We are regular visitors and we have never had a bad experience. As usual the food and service was excellent.
Since change of menu I find it a lot dearer. Maybe you should do deals for 2/3 courses over weekend
Not enough staff, the food came out cold and the music was so loud that you had to shout to each other. Drinks were good though.
Never fails me!
The music was soooo loud! Service was ace
Good food, good service. I don't rate anywhere 5 stars as you can always improve. I will say this though the time I visited before this there was a considerable delay on our food and we were offered a free drink and pudding, that's fine we said. Still waiting, waitress had had to send our food back several times as my husbands was not rightso we were then offered on top 40% off our bill. We ended up not paying, we came back because of the waitresses excellent customer service, she tried and did resolve all the issues and kept us updated.
My food order was taken down incorrectly by waitress so when all food came out I sent mine back as it was wrong. When new plate arrived the steak I ordered was mostly fat. Not what you expect for the price of the dish! This was then sent back also, by the time my meal came my family had finished eating and waiting for me. Not really the birthday dining experience for my late mum that I expected.
Had my birthday meal here and was really nice service and waiters
Very good customer service. Making you feel very welcome
The girl that served us was lovely, she has great banter with us about how much ice I wanted and she gave great service 10/10 chicka
I was really impressed the food was really good, much better than other chain restaurants. The service was great and they really made an effort as it was my little girls birthday. We had a great time.
Excellent service very good atmosphere Good value for money
We were treated very nicely at the door and shown to our table. Our waitress was Sam (or Samantha) and she was fantastic, friendly, efficient and made our first trip to TGI a real pleasure and will be a good reason to return. Food was good and good value
Booked this for a birthday when we arrived we was treated like a walk in group And no details we’re asked for about booking we Felt rushed to order our food and was short changed by £10 when paying and had to mention it.and to top it of my partner had to mention it was my birthday at the end.
Food and drink very slow to arrive. One starter was inedible and had to be sent back. Mains arrived straight after starters (which arrived an hour after we first arrived) but had obvioulsy been sat around for a while as they were not all hot and the burgers were a bit tough, probably as they’d been hanging around. Waiter was helpful and staff were all friendly but let down by the kitchens.
Good food , lively atmosphere, good service
Burgers are very dry and tough drinks are expensive
Assistant looked after extremely well, although lunchtime and quiet nothing was too much bother.
Good food a little loud
100% satisfied with our visit to TGI's on Saturday night. Service was fast & very polite. Food was amazing. Definitely going to return.
We arrived on time for our booking and were told that our table was being cleared so to wait at the bar and someone would call us shortly. We got a drink while waiting and other customers were being called and taken to their tables whilst we waited. Before long half an hour had passed before we mentioned it to someone since it was a busy Saturday night. We were then seated straight away as it turned out we had been forgotten in the system. We were very pleasant and didn't make a fuss of the matter neither did we have any intention to complain, but when we were seated the waiter said she would see if there was anything they could do as an apology. The manager swiftly came over and apologised further and told us our next drinks and those after it would be free of charge. We managed to save £20 as a result which was an unexpected bonus! The waiter we had during the evening was very friendly and welcoming, full of energy and happy to chat.
Excellent service, the staff were kind enough to see us at a particular table that we asked for. The service was exceptional. Overall friendly and welcoming.
Fabulous evening, great service and amazing food.
Had a good night
Chicken strips were good but the cheese burger was a bit bland
