Thank you so much for making my son's 11th birthday celebrations so special! Archie and his friends love the food and it was really good value for money!
Very slow to get the food out and waiting staff seemed over stretched as it took forever to find or see someone
My food was cold and the Diet Coke tasted very watery. I asked for my next one with no ice but still lacked flavour. My husband asked for a large Coca Cola but there was so much ice in it that it in fact was still just a normal sized one which then also quickly became very watery. Staff were very good and atmosphere was nice. I was asked the occasion (was sons 6th birthday) not sure why I was asked this as noveeference was made to it whilst there. Overall staff are the biggest asset but food and drink aren’t really worth us going again.
Food was great but the music was too loud to have a conversation
Order received was incorrect, food was cold. Bacon incredibly tough. Couldn't cut through it. And the Peroni I had was flat.
Long wait for food nearly an hour...chips missing with one meal and children's meals were brought out last, one meal was quite dry.
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting great food great cocktails and very friendly staff 😁😁
The staff were very good even though on the table next to us was a large family with lots of children running around and the language was very bad they did try so hard to deal with it for other dinners they worked very hard to keep things calm the waitress louise was excellent
Fabulous food...as a first timer it was much better than I thought! Was a family get together for my daughter and was great for a special occasion! Great selection on the drinks but think they are expensive as the majority of the cocktails was ice. But that aside was a great night and we will be visiting again! One of the hilights of our visit was our server Ella, she was fab, life and soul, bubbly, welcoming and made our night - nothing was too much ch trouble....she is definitely an asset to your team and if we went back we’d love her to be our server again 💗
The pasta was tastless and very bland, no check back on the food Midway through the meal or after so was unable to mention this
Had a fantastic meal for our sons birthday. All staff where mega friendly and helpful. We all had refillable drinks and the whole time there I never had an empty drink. Food was amazing and had very happy children and parents
Highly recommended staff where amazing food was amazing well worth the money shame about the alcohol prices could be a bit cheaper but other than that 5*
Great good, service could have been a little better waited a long time to have our order taken and forever to pay our bill
I love TGIs and that's why ive been generous with the voting however I always go to Bournemouth since opened and nothing dofferent has changed my mind from this visit. My biggest gripe was the rudeness of some of the staff. I certainly won't be going to the Poole restaurant ever again!!!!
I had the deluxe cheese burger for my main meal and it was not seasoned at all very bland Normally I enjoy my visits but I’m not sure I would come again or recommend you to any of my friends
Our waitress was polite enough but the service was very slow. We were a table of 6 and the waitress was bringing drinks to the table 2 at a time as she didn't have a tray. There were also long gaps between each person receiving drinks. We were left waiting for quite a while for drinks and orders to be taken and had to look for the waitress to ask for more drinks rather than her noticing we needed more drinks. Our food was cold and the order came out wrong so we had to call back the waitress to correct the order. Again, the food was brought out at separate times. I'm not sure what time th restaurant was due to close but at around 9.30 the lights came on brighter as if to give the impression that they were closing. Half an hour later they brightened a bit more again and it made us feel like they were ready to go.
The food was very average. The sweet potato fries were tepid. The atmosphere was good until the outrageous birthday songs!! Crazy loud. I know it's yr policy to sing however turn it down a notch.
Great, helpful staff - made the experience even better. Thank you for celebrating my birthday with me in style!!
Service extremely slow and not very friendly
It was busy with another large party but we waited ages for our food. We had five children with us who were getting very fed up and bored. I also kept having to get up to find staff to ask for things such as water, the bill etc as staff seemed to not be readily available. Food was nice but I would be put off going again by the service.
Service was very poor!
Back to amazing food and service. Can’t fault our visit.
Nice start to the evening, we were first in for an early dinner. Food and drinks good, service great. Only negative is the music, only a hand full of tables in with small kids and someone turned up the music so loud we couldn’t even talk. TGI your not a nightclub!!! Go back to being a family restaurant with background music.
We have used TGI Fridays for more then 20 years and have been very pleased the last 2 restaurants were Wembley and west ham which were superb and others around the country , we came from Weymouth to celebrate my Birthday but will not be going again very disappointed with food it looked like it had been thrown on the plate chips looked as if they had been cooked and laying around for a while, the only thing that was good was the lad that served us was very polite not his thought but someone should look at Poole
