Our waitress Adrienne, was incredible. So smiley and patient and couldn’t do enough for our table of 10. There was a young girl on front of house(i believe her name was Amira?) that could do with reading the customer service booklet as asking for a spoon for the baby and some condiments, was too much to ask. Her response was “sorry i can’t you need to ask your waitress.”
Waiting far to long for service and drink orders seemed a little under staffed, very pleasant staff when they had time to take your order
Our server Arlene was brilliant. Food was lovely. We all had a great time.
Food was over cooked Floor was messy Service was slow
Absolutely brilliant, staff were amazing and made my birthday absolutely fabulous!
I booked a table and was made to queue with people that hadn’t made a reservation. When we were seated at the table, there was no cutlery and no one took our drinks order for 20 minutes. The drinks actually arrived after we received our starters. I appreciate that Saturdays are one of the busiest evenings of the week, but the staff were rushed off their feet and so service was compromised. When the mains arrived, the plates and cutlery were dirty.
We were squished into a small booth with seven of us and a high chair. We were sat next to a child’s party where the children were running around and screaming with neither the parents nor staff saying anything. We asked to be moved and the wait staff who said she’d go and check never returned. Food took ages and was lukewarm and dry. Service was terrible and atmosphere was god awful, quite literally one of the worst meals I think Ive ever experienced. Will definitely not be returning.
The only thing I didn’t like was the loudness of music but other than that it was great
Fantastic service great food good company
We went for my sons birthday Had a lovely time the staff was lovely and the food was great
I booked a table with yourselves for my partners 40th birthday so was an important one!!!! We were served really quick which was impressive we ordered a fillet steak and then was told afterwards that they didn't have any so changed it to a sirloin steak instead, as a side dish my partner ordered a mac and cheese with lobster sauce which they completely missed and we had to say that my partner hadn't had it yet so in the end he ate it after his main instead and because it was rushed through there was hardly any sauce with it and the pasta was on the hard side so was very disappointed and would not be eating there again.
Went to tgi for my birthday and ordered a steak medium rare. The steak came out burnt and grey not worth the money at all
I had booked a table as a birthday meal . So it was me and some of my friends and we all said at the end how much we loved our waitress she was absolutely brilliant. I think her name was Taylor. (Not entirely sure) but just want to say a massive thank you to her for the amazing service ☺️
Had to ask for knives and forks as didn’t have any for our starters, also no napkins and again had to ask, when we asked for some we then got a stupid amount dumped on the table, both Fillits steaks were not cooked good enough and were dry, not good when I spent £180, I have always used the Gaston one near Watford, as we live in Wgc I thought we would try the stevenage one for the first time not a good experience
Our waiter was brilliant from the moment we got there he was attentive. Nathan was his name. He was lovely bubbly guy
Excellent meal with lovely atmosphere, service is always friendly and quick.
Booking was for a colleague's leaving meal. Great foods, amazing cocktails and great atmosphere. Service was brilliant too, couldn't fault it. I've never had a bad experience at TGI Friday's!
Dawn was really accommodating and took care of us very well despite the restaurant being busy. We made a reservation but arrived half an hour early which was not an issue. The sesame chicken is to die for! Worth the drive from Cambridge
We had a brilliant meal and the service was brilliant
Dirty tables, slow service, music too loud.
We had a lovely evening the food could of been abit hotter but we didn't wont to send it back because we didn't want to spoil our evening the staff made my daughters birthday by singing her happy birthday.
Perfect evening. Only minor issue was that the main meal coming out and we were still only halfway through our sharing starter so id imagine it was kept somewhere hot. But apart from that the staff were excellent and the food, especially the bucket of bones we had as a starter were very tasty. Though my wife thought it strange they come out in a dog bowl looking dish 😂 will definitely visit again.
Great evening with colleagues Food nice cocktails great and value for money
