Food was good, but service was slow.
Manager and the waitress went out there way and the table we booked was on time....
Our waiter Michael in Silverburn on Friday was absolutely brilliant! He was so friendly, good chat, all in all great service from him. Give him credit where credit is due!
Excellent food, reasonable good service. Expensive, but good quality.
Had booked table in advance but got kept waiting for 15 minutes although there were tables available. Main courses were lukewarm. Took 40 minutes for desserts to arrive. Disappointed in meal & experience which my 18 year old daughter was paying for with wages from a part time job as a Mother's Day treat as she was working on Sunday
Our visit was a complete disaster, we came here especially for my daughters 5th Birthday party, service poor, food awful, pasta was dry wait time was appalling.
Quick service and friendly staff.
Incompetent front of house staff, a manager was who felt it was appropriate to use the line ‘some of us are working and won’t see our mums on mother’s day’ in someway to make me feel bad about complaining at having to wait 25 mins for a table that had already been booked online 24 hours before. Overall manager very brash and caused such a scene myself and my mother didn’t even want to stay in the restaurant. After waiting 25 mins for our table we ate dinner and left without an hour of being seated as we were so disgusted with how the situation had been handled. Great Mother’s Day meal for my mum!! Staff clearly have very little training in organisatonal skills or how to handle customer complaints. The only competent member of staff appeared to be the waiter who finally served us. He was chatty but professional and tried his best to ensure we enjoyed our meal despite the earlier hassle. Will not be back at the silverburn restaurant.
Service was personable, but slow (food mainly). Main courses were just ok, but child meals were too small and poor quality (one child had to order another meal!) Overall, it was underwhelming and disappointing. It was my son’s 9th birthday dinner, so a real disappointment. I also provided this birthday detail when booking online, but no one acknowledged this when we arrived and initial welcome was offhand at best. We won’t rush back. Sorry.
Fantastic service from Scott from start to finish. Excellent food as always.
I have fond memories of TGI fridays, and always go for special occasians. So for our wedding anniversary of course we chose TGIs. This was a poor choice sadly. The staff were really friendly, however in terms of service we felt let down. When we got our food, wed asked for sauce. we asked Two seperate staff members for sauce, and still never got any till we had 3 chips left on our plates. So kinda pointless. When we got our sundaes, we werent given spoons. i asked and waited. still no spoons. our ice cream was melting so i decided to come out of seat to ask a lovely man if could please have some spoons, which he did do. but our ice cream was melting by this point. I understand places are busy, but its when we were repeating asking different staff and still not getting anywhere. the food was lovely. But my favourite tgi pudding the apple waffle crunch (whole reason i go as i have had it since i was little and would live off it!) is off menu. so not sure ill return anytime soon. which is a shame.
Staff were lovely. Continued to be disappointed that the Sam Adams fries are still not on the menu. Put the price up and return the best fries going!!! Mario fries are vile.
Made a booking online 3 hours prior to reservation time only to arrive and find out tgi's was closed ... very poor as we made our way there in the snow only to have to return home and eat dinner late at night . Understandable that you would be closed in snowy conditions but the online system still taking reservations for a closed resteraunt is unacceptable . Every other online reservation system made it clear other chains were closed so an accepted reservation at tgi's says to me its open as usual ... ? Very poor experience all caused by a poorly and badly run app / online system , could have been prevented my a click of a button . Not sure i'll be back , couldnt risk the repeated humiliation of being laughed at by shopping centre security . 0/10
We had a lovely time we always do when going to TGI Fridays it’s our best place to go we were served by a lovely girl named grace and she was very friendly and helpful she made our visit better as she was so friendly and helpful to us my partner also enjoyed his happy birthday song and cake that we got food was amazing and we will be back
We booked a table for 7.45pm on a Saturday night and when i tried to order Bruschetta for my starter i was informed there was none left, not a great start then my friend wanted a grouse whisky and was advised they don't stock this and the only whisky they had was Chivas regal at £4.50 a glass, otherwise the service was fine.
I was celebrating my birthday and the staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Will definitely be back.
Great quality of food and delightful service
Great place to go for food and drink
Excellent service A+
Attentive and friendly service. Nice grub. Thanks.
The server we had was excellent. However the length between the endless appetisers was too long. We had been in the restaurant over and hour and still only had 1 appetiser each.
Food and service were good.
We had two starters, mains and deserts including soft drinks and we were only £69 ! so pleased because everyone expects TGI'S to be expensive! will rebook ! steak was amazing!
Had a great time was for a birthday and the wait staff brought out a free piece of cake and sang to the birthday boy even though it was a busy Saturday night was a great night and very much appreciated food was good as always and drinks amazing.
