Very chaotic confusion over the reward app how it can be used service was very slow although it was busy cake for birthday was a lovely idea and it was very nice
Food was burnt to crap or lifeless or turn up nothing like what says on menu. Felt no care went into it at all. Took long while get served thou place was half empty. Just full experience . Bar staff & last server only people brought experience to your restaurant. Just poor night especially when it's big name goes with restaurant.
Lovely Friday evening out with work colleagues. We enjoyed the cocktails.
Zeeko was our waiter and found him to be very friendly and he couldn’t have been more helpful. Zeeko was really friendly, happy and made our experience. A real asset to the TGI Group. Cocktails fantastic. Did feel the food portion sizes had got smaller, however the flavour was good.
Food took over an hour to turn up, not all but some of the staff were rude..when food eventually turned up we then had to wait for cutlery another 10 mins...steak was well done instead of medium pasta was dry where it was under heat light for so long..so daughters birthday was very disappointing
service was poor, understand that it was a Saturday night and the restaurant was busy, but we weren’t even able to get a second drink. We waited almost 20 minutes for our empty plates to be collected. And once they had we were fed up of waiting and simply requested the bill instead of saying longer.
Food was slow to come out waited 45 minutes between starter and main and wasnt busy Different waitresses were dealing with table and didnt know where we was at with meal We got asked if we would lie dessert menu after being there 15 minutes and hadn't even had. Drink order taken
Great food, great service, great time
Took too long to get the food we ordered and was served by 3 people so was unsure who our waiter was. Our food also turned up cold. Had better nights there.
Had a lovely waiter looking after our table. Very bubbly and funny. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name but had a great experience and a lovely team.
In my booking I mentioned an allergy menu, had to ask for one. Waiter new, polite but kept coming and interrupting our conversation. Otherwise he was trying hard and served well.
David the server was absolutely fantastic all night Attentive, polite and caring Food was lavely
We had a lovely me and our waitstress was so lovely
Service was slower than usual, server didn’t really know the menu and menu is I find limited
Terrible experience. Restaurant was practically empty but service was incredibly slow. Waited ages to get served, even longer for drinks and then even longer for food which arrived cold and mediocre at best. 3 steaks were full of fat and gristle. Child’s pizza was so undercooked cheese had not melted. Extortionate prices for poor quality food. No wonder the place was empty! Avoid!!
We went for my son's birthday and everything was organised very well. From service to the quality of food, plus the entertaining form TG Friday personnel, . Well done !
I felt it was expensive unfortunately, I had booked this to celebrate my birthday and nothing was done by the staff or the restaurant to acknowledge this. We had to wait to get served and also within the place the service was poor. I felt the food was overpriced and I would not go back again. It was quite noisy in there also to be honest.
Very slow, took ages for us to be served, waited 15mins to get a drink, waited another 45mins for our food. Then didnt have any ice cream for afters as they had run out, then stil had to pay in full for something we didnt get. Service was poor, its the 2nd time now, we will not be returning here. For a new store its very dissappointing. Didnt get introduced by our waitress. Waitress looked and seemed unhappy.
Nice food, nice drinks, service good.
food was good and service from dave great
Our waiter was very good. However, we were very upset with your birthday drinks policy. We downloaded the ap which allowed us a free cocktail or mocktail, only to be told we had to either choose one or the other. As some of our party have special needs they would have loved a mocktail. But as parents and carers we would have liked a cocktail. Your website does not make it clear we could not have a mixture. Very disappiunted.
Fab night for my daughters birthday! Our server was fantastic & great atmosphere as always
I was unaware that I could not use more than one voucher now. I have always used two and was a bit shocked when I was told I could not. Maybe if this is the case now, please make that clearer on the app
