Arrived at 1, got seated and served within 10 minutes which was great. Ordered chicken fingers, but asked for 2 jack Daniels sauces instead of honey mustard and bbq. When the food arrived I had received no sauce instead, asked a waitress for my Jack Daniels sauces and received just 1. When I finished that sauce I waited 10 mins for another waitress to bring my 2nd sauce, we had finished our meal at 2, and a waitress came to collect our plates and cups, but didn’t bring the bill. We asked a different waiter for the bill, she brang it at 2:15, however we waited another 15 mins for a card machine. Ended up waiting at our table for 30 mins longer then necessary just to pay.
Good food and atmosphere
There was no one at the desk on arrival and service was slow. The adult food was delicious. the child’s pizza wasn’t very nice as really hard and my child couldn’t eat it with her braces.
First of all waiting to be seated no one at desk, the cocktail we ordered was warm had to be redone. The food was disgusting the burgers were dry and tasted like paste in your mouth, was like the burger was left for ages, took around 40 mins for food. the hotdogs tasted horrible there like fake meat and the bun smelt like a cheesy foot, the ribs were like mush, or like they were boiled, the kids even hated the ice cream witch tasted like water. Plus for the price was way to expensive. The table service was poor see her 3 times in the 2 hours we were there. And one of them occasions was to complain, we got the deserts on the house but that’s little compo considering the bill was £90 ouch. Ps my kids hate it there. What a disappointment. Please stay away.
We had to wait over an hour for our meals. We had to wait 20 mins for our first drink. We ordered our 2nd drinks quite quickly but they didn't arrive for an hour so we didn't have time to drink them. The food and drink was over £80 for the 4 of us and the service was terrible. We had to ask for the bill 3 times over a 20 minute period. I was on the verge of leaving without paying as getting someone to provide a bill so that we could leave proved really difficult.
Great day for my wife and family really good service and great food
Great food and good service.
Server was great very attentive, food was semi warm and portions were almost half to what we got on our last visit (and we ordered the same) disappointing
Thank you it was lovely
Food cold chips are not done as there used to be gone down hill so much
Staff were brilliant
Nobody came to the waiting area to see if we needed seating, after ten minutes we approached a lady who hugged shrugged and pointed to somebody else - no words were used whatsoever not even to apologise for the wait. Nobody was cleaning tables, so both behind us and in front of us there were two dirty tables for our full meal. We could see a couple of staff wandering about not carrying food or anything else just seemingly trying to look busy. Our food itself was lovely but it was the manners of the rude waitress, the apparent lack of a manager to organise the team and nobody to greet us was a major let down
music was loud could not have a conversation with the person opposite you food is overpriced wont be going back
Accommodating and friendly staff, not intrusive but attentive enough. Great food, great cocktails.
Another great birthday celebration - we’ve been coming for my kids birthdays for the last 9 years. Was quite quiet, & service was speedy staff friendly & helpful as always
Waitress, Katie I think smelt quite bad. Lovely but needs to be careful!
It was busy! To be expected as it was mother’s day but yet the restaurant wasn’t prepared. They had run out of some things and took ages to manage tables. When the food came out (served by others) they called it something different so we said no not us, call it what the menu says and we’d understand. The waitress was great, she went to sort of problems but they shouldn’t have been there to start with. It took ages for drinks to be served and when they did, the coke was flat. Bar didn’t believe us until they drank it! They run out of glasses and ketchup! Disappointed really as previous experiences have been so much better!
Tgi Friday used to be one of my favourite restaurants but the food has gone down hill and wasn’t half as good as always, seemed a lot to pay for something I could of done at home myself. The service was ok but didn’t like how our waitress was changed after 5 mins of being there. And after that happened we felt rushed..
Food was amazing. Service not so. Was a busy day as mother's day but expectations weren't set with us. We were told mums could get a free woo woo which we had to ask for several times before getting and it still ended up on our bill which then took the manager to have to sort it. We were also told would get balloons which again we had to ask for several times and received at end of the meal. A man handed my mother her dinner mid air which my mum had to take from him as he didn't come round to put on the table and didn't tell my mum that the plate was very hot which then burned her hands. At the end when we ordered deserts, one came out leaving 3 deserts, 2 of which were the children's, not arriving at all so we had to cancel them which the kids were upset about. Was a shame it was like this as spoilt a lovely meal. If our expectations were set at the beginning, we could have ordered in advance etc but they weren't so we weren't extremely happy with how things went.
Booked table for 8.15 already pre booked didn’t get a table till 9pm asked for a drink and still did not get when asked for bill
The service was unacceptably slow - over half an hour for a first drink and when you looked for a waiter there were none around. The food was poor all overcooked and it was clear the items fried had been done so in old oil. Not comparable to the TGI experience of old in fact over the years it has got worse every time.... Very disappointing
Excellent service considering the extra demand on Mothers Day. Our host, server and bar staff were all friendly and attentive. Food was top notch.
Amazing food! Great service and was not disappointed with my visit!! Defiantly recommend and will be going back.
Pre booked online for 6pm arrived at 6pm but still had to wait for the table to be cleared from previous dinner on line booking ask you to arrive 15minutes early, restaurant had plenty of other tables available. No cutlery on the table had to ask for it after food had arrived. After ordering drinks we had to wait 35minutes for them to arrive to the table.
