Robyn and the team we’re fantastic! It was our sons 9th birthday and they went out of their way to make sure he had a great time and was looked after. Along with an inflatable hat, the restaurant manager saw Dad (me) had put it on so came over and done some inflatable swords for both our boys and my brother too! Overall, the food and drinks were great and the service was superb. Any recognition that could be given to Robyn would be a nice touch given how she looked after us.
Nice ambience, friendly server. Food was okay but nothing special. Think it was a little pricey for what you get.
We visited with a baby who had allergies and the staff , both manager and waiting followed what appeared to be protocol perfectly.
Very slow for drinks order and deliver. Arrived less than 5 mins before the mains were served. Price Of burgers very high when you consider ingredient used etc. Food was tasty but over priced.
Every time we come to tgi fridays in Staines, the staff are so nice and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience it was my daughters birthday and she had the best time
Ben was amazing and attentive at our table!!
Had a nice meal on 25th July but was very disappointed when we received our bill. My friend and I had the 2 course meal for £15.99 but when we received our bill there was a £6 service charge on there but didn’t realise when we ordered as it’s written so small on the menu that you can’t see it and waiter didn’t bother to tell us either.
Very disappointed with everything, the waitress was lovely but that is it! only 2 serviettes for a table of 6, three of us had ribs no wipes! three of us had chicken for starters one had it for main no sesame seeds on any of the chicken! nachos not good, food completely different to usual! so much ice in the glasses no room for coke, service really really slow had to wait ages for food and drink, in the end we had to cancel the last wine because it hadn't arrived and we waiting to go and they still tried to charge us for it! all in all very disappointing, went there with the family as they were over from Spain, not again! We even had to stack our plates as there just sitting there for ages, I don't think there was enough staff on. As I said the waitress was lovely but had too many tables to cover.
Great service, fantastic atmosphere
Everything was great apart from the blocked disabled toilets felt like I couldnt change my baby it wasn’t nice but I did inform a staff member other then that always fine here great staff I love eating here
So slow waited 45 mins for starters, then Nanchos came out with hardly any beef or cheese most was just dry. Don’t understand when it’s busy it takes all the staff to sing happy birthday to a table when people are waiting to get their food that’s sitting under the lights. 4 hours to get starters and mains for 4 people is a joke
The manager Steph was very polite and always smiley. Service was quick too.
Very disappointed. Staff were rude, when she was processing our bill with the card machine, she just tore the receipt off, handed it to us and walked off. Did not say anything like ‘thank you or have a nice evening’. Food was OVERCOOKED and chicken wings coating and ribs coating was HARD!
The food came out to quickly, we had our starters and the table wasn’t even cleared before our mains come out. It would have been nice for the started to have been taken away and then a break then the mains.
The waiter gave us very poor service. We ordered drinks and firstly he forgot my presseco shot with my martini so I had to ask for it to be brought over. We ordered our first drinks at 4.25pm. We received our starters which were all fine at 4.40pm. We then waited and waited and then had to ask for our table to be cleared he cleared our table but left the empty 5 glasses. (They were actually still left on the table when we left). The waiter didn’t want to acknowledge us whenever he walked past he seemed to look every and anywhere but at us, so much so we had to ask another lady for a second round of drinks. She said I will get your server, we explained he hasn’t bothered with us so she put our drinks through. Our server Louis brought them over but brought my drink wrong he brought me a gin and tonic when I ordered a gin and lemonade so he took it back and changed it, he then forgot my daughters drink so we asked for that to be brought over aswell. We then got our food at 5.20 which was a very long wait from our starters. When my daughters food arrived it was stone cold the waitress walked past and could see something was wrong and said is very ok she felt the food and apologised and took it back to the kitchen, When it came back some of the pasta was rock hard like it had been microwaved. My food was nice ( I always order the same thing) but We asked for the bill, paid then when I checked the receipt I was still charged for the tonic. I really had enough of requesting what should just be standard service so I didn’t bother getting a refund on it. I have ate in Staines TGI about 5 times and we always enjoyed it which is why we decided to go for Father’s Day but the service was sooo poor it spoilt our outlook on the restaurant now.
Served by Georgia who was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Was quick to correct our drink order which no hassle
Customer service was good, the food was served quickly. Everything was lovely enjoyed the food lots. The only problem we had was the deserts. We order all at the same time but only 1 came out on it’s own, then I had to ask a member of staff were the other 3 were. Then they brought the wrong order of puddings over to us. When we did get the puddings we were told the strawberries were all out. Overall experience was good apart from the desert experience.
4 of us ate on Fathers day. The staff were attentive and the food was hot and tasted brilliant. Very well handled and exceeded my expectations on such a busy day.
Mainly very good. However burger was a little dry.
it was the best meal and experience I have received in the uk thank you
Service was slow
