Great food and service
We had a lovely meal for my daughters birthday. Food was delicious and the service was excellent.
Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us - even though it was extremely busy!
Went for a birthday celebration service was quick and the staff were friendly , helpful and very hardworking
Had a fantastic visit. Table was ready when we arrives. Service was great without being intrusive. Only negative comment would be that the music was a little bit too loud. The overall experience was 5*
This was a great visit for my sons 14th birthday with his friends . Food was delicious - chicken fajitas amazing and demolished . Lovely staff could not be more attentive and made a fuss of my son much to his embarrassment but secretly loved the attention. Only slight criticism- no coconut cream pie . A great time had .
Our waitress Georgia was very accommodating and let us switch / add on extras to our meals to suit our needs.
We were seated next to a screaming baby which I get is uncontrollable but there were other spaces where we could have sat. The service was abysmal! We had to ask for our mains and for drinks and for the cheque through another server as ours was just not interested. On the plus side, the food was nice.
Unable to get fountain sodas due to them either not having any in or the machine broke, they didn’t state. Clearly under staffed, I could see my food from my seat sat under the heat lamp for 15 minutes before reaching our table. Our food was dry and the fries lacked seasoning. Ordered a milkshake, they sent me the wrong. It was an awkward conversation as she just assumed that was the one I wanted. I think she expected me to pay for the upgraded milkshake she put through. I just found the whole experience very long and poor value for money. The actual restaurant really needs a refurb, it looks very tired.
When I booked online I was prompted to write what the occasion was. I entered that it was my daughter's 16th birthday but the staff didn't even mention anything to her, say happy birthday or anything. What is the point of asking the question?. It took 20 minutes for a member of staff to take our drinks order despite asking 2 members of staff who both said 'I'll just be a minute' and never returned. When the waitress brought my husband's bottle of Peroni she carried it under her arm (practically in her armpit). I do question how freshly the food is cooked as we received 2 courses very quickly. We arrived at 8:30, our table took 10 minutes to be ready (it wasn't even that busy) 10 more minutes to wait for someone to take a drinks order nd we left just after 9:30. All in all a pretty rubbish 16th birthday meal for our daughter.
The only thing I was disappointed with was only being able to buy bottled beer, after a hard days work I like to sit down with a proper pint.
The restaurant was freezing cold during our visit. We did bring this to the attention of staff as did other diners to no avail. A large party we're also in the restaurant and the impact for ideas to wait an hour for starters! We were a family trying to celebrate my daughter's birthday which was not enjoyable.
I booked a table and upon arrival was asked to get a drink at the bar because the table wasn't ready. I waited for 20 mins to then be told there was still somebody sat down eating. I was moved onto a table near the entrance where it was cold and cramped for my 8 guest, they had just moved some tables together meaning there was also no room for the pram. I made them aware when making the booking that I would need space for baby/pram. I asked to be moved and a lady did move us eventually.
Thoroughly enjoyable Food delicious Enjoyed by us all service was excellent as was the atmosphere Bill was surprisingly good value owing to the fact that we had the special meal deals available Monday through to Thursday
there was a large group of us - 17 (7 adults and 10 girls aged 16) - but the food was a very long time coming. one of the cokes was completely flat.it was hard to get a waitress attention to return it. the rest of the meal was fine. food was reasonable but expensive for the standard - but normal for TGIs. lively atmosphere - the girls enjoyed it more than the adults.
We had a good experience apart from an under cooked hotdog, which was too hard to eat.
The music was far too loud, we couldn't hear each other without shouting more or less! Everything else was lovely. But the music was ridiculous. We came out for a meal not a disco.
On this occasion we were very disappointed. We visited for our daughter's 18th birthday. We waited 45 minutes for our food. I had the salmon dish that was deffinately not value for money, last time I had this the mash potato was creamy and not dry and there was just too many green pices of pepper when I only like red and yellow ones a dish I could have plated up for less than £5 and you charge £15.99! My husband said he had had better steakes from you in the past. One of our party had a chicken dish that he was dissapointed with. Two of us had burgers which were very good. The coconut cream pie was excellent. I was also disappointed that No One brought a piece of birthday cake for my daughter when she was sung happy birthday to. Overall more bad points than good ones and usually we love your restaurant but I'm afraid not this time!
Great as always
Restaurant was closed on arrival , no prior notice even though I had made an online booking - very disappointed
Waited 20 mins for drinks, food was cold, asked for another drink in between our meal. They didn't even ask my partner if he would like another drink. Finally they did, my partner got his drink before me and I asked for mine 1st. For then the waitress to come back and say 'need to use your dirty wine glass as there are no clean ones'. So I didn't bother drinking my wine as the glass had been used. What a waste of £5 ......1st experience at TGI Fridays too.
Lucy h was fantastic
Food was amazing, server was attentive and very polite, just what you need on a first date thank you
Amazing ribs and cocktails!
