Rather loud party at nearby table, all adults over 30 but behaviour more suited to a football match. Glad I didn't have children with me.
Always great food and service
Amazing service and food
I had the duck salad. Hardly any duck & it arrived in a huge vase which then over spilled the whole plate & there was salad everywhere. Completely off putting.
Great service received
Booking system unavailable on arrival but plenty of tables available anyway. Waitress was lovely. Food & drinks were nice and arrived promptly. We were seated on time with no one surrounding us but then 2 ladies with 3 boisterous kids were placed right behind us. There was plenty of space elsewhere that wasn't right next to us with kids screaming and bashing our chairs. We were there for a quiet birthday meal away from our kids and had to put up with other peoples. Put a downer on the day but overall we enjoyed the rest.
I absolutely love TGI Fridays as does my daughter, brought her here for her birthday, sat and decided what we were having to be told no mozerella dippers on ordering, then the waiter came back after 20 mins and stated that there was no chilli for the chilli loaded fries. So everything we liked the best they didn’t have. Really disappointing
We had a lovely time at TGIs Prestwich on Wednesday evening. The food was very good. Service was polite and fast, staff nice and friendly. We would definitely come here again.
We booked a table for 5.30 and were shown to it 40 minutes late. We had a three year old who was sat on the high seats at the bar all this time so was extremely restless by the time we sat down and didn’t want to wait for his food. Got an apology and £4.50 off our bill. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
Waiters didn't know what they were doing and brought the wrong order out 3 times. When our order finally came half of the food was flat cold so was barely touched by us. No apologies or discount offered and we paid over 100 pound to eat cold, inadequate meals.
Food was ok but expensive for what it was
Lady who served us was very nice and very helpful nothing was too much trouble.
The food and staff were excellent, the whole family enjoyed it.
For someone who is always warm, the air con made us freezing! Drinks way too expensive. Waitress, Rebecca, was brilliant. Attentive and looked after us well on my son's birthday.
Bland over price rubbish!!! Got to weatherspoons and save your money food was burnt and tasteless drinks are watered down and service very slow. Complete waste of money
Service could have been better. The staff were friendly. Food was brought out before the first set of plates had been moved. Food was then placed and the plates still hadn’t been moved until we asked. The night started well till a big table of around 12+ we’re at the side of us. After that the kids were running round the restaurant and the volume increased massively. The food was good and the offers were also good.
Our waitress was so attentive, we couldn’t of asked for better service. We had a great evening. Thankyou x
Very friendly staff, was made to feel very welcome. Great atmosphere, not too loud but felt busy. Great food, came quickly, very tasty just as expected
Fantastic service, food very good. Music very loud having to shout to have a conversation. Could hear other people's conversations as they were having to also speak very loud over music .
We’ve been going to Prestwich TGI’s on and off since it opened. Today is the first time we’ve had a bad experience. The menus have changed so maybe the chef has too! Steak was chewy, side salad wasn’t fresh (old orange lettuce), sent it back and got one even worse, crispy chicken wasn’t crispy. Very disappointed TGI, please sort it out.
Excellent food and service.
The food was well below par and overpriced. When you spend £20 on a mixed grill you don't expect the steak to be extremely chewy as rubbery. I suspect the steak was frozen because there was zero taste from it. The popcorn shrimp was dry and bland. The vegetables were horrible they were covered in blackened grease and completely unedible. The inside of the restaurant is very dark and dingy it is like eating inside a cave. With a large number of quality restaurants in Prestwich/Whitefield, I would recommend anywhere else.
Lovely dining experience good service always busy but can usually accomodate you
food was brilliant atmosphere really good and brittany was a very good hostess and very friendly and the singing to my husband for his 80th birthday was really good
