The main course was lovely- the burger I had was brilliant and my partner loved his steak. Our dessert was nice too! The selection of non alcohol drinks could of been wider but still nice! Our waitress, felicity, was kind and polite. Great service x
Arrived little bit earlier, but the table is not reserved, it was set on an aisle that everybody pass by, which is really annoying, wait long time to pay as well, will not go again.
Dissappointed with the food.
Great friendly staff
Wasn’t happy with our meal on Friday evening. Starters came out cold, Main meal wasn’t fantastic either. The total bill did not justify the quality of food we had that evening. Won’t be a returning customer.
The restaurant was quite quiet but we had to stand at the desk for a while before someone came to seat us, obviously understaffed that day. However, having said that, our waitress was fabulous. Didn't get her name but I think she is American. She was so friendly & efficient. Food wise, we all loved our dishes, ribs, chicken strips & salmon. There could've been more veg & mash with the salmon dish especially when you're paying £15.99!! All in all a good visit for my son's 14th birthday.
Very overpriced. Drinks are far too expensive. Setvice was okish not great. Food is good but definatly not worth the money. The restraunt was empty and I can see why. Dont think id go again.
It was extremely busy and they appeared to be short staffed. It was so loud the waiter was having trouble hearing us and we were having trouble hearing him.
Had a great day got my sons 15th birthday, only problem were drinks were slow in coming and the man who greeted us st the door was quite rude and grumpy but the lady serving us was great
I can honestly say that in all my years of coming to TGI Friday's with my family, this has been the worst experience to date. Apart from the fact that our waitress was very nice and tried hard to put things right when we complained, the service was ridiculously slow, the food arrived slowly, so some people had food, others didn't, then some of the food order was wrong and all the food was cold, burgers, fish and ribs...all cold!! Vegetarian fajitas were appalling, all in all a real nightmare!
Tried calling a number of times to update the number of people on the reservation no one answered the phone at all so had to go else were due to the uncertainty of not knowing if we would get a table
Can't fault this. My grand daughter celebrated her birthday here with friends. The waitress couldn't do enough to ensure that they were ok ( 13 and 14 year olds ) She deserves a rise !
The service team were lovely so we did leave them a tip but food was awful. We only ordered mains as had to go to cinema. We waited 40 mins and had 2 rounds of drinks whilst waiting. We were hoping to have time for desert but had no time. Neither steak was cooked properly; one was over done and the other underdone. We asked for the underdone to be cooked again and it came out almost inedible - guessing the chef thought that amusing - it for my 77 year old mum so we were not amused. The chips were cold for my sister. Real shame as we were having the meal as a treat. Service team were great and I felt sorry for them - we are not challenging diners so didn’t make their life hell as not their fault but we won’t be back.
Great restaurant. Lovely food. Really enjoyed it
The size of the ribs versus the cost was a disgrace in all honesty. The manager was helpful in amending the price as a goodwill gesture. The wings were cold and nowhere near the quality of Franks wings from last visit ( few years ago mind). I normally don’t like to complain but overall food was well below what we were expecting. Will not be going back as for £50 there are plenty of better places to go.
Terrible steak return to kitchen twice
Everything was excellent! Special thanks to Olivia who took care of us and made the evening amazing!
Unfortunately a very disappointing experience for me and my family. It was my Sons 13th Birthday and having had to wait 25 mins for the starter we then had to wait a further hour for the mains Having asked several times what was happening the waitress said she didn’t know and no one was communicating with her The duty manager came over at the end to apologise, give a 25% reduction off the bill but the experience had already been spoilt
Food took too long to come out considering it was quiet and when it did eventually come out the fries were cold. Would of complained but couldn’t find any staff to approach!!
Although we had made a booking for 12 the table wasn’t ready on arrival, we were then shown to a table that would only seat 8. After a few more minutes of waiting by the bar we were told that the table would be available as the staff had asked the people still sat at our table had been asked to move to eat their desserts!! The restaurant wasn’t busy and better forward planning by the staff should have been put into place. We were given free drinks, however when we were being served our main course it was bought out very slowly and the first to get their meals had finished by the time the last meal came out. I had booked this as a family meal for my daughters birthday, I am very disappointed at the service we received and would be very reluctant to visit again in the future.
Staff was really nice and friendly, although I do think some of the food is too large a smaller lighter option would be nice to choose from
Not much atmosphere, food mediocre, device good.
Food was tasty as ever although one of our dishes arrived a bit cold and had to be sent back Service was pretty poor overall - our waitress waa friendly but things were very slow and we also had to wait 25 minutes for a cocktail because they didn't put our order in We will visit again but hope the service is better and matches up to the standard of the food and drink
Great evening lovely waitress would visit again
