Food service was fine but drink service was slow compared to how fast we had our food. I’m saying that they sat us down early for our reservation to which we were extremely grateful for
The waiter that served myself and my boyfriend was absolutely amazing! So well mannered and there for assistance even when not needed. The waiter himself made the whole experience for us amazing. The food was also hot, fresh and delicious! However the paper straws given were quick to stop liquid coming through and quickly became a nightmare to drink from! However, everything was amazing, would highly recommend!
Booked a table for 7:45 waiting over 30 minutes before getting seating upstairs to which all but 2 tables we free which left us confused why we were waiting so long. We later over heard a collegeue talking to another customer saying they were short staffed. Our server was very friendly however he was often sat out tables for at least 10-15 minutes talking while we were waiting to be served. Food arrived which definitely not worth the money that we had paid Overall I would not recommend and most likely not return.
We had a brilliant time, the food and cocktails were fantastic and as for the staff, they were amazing. Our server was Dan who was fabulous. We will be back.
We had a great evening !
Great evening as always . Mine and my boyfriends favourite place to eat out
Impressed with allergy menu although would of preferred access to all allergens information rather than bothering the busy staff
Music was too loud so difficult to have a conversation without repeating yourself. Service good and food delicious and hot
Food was cold. Wrong food came out for one child. Beer was flat. Staff were lovely and apologetic but the food was not worth the money at all. We will not be returning sadly.
It would be a good idea that if you have a large group book in there is a way for each person to have their own tab so everyone knows what they have to pay instead of trying to work it all out individually from the receipt
Excellent service and tentative staff. Brilliant with gluten allergy- thanks very much
Lovely services! Would definitely go back.
Dining with an allergy can be stressful at Rome’s but the manager couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried.
The waitress was very attentive
We were seated right away, our server was great and the food as tasty as always! Thanks :)
Had a lovely evening for my daughter birthday but your prices are ridiculous fair to expensive...
Waited for 40 minutes for a table for 2. Waited patiently at the bar and saw a couple be seated before us. Only when we asked did we get seated hastily. We were brought to a dirty table and then shuffled along to a clean one
We were rushed and our bill was brought to us before we had chance to order another round of drinks. We travelled from Cornwall for a special meal and cocktails and very very disappointed
The worst meal ive ever had in TGIs. I had the ribs and they looked anemic and like that hadnt been anywhere near the grill, same for the corn on the cob. I had brownie for dessert and that left a lot to be desired too. Spent £45 and ended up wishing i had gone to miller carter as for the price i would of had a beautiful meal. Felt rather underwhelmed.
Service was a bit slow (was a busy night however)
I ordered a burger but it was cold... the bacon& cheese etc inside was hot, but the burger itself cold. Normally I would have asked for a replacement but the waitress was rushed off her feet & I was taking my daughter to a show so I was restricted for time. Also my daughter orders the “sweet shop” dessert but it didn’t come with any sweets, just a bag of white choc buttons, she was disappointed.
Table service was faultless. Food and drinks were good as expected. The welcome wasn’t very warming - when I told the member of staff I had a table booked, their stern response of “you will have to wait 3 minutes” wasn’t very welcoming. You could also over hear staff members talking rudely about customers that were waiting to be seated which I didn’t feel was very professional.
It was extremely busy so service was slightly slower than normal but staff coped really well.
Although extremely busy, great service, great food and great time.
