, then one was still missing ingredients on 3rd attempt so we gave up. Requested hot sauce never turned up and JD glaze was watered down. Which I say after having it regularly.
I was disappointed with my recent visit to TGI Fridays at Stoke-on-Trent - why? Well it was my Son’s 16th birthday and I thought it would be a good place to go, similar to Frankie and Bennys, but unlike TGI Friday, F&B make an effort to recognise the occasion, especially when you asked at the time of booking. Perhaps due to the time we went (16:00) as therewere not many people eating. The food was OK but not great, sorry I really wanted to like TGI Fridays but on this occasion sadly not...Mr Guy
Waitress was very slow and would rather look at herself in the mirror. Had to go up and pay bill, although did ask for the bill twice. Food and drink delicious no complaints, big portions. Atmosphere great as usual. Just a shame about the service. Usually generous with tips but no tip deserved.
Too many shouty birthday songs but other than that amazing
The food was fantastic and and came very quick. The waitresses were brilliant very polite. Would recommend this place to all my family and friends 👍
