Was ok. Did have some issues but overall was nice.
Waitress service excellent but food coming from kitchen a bit slow but that probably because restaurant busy.
After booking a table at 7pm... i turned up at 6:50pm and was left unattended unitll 7:20, after being seated and ordering food it arrived after 45 mins to be served luke warm and certain things were cold ( cajun prawn skewer). I use to visit the sale branch weekly. This really put me off ever going back , absolute disaster of a meal and ruined or saturday night.
Waited 20 mins to be seated when there were free tables that just hadn’t been cleared. The place not even busy.
Service was very slow
A pleasant visit. Staff we good as always
restaurant wasn’t full but it took staff over 30 minutes to take food order, and then only took starter order said she would come back for mains
Lovely Father’s Day/ birthday Meal
Whatever you're paying your staff...increase it! Without them (in particular the one who orchestrated a birthday song for my daughter), you do not stand out from the others. The food wasn't brilliant for the price, but in many ways it didn't matter.
Long wait for food, even for pudding despite not being busy on arrival. Eating area messy, toilet cubicle full of tissue some appeared to have been used. Asked for water with rest of drinks and didn't receive. Food was good but didn't make up for other issues. Would not recommend or return.
The food wasn't anything special with the exception of the various rib items on the menu (which were excellent). As a long standing UK chain of restaurants you should really be looking at making the menu memorable. Post mix drinks not very nice compared to bottled versions. Staff were great and provided an outstanding level of service at all times. For our work leaving occasion we'd have to think twice about visiting TGI Fridays again :-(
Hannah the waitress was so miserable,it was my sons birthday and in no way did she make him feel special. In my option she didnt want to be there and didnt smike once.
Gluten free guest and was catered towards. Fab service from the waiter Ollie and manager.
The food was delicious however the table and bar service was shocking... we had to wait an eternity for a drink then when we ran out and ordered a second round we had to wait over 30 minutes again. Had to tell the waitress not to bring our deserts until we had our drinks otherwise we would have finished our food..... I'm very disapointed with TGI's and will be submitted a damming but honest review to Google.
We had a great time, food was lovely and lots of it. Service was great and pleasant staff.
Great service by Ruby Party of 27 and we didnt have to wait long for the food Only one meal was incorrectly sent out but tgey knocked off the bill.😊
Food slightly overpriced. Service was brilliant though throughout. Our waitress couldn’t have done anything more
First class service as we had a child with an alergy & the manager sorted for us
Enjoy the food anf and i enjoyed my birthday
The service was good however there was no draught beer on so we ordered bottles and it took for us to ask where the drinks were, over 15 minutes later, for us to be told they had run out of the bottle we ordered. We did however receive one single complimentary drink, although there were 7 people in our booking, two of which were left without drinks for over 20 minutes. We were ignored a few times and had to actively seek out or server even though the restaurant wasn't very busy, normally someone checks on the table regularly but not on this occasion. Never had any problems in the past with service so unfortunate events maybe.
Awful service as awaited 1-30mins for our dinner. People around us getting served and we were left waiting. Such poor service and will not recommend or visit again.
Booked my table for half 6. Got there for half 6. Was still there at half 8. 2 hours for a starter and main. And there was 2 kids to keep happy. Food was good but service was really slow. Not going back for a while.
Hi, I booked a table for 8 people for a very special event - my sons 21st Birthday. We arrived - waited 15 minutes for a drink order to be taken, then waited another 15 minutes for our food order to be taken. We waited and waited,I asked a couple of the waitresses how long our food would be and both said I ll check- but never came back to the table. in Total waited 45 minutes for starters to arrive - one of the starters was wrong, the chef advised the waitress to come and let us know and the waitress didn't. so waited another 15 minutes for 1 starter to come out. The main course was brought out it was very dry (ribs) and only warm... At that point we walked out ! The whole evening was ruined. We have visited yourselves on numerous occasions and never experienced such a disastrous evening.
We arrived at 18:17 and the waitress took our order 18:30, we asked 18:55 how long the food would be, we were told about 5 to 10 minutes. I did complain about the wait and Steve the manager came over and apologise for the lateness. I was surprised that management allowed young children to run around with hot foot everywhere surely this is H&S risk. Steve did us some disount on the food but we would rather have had a better meal. We normally go to the Trafford Centre TGI and never have experienced a problem with food or staffing.
Draught beer was all off when we were there
