The service was brilliant and the food was just as good. Had a lovely night.
On arrival only two staff on so had to hand around before someone came to seat us. Got our mains and no one came to see us after that to ask if the food was ok, did we want any more drinks, to take out plates away or to see if we wanted dessert. Took me some time to attract someone’s attention to ask for the bill
Awful !!! Had to wait far too long to even get served a drink abdxwas fold our sever was on her break. Will not be visiting this branch again
Great service and food and loved the packs you give to the children to use.
Had a fantastic evening for my sons birthday great quality of food and service ... staff very efficient and attentive nothing too much trouble
Excellent place to visit
Myself and a number of colleagues had a lovely lunch here. The atmosphere was great and the staff very attentive. I would highly recommend the sesame chicken!
Booked as a treat for our daughter. We all really enjoyed the evening, food was great and our server (think she was called Mary, red hair and glasses) was fab! We'll definitely be back again soon.
You need to rethink how you work in regards to ordering and staffing tables. Waiting 5-10 minutes to order drinks and then 25 minutes for them to arrive is pretty poor. Then when the staff ask if you want anything else such as sauces, you would expect to get these prior to half of your meal or all your meal being eaten. Then when asking for the bill having to wait a further 15 minutes for it too arrive. This is not the first time I have been to this restaurant and it been like this, I would say it’s the fifth and it’s always been the same. Not good enough really.
One person on bar serving drinks for upto 100 customers in restaurant. Stop cost cutting to save wages!! Service not great but again possibly due to being short staffed. 30 minutes between sitting down and receiving drinks is not good.
Waiter had no knowledge of dishes on the menu Food was sat under food lamp for ten minute as confirmed by waiter as we apparently took too long to eat our starters , food dry and inedible Starters amazing Dessert amazing
Steak was well done instead of medium, but on paying the bill the steak was complimentary even though a new steak was provided which was cooked perfectly
Very pleasant evening celebrating my son's 14th birthday. Food and drink up to usual TGI high Standard. We live in Crediton, Devon & only disappointment is there is no TGI Fridays in Exeter. Visit to Stoke restaurant showed what we are missing.
Great experience. Love the booths. Plenty to choose from both food and drink and well priced. Would most definitely love to return in the future. Thank you for a great time with the family.
Took a long time to get served our drinks. I ordered a salad and I literally got 1 and a half plum tomatoes... a few onions and pieces of pepper and the rest lettuce leaves. Shame as before it’s always been fab!
Our server was fantastic. Couldn't fault her attention to us & even though she was pregnant she still worked great.
Service and food were amazing, there was no atmosphere in the restaurant and it was almost empty. I found the food to be a little overpriced but the quality was excellent. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The bar service was slow and the staff seemed a little more interested in chatting rather than serving customers. We waited 15 minutes to be served and as stated earlier the restaurant was far from full. All in all we had an enjoyable evening.
The food was great and service first class. However it cost me £105 for dinner for 4 of us which I think is really expensive. I have been on holiday in Britain for 2 weeks and this was by far the most expensive meal out we had and although good it wasn't the best food. We had dinner from the set menu but couldn't choose a cheaper different starter even though we were paying the highest price. I am unlikely to eat at TGIs again soon simply because it wasn't value for money
Always love coming to your Restaurant
Fantastic staff!! Meal was delicious and the staff made my birthday feel like a real celebration. My little one loved her balloon flower and dog. Our visit couldn’t have been any better. Thank you so much xx
We had a lovely time celebrating my daughters birthday, staff were really lovely and polite. My only issue was we had the refillable drinks but we couldn't seem to find anyone when we wanted our drinks refilling.
I was really disappointed. The last time I went we had fabulous service so I took my parents. We waited over 20minutes for a drink, in the end I went in search for them after asking twice. The cutlery had to be changed as it was dirty and the service was below par for the price you pay. It wasn’t even busy and there were plenty of staff, 4 members of staff even stood singing happy birthday when people were trying to get served. Such a shame after such a great experience last time.
First time at TGI Friday in a long time was such a fantastic experience all round the music and scene makes it so much better than other American themed resturaunts, my partner has nut allergy and the manager came over and sorted her meals and drinks out separately making sure every need was tended to 5* service great value for money will 100% be returning regularly.
Meal was nice, but by far the worst we’ve had at any Tgi Friday’s over the year. Went for a birthday treat, disappointing first visit to stoke. burnt chicken, over cooked tough steak. Lady who sorted our table and barmaid were great. Table staff not so good. Will return to tgi, but not to stoke
Excellent food and service, thank you very much
