Great service by several wonderful waitstaff, food came quick and it was very good. Will definitely be visiting again.
After being a customer in TGI fridays since I was a little girl I was very disappointed with how clean the restaurant was. Our server, the food and drinks were great but the actual cleanliness of the restaurant was a let down. I am usually very happy with how clean the restaurant is but this experience was a let down in my eyes. When I visited the bathroom I was appalled. When walking into the bathroom there was an awful smell off urine, only a small amount of toilet paper in one cubicle, the other cubicles had toilet paper all over the floor. In one of the cubicles the toilet seat had actually come off the toilet and was on the floor! It’s very lucky that I went to the bathroom after having food otherwise I think I would have walked out, it was that disgusting!!
Great service! Great food! Great birthday celebration! Shame there’s no set menu for weekends, 3 course is expensive! Specially since the restaurant was over half empty on a Sunday
Our sever was very attentive . Items missing as described on menu and air conditioning made the restaurant cold
Staff were very helpful and good with children
Waitress was friendly and helpful kept checking we were ok. Went out for my birthday but didn’t get a shout out which was disappointing had a 40 minute wait for food and was a mix up with someone taking one of our meals but everything else was amazing wouldn’t stop me going again
Low stars due to a bad visit food was cold service by waiter was good just not satisfied with the food on this occasion
Waitress was amazing unfortunately I can’t remember her name though. Excellent customer service!!
I can’t quite remember if if lady that served us was called Natalie or Natalia but she was very lovely, however our food took a little long to arrive and our chips were cold, but I would still come again
Lovely evening will definitely be coming back
Service was great, the lady who served us was lovely and friendly and made our party very welcome. The cocktails are not the best, there seemed to be hardly any alcohol in them so it felt like you were essentially paying £8 for a fruit juice. And the steaks were done a little more than they were asked to be and were not the most flavourful
Great waitress, service was amazing but food ok
Fab food, fab service
Great food with top class service. Was very disappointed that we were not able to use our reward before it ran out (£25 off) despite receiving an email to say that we had 3 days left to use this.
It was clearly very busy and service was a little slow (maybe too big of a section for our server). We clarified that we had to go to the theatre and the food came within the time we needed to leave. The biggest let down was the cocktails. We were offered cocktails for every member of the group for the birthday (with every main) This was the main reason we chose TGI. However as avid cocktail drinkers we felt the cocktails had very little/no alcohol. They appeared on the bill as cocktails however appeared to be mocktails - very disappointing.
Table service was great as soon as I walked in someone came up to me straight away without any hesitation, waiter was very kind and welcoming and the food was amazing
Had to wait to be seated had booked and drinks service was very slow
When we were shown to our table their was cutlery at only 3 of the 8 places, even though we'd been reserved, and just a few napkins. We ordered some drinks with the waiter but the drinks took a long time, 10-15 minutes to come. We ordered some starters and the main meals together. When the starters came one had been forgotten and none of the children's orders came at all. Everyone was then eating at different times. When the forgotten starter did arrive we'd finished the other starters completely. When the main meals came the plates etc from the starters hadn't been cleared and were still on our table. We always had to try and catch the waiters attention when we needed more drinks, he never came back to see if we were ok for drinks or anything. One of our party had steak and we had to ask for a steak knife, 2 of the main meals were so cold they had to go back. We were told they would be 3-4 minutes and it was more like 15 when the mains that were initially cold did come back. When they did, one was only slightly warm but by now we'd waited so long we had to eat it anyway, and when they did come back the corn cobs were freezing cold, again! At the time of booking I was asked if it was a special occasion, which it was so I explained it was my partners birthday. Nothing was mentioned in regard to this all the while we were there so I had to remind the waiter again. I remember reading in an email that tgi's would appreciate us vacating our table by 9.30. It turned out that because of the calamitous chain of events we were there far longer than WE wanted to be. It isn't cheap and we rightly expected much better but were left very disappointed by it all. The manager did take some money off the final bill but really we would have preferred every thing to be right for what we paid for in the first place. Save to say we won't be visiting this particular place again anytime soon.
The restaurant was way too cold. The air conditioning was up too high, our food went cold very quickly and we were all freezing. More choice of seating would have been good. Upstairs was closed? Which is where we prefer to be seated. However the food was excellent and the service was good.
The young lady who served us was polite and well mannered and nothing was too much trouble for her x
arrived late due to traffic wasn't a problem
