Famed for its fantastic drinks selection, guests at TGI Friday's can challenge bar tenders to rustle up a mix from its 500-strong cocktail list, like the classic strawberry daiquiri, or the signature raspberry-spiked Haymarket. Ultimate thick shakes, Cooling slushes, chilled beers and wines are also on offer.
Leave room for freshly prepared desserts like the brownie obsession, chocolate fudge fixation and the cookie dough sundae.
Particularly excellent service, responded fast to everything we asked . Thank you to the staff ...they need special thanks sent !
There were 43 people in our party and you could not tell from the way TGI's organised the event. The food was great, good timing and hot when it arrived. The Team were fantastic also with certain members assigned to each table for drinks, we did not have to want for anything. Jules in particular was AMAZING. Thank you!!
The Poole team are fantastic. They’re friendly and do their best to please even the pickiest of eaters, which my lot are! It’s why we keep going back.
I had tge started 15 minutes later i was really ill
Staff where rushing around and saying they are really busy even thou there where about 5 tables if that no one checked to see if our food is ok or anything.
Brilliant service by waitress. Very attentive and helpful and didn’t wait too long to be served. Felt the side-orders were overpriced especially the spicy rice; there was hardly any on the plate!
Great food, onion rings were particularly nice!
We had ellie, door waiter got our drinks ellie came over after 20 mins when we got our drinks and saw we had , them asked if drinks were in need of refill, they were just brought over so no need! Ordered starter, time square , potato skins were hard, told ellie, said she would see what she could do , then nothing and got fully charged for it! Waited 45 mins for food , I suffer with back ache I had to put my coat on to eat it was so cold in there ! Asked about WiFi not working , said they’ll check it..... never got sorted! Will never return to TGI fridays Poole!!!!!!! I was a regular customer 2nd time of complaining ! No toilet roll in ladies!! Total fail
Team were lovely, and so helpful, helping us to celebrate freddy’s 2nd Birthday, the kids got lots of balloons, balloon swords and hats (free of charge) as well colouring etc. they sung happy birthday and made him feel really special.
Had to ask for our drinks several times then they came out at different times and had to ask again for the water we asked fir first time !! Waiter not concentrating or listening properly 🤔🤔
Been to TGIs for years but last 3 experiences have been rubbish. Service, drinks ok, but your food is properly poor. I’m afraid this is the last time I’ll be coming.
Lighting was a bit dark for eating in and I would say the music was a bit loud so couldn’t talk to my other half all that much as I couldn’t hear them
My granddaughter's cheeseburger was burnt to a crisp and delivered on an extremely hot plate - it had to be returned - the replacement was slightly better. My daughter had a much smaller portion of chips than the rest of us and was told by the waiter that she would have to pay more if she wanted more! My chips were cold. The waitress was very pleasant and the manager was apologetic, arranged more fries and knocked the cost of our drinks off the bill, which we appreciated, but I doubt if we'll eat there again.
We thought it was overpriced and exspencive for quantity of meal You got!!!! , family of 5 with a main and a pudding is cheaper at Frankie and bennies by £20 and portion are bigger , we will not be returning again
Food was medioca. Service on the other hand was terrible! The waitress took forever to take our orders, brought half of our drinks then started serving another table. I had to go to the bar to return my drink (coca cola zero) as it was just soda! Waitress extremely inattentive!!
Our waitress Kat couldn’t have been more kind and attentive. We all had a fantastic time and will be back very soon.
Music was a little loud. Staff helpful and happy to make minor alterations.
I have been twice now, both times I have been cold. Good service very friendly
Food was dry and over cooked Kids ribs were barely edible
Our server was really good
Takes a very long time for food to come out , and a long time to get drinks too , up to 15 minutes for drinks and a an average of an hour for food
The music was too loud. The waitress, who's was very pleasant, said she would turn it down, but, must have forgot. The starter was very good, but, burger and chips were luke warm. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant.
Food and service was quite disappointing. Always had a good time at TGI Fridays but this time not great.
Service good. Still find prices expensive compared to competitors.
Good after-cinema meal for the family.
